I have been seing the dr.for a year now ,Every 3 months I do my routine exams ,blood work etc.The staff are great never had any problems

Worse doctor office ever they take forever to call you Ive been here for an hour plus and I still dont see the doctor this is ridiculous 😒

I always see the NP and I love the care I receive. Overall this office has been very flexible with me… from the front desk to providers. Yes it does get busy and sometimes you wait a while over the phone, but I don’t mind. Everyone is trying their best and working hard!

Front office staff very inept and do not provide thorough information for new patients even worse if you test positive for covid. Forget about you and neglect your existence as if you started the virus.

Dr Jacob is the best

Dr Jacob is a GREAT physician. He treats his patients like family, it is truly inspiring.

Dr. Jacob has been my doctor since he took over the old practice from my previous of dr that retired. I was a little scared at first because I didn’t know who this new doctor was. I must say, this doctor is warming, kind and very caring to his patients. That is why he has been my family doctor including my parents, my son, husband and my self for over 15 years. You will never find a humble, caring doctor like him!!

Doctor Jacob is a true meaning of a family doctor he care about our family’s health as his own he’s beyond Amazing and extremely knowledgeable and very professional each and everyone of his staff is nice and caring also stay on top of all your requests and prescriptions needs. And overall he’s a human which is rare to find in doctors nowadays

I wouldnt recommend this doctor. Staff gets in late, about 90 percent chance you dont meet with Dr. Jacobs. Wait an hour and then told Dr. Jacob isnt in. Horrible waiting time.

My Family and I have been going to his office for over ten years the Staff and Doctors are great I would recommend this office to Everyone.

They are super busy office. I like a human approach not a get them in get them out car wash feel. The front office is rude and unprofessional, They have long hold times. They send out statements after you have made the payment. Then you give them the benefit of the doubt and call to clarify and nothing but attitude. Save yourself a headache go else where as my family and friends will be doing.

Dr answers all my questions and breaks things down where I can understand them and his office staff is awesome very pleasant

Not sure what’s going on here. I don’t know if it’s management or the staff. I called multiple times for them to send my fathers prescriptions in, they say yes and never do it. Here’s where I draw the line though, I canceled an appointment a day prior and I get a letter from my insurance that they still billed them. Not sure if it’s incompetence or they’re playing games but you sure are going to lose your lisence to practice eventually if this keeps up.

Dr. Jacob is amazing!!!!! As a doctor, he has gone above and beyond everything, I ever would have expected. The world would be a much better place if all of the doctors were like him. Thank you so much for everything that you have done. I can’t say anything negative about his staff because they all have been great, friendly, and have done their job. I’ve been a patient for over 7 years.

My first time today seeing Dr. Emad and I’m happy to say that I found my new doctor. He was very sensitive and attentive to my concerns and I felt very comfortable talking to him. The staff was very nice and friendly. Overall I had a great experience today and will definitely come back.

Doctor Jacob is a great doctor, however the front desk staff never fails to give me attitude and when we call. I honestly cant deal with the rudeness and then the backpedaling without apologies. Not to mention being put on hold for 20 minutes to hanging up and then when we call back it happens again. Unfortunately, Ill be looking for another primary physician because even though we really like Dr. Jacob it shouldn’t be this hard to call the doctors office. With that said Dr. Jacob’s office will end up loosing 4 patients from my household.

The doctor and head nurse are great and welcoming, but I have never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism and disorganization disorganization from a front desk staff.

The office is very good, when I really need to see a doctor I don’t have to wait a few days to see the dr. They squeeze me in right away and they are organized and the dr really listens to you.

First let me Begin by saying that my three star is not reflecting the doctor himself. He is an excellent doctor who is very personable, professional, and caring. The three star is because his staff, the one that was working when I last went there on Friday September 13th, seem to be a little off the hook. The receptionists were all on their phones and did not pay attention to the fact that the assistant doctor had written a prescription for me to see a specialist. I had to ask twice and then they saw the paper on the desk. Second, the nurse who drew my blood seem to have been bothered because I asked her to let me see my blood tubes with my name on it. That is something that professionals would offer automatically. Theres no need to be get annoyed because a patient wants to make sure their blood is labeled correctly, especially since she had just told me that the printer was not working and she had to hand write my name on them. No one is perfect and human error is something that cannot be afforded when it comes to blood and medical issues. I left the place a bit upset, but I hope that the next time I am able to see the doctor, personally, it will be a more pleasant experience as it has been

I have been going to this doctor before they moved and I am very pleased with everything in this office from the staff to the doctor and even the nurse practitioner they are great, I know everyone is entitled to their opinions but the people here writing these bad reviews shouldnt be so harsh sometimes things dont go the way you would want them to go.

