Jamba in Stanislaus County

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! 6 cars in line and it took 32 minutes. After all the reviews about this problem for years now I cant believe nothing has been done. Employees are friendly but the drive-through is horrible!

Just spent 45min in the drive through on a Saturday afternoon. Very slow and unprofessional. Wasnt even given a spoon for my bowl, which was half melted by the time it was finished. The blueberries still had stems...

For some reason they weren’t taking orders at the lobby?! This was Saturday at 5:30 PM. They must have closed their “in-person” lobby orders because of the HUGE drive-thru line they had? Trying to catch up? Not sure, but disappointed that I couldn’t not order at the lobby. It had to be an online order or drive-thru.

Location is notoriously slow every time, but good smoothies.

I had a watermelon flavor drink

Smoothies are okay, service is a bit slow. Prices are too high (but what isnt nowadays?)

Delicious, as always, and quick service in spite of the long line.

They were super slow! And the line was short.

I havent been to Jamba Juice in years. I have to say this was awesome. I forgot how great their drinks taste. Thank you for the great and very quick customer service not to mention the awesome Piña Colada.

Just left here & asked for NO bananas and as soon as I took a sip…I taste banana!!!! I’m furious but I didn’t go back because I didn’t have the time. It’s just frustrating when I was clear. And of course I got a large….

Unprofessional rude snotty young ladies working in there. A lot of the times it’s as if they don’t clean and very messy, smells weird in there as well. They take their sweet time making drinks while they just chat and giggle as if they don’t have a line of customers waiting inside as well as drive through. Make sure your smoothie filled and get what you pay for because a few times there’s at least 3 inches or more of space at the top left.

Got a new tumbler with there deal. But they got my drink slightly wrong

The wait is entirely too long. I cant count how many times, Ive sat there for 15 minutes plus. Ive seen countless cars pull out line and drive away. Their back door is next to the screen where you pull up and place your order and I have to say its absolutely unsanitary. The side walk outside the back door is stained partially with some garbage spillage. Girls at the window shove a huge tablet through the drive thru window toward your face that is displaying what you want to tip them. Im all about tipping but when I waited for 15 plus minutes for two smoothies, that is not going to happen ..Something need to happen with management/ leadership otherwise their going to run this Jamba into the ground. We beg you, please have someone from corporate come in and inspect.

They work slow motion and huge wait time, a lot of times the drinks aren’t filled to the top. It smells so bad in there like throw up, and it’s hot and humid. Very rude and full of attitude.

Nothing better then driving there and them having a sign posted saying reduced hours however the online website does not reflect that 👌.

Honestly have to say, the last few times this is the slowest service ever. Twice in a row they messed up the order.

If you going drive through be ready to wait minimum 45mins to 1hr

Store appearance appalling. Hair, juice stains, and FOOT PRINTS, on counters. The staff were less than enthusiastic. Customer service was terrible. Watched an employee hand a “friend”two free waffles. Juice was good though.

GreatCustomer service 5 stars for that, but be prepared to wait in drive thru line for a long time… and if ur lucky they might get ur drink right.

Slow drive thru but the friendly staff and awesome drinks make it worth the wait.

Consistently inconsistent. More often than not they don’t make the smoothies as well as other locations in the area. They need much better quality control. I’m tired of asking for my smoothies to be remade. It’s like they don’t know the proper ratios or recipes. The staff is nice, but the waits are too long. Jamba Juice charges premium prices and you want to get what you pay for. They really need to step up their game.

Sometimes the smoothies are good sometimes they aren’t, sometimes they are partially melted unlike the Jamba Juice in Modesto. Employees are nice but every time your trying to order something or pay your interrupted due to the employees messing around laughing. It also smells like something rotten inside.. you can smell it as soon as they open the drive through door. Out of all the Jamba Juice places is I’ve gone to this is the worst.

The Jamba Juice located in Riverbank California is the ratchetest Jamba Juice EVER... slow slow people waiting over 30 minutes for order It had so many people working.. I had to get the manager involved

Been coming to this Jamba Juice for a while now horrible place to go the people are always nice thats about it they are always understaffed and if you get any kind of drink that has vegetables or fruit plan On only being able to drink 3/4 of your drink because they never blend them the right way Im literally drinking one right now its full of pieces of Greenleaf the size of cornflakes and this happens every time this will be the last time I come here

The only issue I have with this Jamba Juice in Riverbank is the 45 minute wait in the drive thru line on a Tuesday night at 7pm! We sit here discussing why, why does it take so long!?!? Now, you would think we would just leave and I have no logical answer to that question but when you finally reach the ordering spot the associate is extremely nice, helpful and the smoothies are excellent!

