Jackson Hewitt Tax Service in Benton County

The accountant talks so nice and explains everything except how much you have to pay.They leave that till last when the computer calculates how much you pay. It took the accountant 15 minutes to complete my return. They were going to charge me $580.00 to file my taxes but because I was military they only charged me $430. Jackson Hewitt is a ripoff and are deceitful. Stay away from them.

Last year I owed close to $3k in both state and local taxes. Using Jackson Hewitt this year I owned far less than half of that. The professions there found a section for filing that I overlooked and found me some great savings!

Tim Larsen at Walmart in Pineville MO was able to help me with my taxes. He help relieve my stress about getting my taxes done and letting me know that I didn’t have to pay extra taxes. What a load off my mind! He was very nice and made me very comfortable. I recommend him to everyone.

Tim Larsen has always gone above and beyond to make sure we get what’s coming to us on our taxes. He takes the time to get to know you and your family and makes you feel your not just a number

We have been here the last 2 years and Tim Larsen has done our taxes. He is always very friendly and helpful. He makes sure we get the best refund we can.

They messed all my stuff up they told me my returns were about 700 dollars less then they actually were which was wrong it’s august 2021 and I’m just getting my returns corrected from. 2020 ... never again will I come here . And they still soaked up 800 dollars for doing my taxes which wasn’t even what they originally said my returns were . Education is key guys . Educate your employees.

I was able to get my tax prep down to less than $250 which is very important. Customers work hard all year for their refund, they expect to be able to keep it and not spend it all on tax prep. Thanks
