dump,updated, Im not calling you guys, place is a mess, sales people are unprofessional, service is dirty and tech John is a nasty clown.I would not let you guys work on my weedwacker.Parts department is clueless.You guys change employees like dirty diapers on an infant.Bulldoze the place and call it a day.

I cant speak for the sales but I did recently have new tires installed on my bike by their service department, I got my endorsement and the bike pretty recently so I also asked if they can do a safety inspection to see if there was anything else that needed work. Matt the service manager didnt give me any fuzz for bringing my own tires and he also took these cool pictures of my ninja 250 lifted up at my request which Im very grateful for. Its my first bike so I definitely wanted something to remember the moment. Other then that the tech doing the inspection found nothing wrong with it and only recommended that I get an oil change sometime after 100 miles. With everything said and done I have to say I had a pretty great experience

Needed a battery for my motorcycle. I know from past experience that they charge a premium for their parts. So I only go there when I absolutely have to. I was not disappointed. Sold me an OEM compatible battery for double the price.

Ordered my jet ski back in November with Eric when I told him I wanted a FXHO he said, "ya ya cool cool, Ill call you when it comes in.". The ski came in the week before memorial day, he called me and said I can pick it up on memorial day if I come in a sign the papers so I said back, " ya ya cool cool, be there soon to sign everything.". Stu took care of me in the back, had some good conversations with him. Eric told me he might be able to deliver the ski for me later that week that way I dont have to drive back there. They brought me the ski memorial day weekend. I couldnt be happier.

Was very disappointed when I called and checked they had the bike for 1k less then proceeded to tell that only for financing. After math they still tried to charge an extra 1k for bike certification while the bike had very low mileage and the only deal they could do was give me $500 off, very disappointed, ended going to Philadelphia cycle trader and paid 2k less then they advertised, the bike also had 2.5k miles less and abs.

Recommend for you motorcycle service. Matt from service department is the best service manager Ive ever had. Very professional and customer oriented person. I wish all sales and customer service people were like him.

Great experience at this dealer. They are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They take an extra step to make your buying experience a good one. Very happy with the trailer I purchase and my pre order on a new seadoo. Rey is a great salesman and was helpful the entire time.

Good morning,I called last minute and Rich in repair said come right in. I showed up and they jumped right on my tire issue. I didnt even purchase my bike from them...impressive.Mo and his staff are very service minded and a great group of guys.I appreciate the quick response last week...while I needed my bike to be safe to ride.Looking for bike #2

Really loving my, new to me, 2012 Honda Fury. Been out on a few rides and this bikes flys, rides well and sounds amazing! Thanks Eric and Jersey Shore Powersports! After having Lyssa (my Furysince May, we have ridden just over 6,300 miles together. Definitely should have done this sooner. Loving every ride!

Typical dealership that only cares about the sale and nothing else. Tried to get them to mail me my license plate for 5 days straight. Finally had to drive the 5 hours each way to go pick it up as they continued to promise to mail it. Also not sure what their set-up fee includes as they dont actually check anything: Tire pressure was wrong, mirrors were not tightened, handlebars not tight, clutch not adjusted. What did I pay $600 for? Didnt even get a quarter tank of gas in the bike.Edit: In response to their response, they dont even answer the phone. Just keep promising and not delivering. What is new? I highly recommend you find any other dealer.

I rarely write reviews but I was surprised at how much of a mark up this dealership adds to MSRP. I went in to inquire about a 2021 CRF300L which has a sticker price of $5249. First I was told by a rep that the price would only go up by $1000 after fees and whatnot, so I decided to take a seat and accept those fees even though I already knew they were lower at other dealerships. *this was one of two dealers in my area that had the bike*After waiting a few minutes the salesman, who I wont name since I know he was only doing his job, came back with a price just below $7200. Thats close to $1500 in just fees. Taxes and registration fees are understandable but after that, where did the other $1500 come from? I went to the other dealership and walked out the door paying $7150 for a 2021 CRF300L Rally, which is priced higher than the regular 300L.If you have the money and really dont care paying extra in nonsensical fees, try this dealer out. If you have common sense avoid this dealer. More than willing to also post the invoice from the other dealer.

