My daughter was just looking online at homes for sale for fun. Next thing I new Terry Thompson was calling me from Realtypath using my sons name (maybe because that is the name that came up with the computer....??????.That is just CREEPY. NOT good business practices. Realtypath needs to know that is crossing a line.I also got a text from another number about the same time asking questions (again using my sons name!regarding looking for a home. Dont know if it was also Terry Thompson or another realtor with Realtypath...or someone else from another company!I understand these people are just trying to do their job and make a living. I can respect that, but should I ever decide to buy a different home in the future...realtypath is the last place on Earth I would go. Actions have consequences.

WOW. Where to begin. My husband and I bought a house that Chrysta Martin was representing. Her clients were incredibly dishonest about the condition of the AC unit when we bought it. We had to pay over 3 grand to fix it even with the home warranty. They also shot up a wall with a bb gun before they left. Yes these issues are not her fault. However when dealing with her she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and continued to lie for her clients. She also made a very sexist remark towards me which was very disappointing coming from another woman. My advice to you is if you see her selling a house, RUN. If youre in the business of being dishonest and want to sell a house and youre a man, by all means she is probably the realtor for you.
