Jambey Villa Homestay Tawang in Tawang

This place is a home away from home. Such a lovely family who runs this place. They serve homely food at reasonable price. Rooms are clean and hot water is available. It was an amazing stay with live performances in the evening by the family members. Also, got to taste homemade rice wine. Location is also ideal for people who love nature and peace. Highly recommended!

Jambey Villa Homestay is such a lovely and nice Homestay. Homely food and Rooms are clean and hot water is available. It was an amazing stay with my Sir. My Both sir got to taste homemade rice wine with butter. Beautiful location and surrounding was beautiful with lots of flowers and 2 cute dogy. And karoaka also available who love singing and enjoying to listen song. Excellent location. Pristine and beautiful environment. Peaceful and quite place. The rooms are clean and spacious. Enjoyed the local food and local wine.The owner is polite and very friendly. Their hospitality was awesome. We enjoyed the evening bonfire. We had a great time dancing and singing. We feel like we were at our home. Thanks once again for making it a wonderful vacation. A quintessential Homestay. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could extend our stay. It feels indeed like a homestay, homely cooked amazing food and entire family is invested in bringing the best to their guests. Enough parking space and close to all attraction of Tawang. If you are in Tawang, there couldnt be a better place to stay in this budget I could say. Happy Travelling!!!

Naturally beautiful places

The homestay purely managed by the family members is a nice place to stay in Tawang. They offer Two Bed rooms houses along with Multiple room options. I really liked the kitchen and its ambiance. It was great to cuddle up around the fire place inside the kitchen and catch up with amazing conversation with the host. The open area inside the compund adds to the overall experience of spacious stay unlike the hotel rooms. The host offers a decent choice of home cook food. They go out of the way to serve HOT food in the dead of the winter. Its an ideal place to visit as a family. Our dog surely had a great time during our stay.The place is easy to locate with the sign on the main road, two right turns (one sharp onefrom the main road down the slope and one left through thier gate and bingo you have arrived.Its a drivers skill taste for sure.

What a marvelous homestay n what a wonderful family to host us...Stayed here 3 nights in summer n believe me i had a wonderful wonderful experience n hospitality...Food was also good as well as cleanliness...Must stay if in tawang n also away from crowded market area....Parking is also sufficient with complimentary room heater...

Excellent place with very welcoming family. Onwer is very sweet and always wear smile on his face. Entire family is welcoming and care. U ask for anything and they will not disappoint you. Best place to stay if you are in Tawang. We happened to book this place at the last minute and we didnt have permit visit bumla pass. When owner came to know we came all the way from Mumbai he did his best to arrange for the permit and ensure we are not disappointed.

Just One word, Fantastic!!! Owner went all the way to arrange our Bumla Pass Permit and made it possible else our trip wouldnt be the same after going all that far. Kudos to family members for non stop service and delicious food.

Food like our home made, nice service, we got service like a member of the house, people of very calm nature, location is close to all the site screens.

First of all its very clean and the best service..and thats what we search for when we go out. There we fell homely and secure the best parking space so lastly I advice all the people who ever visit tawang to stay in jambey villa

A home in the crowd of Tawangs hotels! To find a place like Jambey villa in Tawang is an absolute delight. This property has the comfort of a hotel, the beauty of villa and the warmth of a home stay. The place is run by Mr Nawang Tshering and his family. They are great hosts and do so with the right attitude. Its so good to see and be around them and the whole atmosphere makes you want to stay back for a longer time.

I could have rated 4 star if had checked in with my own car and with my family. The homestay is outside of the town and it is expensive. Though room was comfortable with room heater, but the bathroom was very cold and slippery and power failure ,so no heater or hot water. The good part is they serve you home food and make you feel homely. If you are single like i was it is better to stay in Tawang town at much lower price.

The hotel location is fantastic, hassle free, warm and cozy rooms. The owner is friendly and good host. The friendly pets are the real treat. I like to thank the home-stay owner for arranging a wonderful trip to Khromten Monestry.