I just sold my 08 Suzuki M50 two Saturdays ago, so my buddy and I (with cash in hand)stopped by JSPS to look at an pre-owned Indian Scout they had. The bike was in very nice shape and the price was right. The problem was they were closing so we said we comeback on Monday. Unfortunately we missed it, thats my luck. Last Friday I noticed that they had a 2021 60 Bobber that had just come in. I called, got a price and told the salesman that I lived on Long Island so my buddy (of 35 yearswould be by to look at the bike and if it looked got to him and the bike had no mechanical issues hed leave a deposit, and Id call and give them a credit app.. My buddy got there, liked the bike but when asked to take it for a quick ride he was told "NO". He asked how someone was supposed to drop $!0,900 + tax and fees without seeing how the bike ran, The salesperson pretty much shrugged and that was that. I called, explained the situation but was told that even if I came down from L.I. and as acondition of a sale, I wouldnt be allowed to take the bike out. I realize that with the shortage of bikes, the dealers are holding all the cards but they need to keep in mind that this isnt gonna last forever .I asked my buddy to stop by,

Bought 2008 Harley Davidson Rocker C with Eddie the salesman. He bent over backwards to take care of me and my purchase. He went above and beyond polishing the bike for 2 days before I got there. Everything was great we concluded business and headed home about a 1/4 mile away I shut the bike off and it wouldn’t restart. I called him and he drove to me immediately with a mechanic and they brought a new battery with and replaced it for me free of charge. Ladies and gentlemen this was an as is sale on consignment so there was no warranty. He didn’t charge me for the battery he just wanted to make sure I was taken care of and happy. Thanks again to Eddie and the entire staff!

This place is a joke. They priced a 6 year old used bike at $1000 over the original MSRP, then marked it down so that it seems like a deal. What makes it worse is they tried to justify it by saying there is a high demand for bikes right now. They also charged $600 for prep and $300 for delivery charge. I cant emphasize enough, stay clear of this place!

Personally I dont recommend this dealership for one reason...lack of transparency. I call them today, because I was intrested on a 2021 use Honda Rebel 1100 that they had on stock, I wanted to know what were their dealership fees for that motorcycle. I was told that the information that I was requesting wasnt available; wasnt available! Any other dealership that I had dealt in the past,, dont have any a problem providing such simple information. I will never do business with anyone unwilling to be transparent and upfront with their fees ( I much rather take my business elsewhere)

Avoid this dealer at all cost. When I was buying my bike, they said they cant finance it without me taking an extended warranty (which is a lie). I negotiated the warranty down to only 3 years and paid a big chunk of change for it. I went to my local Yamaha dealer recently to actually do some warranty related work and they told me my warranty expired after 12 months. Ive been trying to straighten things out with the original dealer over the phone, but every person I talk to just directs me to someone else and gives me the runaround. They cheated me out of my warranty and now they dont even wanna fix it. Sadly, I dont have the time, money, or patience to hire a lawyer and sue them. They will probably keep doing this to other customers because they know they can get away with it.

Called down Tuesday to see if that had an yz125’s for sale. They had one left and their lovely salesman Eddie communicated with me over the phone for the next few hours in order to get the deal done within the day. By the end of Tuesday all paper word was done and the bike was scheduled to be picked up Thursday or Friday. Knowing it was memorial-day weekend coming up I knew it was a long shot but to my surprise it was done on Friday. I’m 21 and this was the first time I’ve ever purchased anything new from a dealer. The Jersey shore power sports family made me feel at home and got the deal done quick and easy. Eddie is the man!!! Thank you for everything guys!

Worst business transaction ever!!!!! In my entire life!!!!!A few hours later I realize not only that I was treated like trash during the whole purchase process, the brand new bike I brought don’t have operational tail lights nearly causing me to be rear ended! Don’t understand how Can Am allow them to treat there bikes and customers this wayThey didn’t even give me any paperwork no tag no temp registration Just took my money and sent me on the way with a bike with no operational tail lights.They should not be in a position to sale Can Ams

Originally came in for a UTV and Jason directed me to a salesman which took good care of me. I ended up getting an ATV instead of the UTV and left a deposit, looking forward to riding it soon! High recommend this place is your looking for your next ATV!Great customer service! They will explain to you everything step by step! 👌

Go some where else! Tried to help my son facilitate a deal remotely while he was at the dealership and they did their best to mislead and take advantage of him. Offered a discount and then buried it back into the price when it was time to sign. I called them on the carpet for it (Stewie in finance I believe was his name and then he acted like he was the Virgin Mary. I would have had more respect for them if they just said “this is the price, take it or leave it” if you purchase from these guys check your paperwork carefully before you sign.PS: thanks for making the kid drive over an hour to get his license plate when it came in instead of mailing it.You guys are class act, top to bottom.