Favorite Jamba Juice around the Valley! Not all Jamba’s are created equally. This particular location is always well kept, fast, and friendly. They are pretty consistent, I especially like the simply carrot, and ginger lemon cayenne shot for the win. The only reason I gave 4 stars was for the poor packaging of wheatgrass and ginger shots. Once you pry the plastic off they spill your precious little juice everywhere. Even as careful as one can be you cannot get these off without spilling. Yet, still marvelous and worth every penny.

Even though they say that they are open the dining area is not open make sure you go through the drive-thru are you awaiting quite some time other than that challenges always has great flavors and great customer service so I wouldnt mind waiting a few minutes in the Drive-Thru just be aware

Being a former employee at this Jamba. I want to let the community know Don’t Order “Fresh O.J” it’s not fresh at all!! 🙅‍♀️. The juice machine they use to make the oj is filthy. The spout the juice comes out of always has build up bacteria and mold 🤮🤮. No body cares , kids work there. I had to get out of there!! I was one of the managers that actually cared about cleanliness and the health of guest!!! Not just this location but every Jamba’s oj machine guaranteed is molded and caked in bacteria 🦠!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Drink were good, employees are nice. We didnt wait that long in drive-thru.

We had to wait a really long time inbthe drive thru line and at the window for them to finish warming/ charring waffles. There were only a few cars in line and no apologies for the ridiculous wait

The smoothies are tasty. My favorite jamba is riverbank because of zach and kobe!

Service is good, but I feel the drive up orders are done first. I wish it went by time order was received.

Their smoothies are consistently good, and their hours make it easy to satisfy late-night cravings.

I like Jamba and this location with the drive thru but every time I order the turkey sausage wrap its still frozen in the middle. I have called the store 4 times asking them to adjust their cooking times. Ive been really nice about it not even accepting free stuff they offer me. Its pretty bad when you continuously tell a business theres a problem and nothing changes.

Vanilla Blue Sky has been my new fav since summer. Its awesome! Its a subtle sweet flavor, like sweet clouds, lol. This location is super friendly and they have a drive thru!

Excellent, the girl on the register was soooooo patient with the customer in front of me taking over 5 minutes to order. She greeted everyone with a warm welcome and checked for clarity.

Nice place to grab a healthy drink or a smoothie....has a place to sit inside to enjoy your beverage. Staff is friendly.

We love Jamba Juice! But this location is a little rough. There system is down often, there are usually too many workers in this tiny space, very long waits and many times the drinks are really inconsistent. The customer service is usually good though, most of the kids working are really friendly.

Prompt and courteous service. Have a food allergy, they made certain no cross contamination occured. The the substitution was sublime.

Posting only for the wait time in the Drive- thru. I know they are a new crew , but if i dont comment, who will. We ordered weekday 1:30 ish. And 16 minutes later we got our 4 smoothies. That is a long wait to me. Am i right? Think of it this way. Would you sit at a stop light for 16 min. waiting to turn green? Boo hoo the grumpiness comes out.

So its been awhile since Ive gone to Jamba Juice, and I have to say Im glad I went back! Usually I stick with what I like and not detour, buut Ive tried their matcha green tea with soy and if you like Starbuckss Green tea frap then, you most likely would like this one as well! Also the Carribbean Passion is great too, I omit the peach and ask for pineapple instead, due to allergies and I believe it really brings out the flavor boat! Jamba Juice will a great way to cool off during the blazing summer ahead!!

Such deliciuos drinks, and way uealtheir options than majority coffee shops. Wish more had drive thrus just for convinence but all and all geeat. Workers definetly sweet and knowledgeable.

Great atmosphere. Great attitude. I really appreciate that no matter how busy they get (and Ive seen it super busy), the team members keep a positive attitude and get the order out in a timely fashion.

The employees at this Jamba juice location were fantastic. Definitely my new favorite place to pick up a smoothie.