I decided to go to Dr Emad Jacob because several of my family go to him and have spoken so highly about him and his staff. Well I went there today and I had a very different experience. First I got there right when the doctors office opened and was greatest by a waitting room full of patients with no place to sit. Then I wait for my 9:30 appointment and didnt get called Till 10 :00 then once I was in the exam room I didnt even see Dr Jacob but instead I saw a nurse practitioner who spend a full 3 mins with me after that I was made to wait another 20 mins before I could go draw blood for a blood test which the women was unable to do because she didnt know what she was doing and left hand and arm bruised from her attempts. So all in all I wasted a work day for absolutely nothing. I am sure Dr Jacob is an amazing doctor but he lost a patient in me.

Aside from the great staff in the office, this doctor is amazing!I have been taking my family there for over a year now and have nothing to complain about other than the wait to get blood drawn but every place there is a wait and we understand. They have late night appointments which for my family is a plus since we work late hours. The staff is great and very helpful. They are attentive and answered any questions I had. I read reviews about the staff not being the best and all I have to say is that is just not true. I have friends who go to this office and say nothing but good things about the staff.

Great doctor,Great staff, The wonderful thing is ...they care! I cant understand any bad reviews? I have been seeing Dr. Jacob for many years and I would not want anyone else, recently I was quite ill and Dr. Jacob was all in with my care.

The office staff are wonderful!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Im surprised theyre open and havent been sued for malpractice yet!My wife went in after having a fever for a day, dr. did no tests, said its a virus and told her to go home, prescribing cold medicine that can be bought over the counter. Oh, the best part, the dr. said she had a fever after placing the back of her hand on her forehead, rather than using a thermometer, you know, like a real dr. should! Turns out this is their preferred manner of checking fever since my mom said the same was done to her. Needless to say, not me nor anyone from my family are patients there anymore.But, to end the story, my wife came back from the ER today, after the dr. sent her home with a "virus", and the ER said she has a really bad sinus infection, and luckily there are competent drs. at the ER that prescribed the medicines she shouldve already been on.My tip, stay away from here and find yourself another primary dr.

Dr. Jacob is a wonderful and understanding Dr. He listens to his patients concerns never rushes out to see other patients until he is thru with your visit. The office staff is wonderful. The front desk is very professional and very helpful and they always accomodate you, if you need to see the Dr. My whole family goes to his office and i will definitely recommend his office if anyone needs a primary Dr. Thanks to Dr. Jacob and his staff!

i called the office to set up the appointment; and tell them need as early as possible; they told us to come right now; after waiting for an hour and half; they told me, who have a fever for over 100, have to wait because i do not have an appointment. they are a group of irresponsible and indecent people.

From the front desk to the doctor visit, every one is so respectful and always ready to help. The girls in the front desk are nice and very helpful. The first time i went to Dr. Jacobs office, my husband was very sick and it was very quick to get an appointment. The second time i went, I did not have a primary doctor and remembered the great experience the first time that i took my husband. It was not a long wait about 15 minutes after I handed in my paper work. Dr. Jacob is friendly with his patients.. he was very specific on the medications I had to take and precautions on how to get better. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Jacobs office and my husband and i will be using him as our primary doctor!

Never had an issue with this Dr.s office. I have been a patient for 2 years and wouldnt change It! Very convenient with allowing walk ins and also girls in office are always polite and professional!

Friday was my first appointment with my new primary Dr., this drs office was so comfortable and inviting, the girls were so very nice and professional. I saw the NP and she was very nice and helped me with everything i needed. i will definitely be keeping Dr. Emad Jacob as my primary Dr.

I drove an hour to a scheduled appointment and he was in the office and once he saw me, since he did not want to deal with my blood results and my constant unexplained left flank and lower back pain he exited quickly under the pretense of an emergency call he just received. He did not care about my well being and most of all all my blood results were out of ranges and he did not inform me of the seriousness if left untreated and still I don’t know what to do and still in severe pain.If anything terminal comes to me it will be because of him. What is wrong with the doctors nowadays? The hypocrisy they manage their oath and practicesIs unrealistic and they get away with it. I believe they are in it just for the great us $$ and don’t care about human lives

office staff is very rude and disorganized. Called to get required documents for a patient and was transferred between 2 different people asking the same questions. Cut me off repeatedly assuming the patient was admitted when they were not. Given an attitude after I asked for a name to follow up with and their scheduled hours....lots of sarcasm in tone. Not looking forward to folllowing up
