Selena was a godsend! We just moved to DE and were referred to her by a friend. She is professional, very quick and thorough. She made this so easy and helped us out immensely with our return and found every way to come up with a final return in our favor. Would not hesitate to recommend her! The very BEST!!!

Please make sure that you check the preparer fees they are charging you on your tax documents on Jackson Hewitts website. This year is the second time Selena had told me I would be paying one price for preparer fees and I checked my tax documents to see I was charged more. The first time I was charged over $300 dollars more and I had to constantly call to get reimbursed. And not only did it happen to me, it also happened to my sister and friend who I referred to this location. They would have not known if I hadn’t told them to check their tax documents online. I thought that it might be a honest mistake because Selena said that it was so I went back to her. I asked her multiples time how much my fee would be this year to make sure that it wouldn’t happen again, I even wrote the fee amount down in front of her. And I was still overcharged again ! And she couldn’t explain why she kept overcharging me. She’s the one who determines the preparer fee amounts. She is the Manager and there isn’t a district manager for that location. In my opinion, I don’t believe that it was a mistake. You don’t accidentally charge multiple people a couple hundred dollars more by mistake.
