My wife and I worked with Jill Rustad to purchase our home. While there are many good things to say about Jill, perhaps what we appreciated most is that she always put our best interests first. Always. Ill share one example. Prior to hiring Jill, we had secured the option to build on a lot we absolutely loved. But before committing to that path we thought it best to take a look at some homes on the market. So we hired Jill. Naturally I expected Jill would try to talk us out of building, given she wouldnt make a penny if we ultimately pursued that route. Wow, was I wrong about her. After a long day of walking through homes she suggested we all drive to the lot and discuss what the new home would look like. So we did, and to my surprise we spent significantly more time at that lot than any other home that day. That was the first of countless instances where she demonstrated that she had our best interests at heart; that she truly cared more about what would make us happy than what would make her money. We feel so fortunate to have had someone of such high character in our corner for such a major life decision. I highly recommend Jill.

There isn’t enough I can say about the service Jill provides. She worked incredibly hard for my family during a time when all we had were obstacles. She went so far above the bar that we couldn’t believe it. From Zoom tours, personalized listings, and stellar advice on the best areas to fit our needs, to master negotiating and networking, Jill took care of everything. She was better than a concierge!The entire team was always ready if we needed them, even if it was just to calm our nerves on an out of state purchase.