One of the worst dealerships I have ever tried to work with. First, I had to call multiple times to try and get in touch with someone. I called and asked for the manager, never got a call back. Second, once I was able to get in touch with someone, they wouldn’t take a deposit on a bike. I don’t know any dealership that works like that, I’m literally throwing money at them to get the bike I want. Third, I was then told if I wanted the bike to apply online. I did that. Then I was told I was approved, but they wouldn’t go over the details and pricing with me without being there in person. They have all of my information, social security number and license all of that, but won’t go over monthly payments over the phone? I’m 4 hours away out of state. Every single person I talked to was rude to me about being out of state coming to get the bike. The drive isn’t the issue, but I wanted to make sure it was all set before I drove there. I was then told the bike has 4 appointments set up for the weekend even though I have been inquiring and working with I don’t know how many people to try and get this bike before the week even started. I have never ever had such a hard time with a dealership before and I’m absolutely disgusted with how I was treated. Thanks for the hard inquiry hit on my credit for nothing. Honda should be ashamed with working with this dealership and any other brand, not one single person was nice or tried to help. Absolutely 110% would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Purchased a 2021 Polaris sportsman 450 HO yesterday and could not have been more then pleased with the service at this location. From start to finish took about 2 hrs with no issues and friendly staff. Plus delivered it an hour later to my house!!! I recommend this dealer to everyone!!Don’t listen to the other negative reviews, most likely miserable and uncooperative people.

Went in after discussing a reasonable price over the phone a week prior, ready to put a down payment on a new Yamaha Waverunner with a trailer, then was shocked to see that they marked the price up nearly 3k. This was not what was discussed over the phone and I was extremely disappointed especially because we had to drive over hour just to walk away from a dishonest sales transaction.

Beware of the low prices, they arent so low after the unnecessary "bank acquisition fees" and other BS charges of $1500+ over the unbelievably "low prices". The part that truly upsets me about my experience with this place is the fact that they ran a credit check on me for a new bike in which they NEVER CALLED ME BACK after they approved me and promised to call me back later with some more info that I requested. So my credit score took a major hit... I was going to make the 6 hour drive down there the very next day and be there when they opened to purchase the bike. Oh well, I got the exact same year, make and model bike elsewhere for $2500 less a week later.

I just purchased a jet ski from Jersey Shore Motor Sports and it was a very pleasant and fruitful experience. I worked with Eddy Robles who was tremendous throughout the process.It was a challenge to receive my specialty product due to the industry reacting to COVID-19 production slow down.Eddy was able to lockdown my order and secure my product as promised. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process in a timely fashion.Upon purchase, there was a team effort displayed which was coordinated by Eddy. Bought a 2020 CB 300R from these guys. My salesperson Edwin was the best, really helped me decide which bike to get, especially it being my first bike. Their manager Jason was nothing but professional and courteous. They delivered my bike showed me the controls and got me acquainted with the bike. In Conclusion, this place supports our veterans and first responders so if your either one this is the place to go!

Have been dealing with this place for decades. Purchased a Few Motorcycle there, had service done on them that was always first class. This trip was to pick up a Honda generator that I had service there. Price was what I agreed on, and they fixed it and bought it up to good working order in less than 4 days. Im a happy camper.

I had the best experience I could ask for buying my bike here. Eddie went above and beyond to find me the specific bike I was looking for. It was sold out almost everywhere in the tri state area. Eddie came through and by the next day I bought my first motorcycle! I’m more than pleased with my purchase and would recommend this place to all of my people! I went here first because they were the only ones who answered the phone when I was calling around. Stopped by and talked to Matt who was helpful and friendly. Ultimately didnt end up purchasing anything because APR was crazy high even with my excellent credit score which they offered to do nothing about (maybe it was out of their hands).The problem I had was trying to get another bike purchased from them before a Suzuki promotional period ended and I couldnt get one straight answer from them. They didnt want to negotiate over the phone and couldnt even tell me if I was approved for the 0% promotional financing I was asking for after running my credit again. They wanted me to drive an hour back out there just to talk financing and even then told me they couldnt have the bike ready by the time I got there 3 days later.If they were a little more straight forward I would have bought a bike from them.

One of the most amazing dealer I’ve been too. They answer all your questions and if they don’t know the answer they will find out for you to get you what you exactly what want. I’ve been shopping for a new ski and been to a a bunch of other dealers in the area and this one has had by far the nicest people and the best selection of products. I’ve seen some other reviews complaining about being ignored but when I was at the dealer multiple times While making a deal and the dealer been extremely busy each time and All the employees were trying their best to help everyone at once doing there best to help out everyone and make sure they were happy. Huge shout out to my sales man Eric and the the gm and finance manager Jay and Stuart. You guys were all around amazing and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for any of my Powersports needs.

I purchased a Polaris phoenix 200 in summer of 2019 and the motorcycle never idled properly and would have problems starting. We brought it back to Jersey shore Powersports in the spring 2020 and they said it was still under warranty and they would get it running smoothly.I pick the motorcycle up two days later but they did nothing to fix the problem. Instead the service broke my key in the ignition then tried to hide the fact they broke my key.I left a motorcycle there and picked it up a couple of days later.This place is a joke and I would never go back.Saving $150 on a new motorcycle is not worth it.

