What an unexpectedly pleasant experience! Mara was so kind & patient with me & my service Pug. She gave me very helpful info my last tax guy never mentioned! Mara even stayed late at the office while to call me and ger another piece of info. She guided me through the dreaded IRS website with ease. Mara is my new tax lady FOR SURE & I highly recommend seeing her if you dont leave your tax persons office feeling reassured & optimostic! 👍👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not very helpful and acted as if they didnt know what they were doing!! Did not tell my husband what fees were before filing!! This place is a rip off!! Took almost half of his refund for fees!! We will never be back and PEOPLE IF YOUR SMART DONT GO TO THEM FOR TAXES!!!!

NEVER EVER USE JACKSON HEWITT GOGTO H&R BLOCK I would give them negative 5 stars I did my taxes April 2 it is not November I have made 2 complaints to corporate the second time I made a complaint they said that we needed to change it to paper big mistake. I had to send in papers for Jackson hHewit they claimed they couldnt do it and sent me a stack of papers I had to Google and ended up calling H&R black to help me. I sent the papers to the IRS months ago still nothing it just says it is processing. I want my money back and H&r block told me I can get interest for all the months I have not received my tax money. I am Very up set never use Jackson Hewitt and I tell everyone not to and to go there I say go to H&R Block instead they have helped me for FREE mutiple times when Jackson Hewitt couldnt and wouldnt never go there big mistake and they charge more then H&R Block also. THANKS FOR NOTHING IDIOTS!!!!

I used Jackson Hewitt Tax Service this year because they were offering the refund advance. My family really needed this refund advance and they convinced us that we would receive it no problem. They were very confident and made us very confident so we went ahead and filed with them. An hour later I get an email from MetaBank saying that they have denied my refund advance. I could have done my taxes on my own like I usually do and saved money from the fee they charge. Dont let them convince you that the refund Advance is guaranteed. Your tax agents also acted very incompetent and had to keep getting help. It seems like they did not know what they were doing most of the time. Im pissed off about the whole situation. You did me wrong, Jackson Hewitt.
