I usually self file my taxes. Have for years. But this year the service I used said we owed almost $500 to the IRS. There was also the fact that, even after reading everything, sometimes five times in a row, I still couldnt understand what I was doing wrong.I have anxiety, and Im paranoid, so that really scared me. I didnt want to make a mistake, especially with something so serious.So, I decides to give Jackson Hewitt a try.Id seen it in Walmart for years, and this year, I thought, why not? I needed professional help.Tammy Baker was amazing! She was patient, explained things clearly, and got us back money. Rather than having to pay in.So now, instead of trying to figure out a payment plan to pay back the IRS, Im trying to decide how to spend the money she got us.Tammy Baker was wonderful, and I highly recommend her.

My prep fees were a little high ,but refund time was cut in half so all in all a great experience. I highly recommend Jackson Hewitt for all your tax needs. However I never received the 30$ on my card for getting my federal refund direct deposited to Serve card. So whats that about?

Tammy at the Walmart location in Siloam Springs, AR was extremely wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable, did everything she could to maximize the refund amount we could get, and answered any questions we had as well as explained things we didnt understand very well. If you need to do your taxes I highly recommend Tammy at the Walmart location.

Worry free Guarentee deluxe $59.00 assisted refund fees $49.95. The only charge I was aware of was the assisted refund fee of $49.95. Use caution ⚠️ when filling with Jackson Hewitt!

Tammy B was incredibly helpful. I was given an appt at the storefront in Siloam but no one showed up to work, so Tammy so graciously stepped up to help myself, and others out. She was extremely professional despite the hardships forced upon her by other unreliable staff. Tammy is also very knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of my tax needs.