I had a great experience buying a new dirt bike at Jersey shore power sports. Eddie was professional and personable, with no high-pressure sales. He made the process stress free and fast. When I let him know that I had an appointment, he expedited each step to ensure that it was completed on time.Jason was extremely helpful with getting me a price that was within my budget. Outstanding!! True , honest sales and service.They quoted us a great price on a Triton double jet ski trailer. The price was better then anywhere else. We were told if we wanted to take the trailer same day we would have to wait a little bit for one to be assembled. We showed up and everything was exactly as discussed on the phone. NO games with pricing and the wait time was not an issue because it was clearly communicated to us prior to showing up. THANKS FOR THE SHIRT :)

Please stay away from this place. I visited the store because they had a very good deal on a motorcycle from a year before advertised on their webside. When we sat down to discuss the price in more detail the salesperson started with the original msrp price instead of the marked down price that you could find on their webside. When i pointed that out he explained to me that he wanted to show me how they came down to that marked down price! WHAT? Do they think i am STUPID? I guess he thought so.After he did his magic with the numbers (he even miscalculated at one point, i corrected him on that - i had a calculator with me - ;-, it turns out that in reality you would only save 500$ and not almost 1.500$ from the original msrp price. He didnt even come to all the extra shipping costs and fees yet.From that point on (actually when he started from the original msrp pricei was no longer interested in the deal.Side Note: They offered people free helmets if you purchase a bike. Those helmets are cheap china models that do more damage then help you in an accident.On top of that i found out that the salesperson gives himself 5-star ratings. See for yourself from the picture i made.I assume that all 5 Star Ratings that have a Spaghetti in them are fake hahahaEdit: i did a word search in those ratings and found "Eddie Spaghetti" at least 9 times in google reviews. He must have a lot of friends...Oh and he changed his name too on the review i pointed out, name atm is now EFlac... i am sure he will change that soon again...2nd Edit:Oh wonder oh wonder all the Eddie Spaghetti are gone LOL...EFlac is gone too, hahaNot that this is something unusual, but i really dont understand how they can get so many 5 Star Ratings other then rating themselves.A LOT...

I just purchased a 2018 from Edwin Roble and the sales service was top notch. Edwin went above and beyond to get me situated and out the door with the best price and quickly. Jerseyshore Powersports is the best Yamaha Dealer in NJ.. After purchasing my Raptor from Christian (salesmanand Stuart (finance managerI feel like I am family... Even though this was my first purchase there I have been treated as if I bought a fleet of Quads!!! Stuart is the most personable employee they have and is a huge asset to the business!!! As long as Stuart is there I will purchase every Big Boy Toy from Jersey Shore Powersports!!! Thank you to all the employees and ownership!!! Truly a great experience!!!

Got a Gp1800 when they were impossible to find. While the price could of been better they had to cover overhead being how out of the way they went to get it. Threw some other free stuff in to make up for it.Talk to Christian if you need anything, he will hook you up with whatever you need.

The overall experience was great. Make sure you see my man Eddie Spaghetti!! He is the best sales person that I have ever dealt with. Great personalized service, caring staff and competitive pricing, have kept me coming back and they have earned my loyalty. Trish from sales was nothing short of amazing. She listened to what I wanted as a customer and presented me with different options.Jason worked me with and ended up persuading me to get the 2017 Yamaha R6 and it was the right choice. The monthly rate ended up better for me for the R6 because of my trade in. I want to thank Jersey Shore Powersports for the hospitality and will definitely be doing business there again.

I came In for a New R1M and spoke to Pat Leone the sales rep. After speaking with him he gave me a good deal on a new bike, never felt pressured to purchase one. Even when dealing with the finance managers Jimmy Goodman and billy I never felt pressured to take out anything additional I felt like I didnt need. It was an easy going process. I was very happy with how everyone conducted themselves in the whole process. Will definitely recommend anyone I know to purchase a product here.

Gave me some great advice about riding, which I followed, having not been on a bike in 35 years.Henry (manager): 5 stars - really cared that I was satisfied with my new bike. Contacted me on his day off to help resolve a setup issue.Ryan (service manager): 5 stars - also knowledgeable and honest. I took the bike back because it was leaking oil, and he diagnosed and corrected the problem, which turned out to be caused by whoever did the setup overfilling the oil enough to have it come out of the air filter. Ryan not only resolved this, but found, corrected, and told me about other minor setup problems.Parts guy: 5 stars - very helpful in sizing me for a helmet. I dont know the persons name, but he really made me feel welcomed back to biking.whoever set up the bike at first: 2 stars for reasons that should be obvious.General: its like a car dealership in that there are no price tags, the sales person has to consult the manager for pricing, you negotiate, and so on. If youre comfortable with that I think you can get some pretty good deals here.
