First time going here. Just had Monica cut my hair.. she was very professional, courteous and took time to understand what I wanted. The salon was busy and everyone seemed to be taking care of the patrons in a very friendly manner! It was also very clean! Price was reduced on Mondays for a mens haircut, so I got a discount. Price was better than all others I have been to...will be back again!

Absolutely ruined my hair. I said a tiny bit off the top, next thing you know I’m just about bald. Thanks for jacking up my hair 👋🏼 It looks absolutely terrible

Took my daughter there for her 10th birthday! And for her 1st hair color and trim! It was a mommy daughter duo day😄🥰 The place was amazing and MONICA was our stylist she done such an amazing, awesome job. She was so friendly and kind and my daughter loved her and her hair ! 🥰 HANDS UP. She does what you want and explains what she is doing, I would totally recommend anyone to MONICA. She will definitely be our new hair stylist!

Made my hair the blondest it has ever been, I’ve been blonde for about 5 years and always wanted a white blonde look and have had so many stylists tell me they didn’t know if they could get me “that blonde” but my natural hair is light brown so you would think it wouldn’t be an issue. Went here and BOOM got exactly what I wanted with literally no issues. They know their products and know what to use. Love Shawna and highly recommend anyone here! The prices are also amazing!

This is review is not based on a haircut or any services provided as I did not wait long enough to get any work done. It is however based on what I consider poor initial customer service. I walked in wanting to get a haircut for my 3 yr old son since Super Cuts in town always gives horrible haircuts and wanted to try someplace new. I walk in to the new location which has two doors and walked up to the upstairs door and entered only to be confused since there seemed to be no register or counter that I noticed at least. Than Im greeted by blank stares and ignored even though it is obvious Im confused. I sit in the nearest chair still receiving blank stares for about 5 mins before I decided to leave. It is only when I get up to leave that Im finally asked if I have an appointment!? Just a super bad first impression for a customer plain and simple

Ive been getting my hair cut here for as long as I can remember. The staff here are great and the building is nice. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new hair salon

Im never unsatisfied when I leave this place. My hair looks so good with every trim, style, and color. I prefer Bailee but you will get good results from any of their stylists.

I seen Shawna today and was so happy with her work! I went from mid back, brown/blonde to a shoulder length angle with red and blonde. She was quick but made sure everything was perfect! I will definitely be going back!

We came here to get our haircuts done because it had been a few months since our last cut (Covid-19 obviously kept us from that). When we called whoever answered sounded flustered and impatient but we tried to be understanding (I know hair salons down in Indiana were probably flooded with Michiganders looking for a haircut). When we came in for our appointment yesterday the stylist had a terrible attitude, give us a break we literally drove nearly 2 HOURS for you guys. She proceeded to try and say “we had one for 1:30 and one for 2”...we entered the building at 1:40 and it was apparent they weren’t busy. The cuts were done well but for future reference, check your attitude. We are YOUR customers, business professional isn’t a choice when it comes to offering a service to people 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄.

Great place to get your hair cut, they do an great job with my 4 year old.

I thought my highlights looked great until I saw today that half of the strands that were highlighted had been fried off.. I’ve had my hair lightened before and it has never had breakage that severe.. I believe she used a higher developer than she should’ve or left them on way too long..but the worst part of it is that I found out myself that she had killed those chunks of hair... wasn’t informed at all...

Im going to go with three stars here solely based on the fact that Ive only had a few experiences at Jagged Edge I do feel that their staff is kind of critias however I do think the cost of haircuts in comparison to other cities is kind of high their shop is well lit and if people seem to be very personable and all its people could job people thank you

Great hairstylists for mens and womens cuts and colors, these ladies can do it all! My wife even got her eyebrows done here.

Always leave with great haircut and color, the girls are all super nice and look very beautiful. Would highly recommend Jagged Edge hair salon!!

All the beauticians do a wonderful job you can tell this is their passion! I will not go anywhere else to get my hair done! Crystal does a wonderful job! Its hard to find someone who knows how to cut curly hair!! She is so talented at everything she does! She has colored my hair so many times!! They also do mens and childrens cuts as well! Definitely give them your business you will not be disappointed!

Courtney did a GREAT JOB of fixing my bangs after i thought i would be able to trim them on my own.and she did an AMAZING job on cutting the back of my hair the way i wanted it,and she made sure to ask! They do a great job and the prices are awesome! I have very thick and long hair, and the last time I was there she curled my hair for me for date night for like $4. I also like that they take walk ins.
