Jim Xamis is a great family owned business we have bought 3 vehicles with them and have always been treated good! Service Department is always great.

A great place to bring your car in for any mechanical issues. Service department is Top Notch.

Pretty sad day when you have been on the phone looking at the inventory and talking to someone about a vehicle. Even confirmed that morning it was still available, to get there and be told someone might buy it they aren’t sure. But they put a deposit down and they won’t know til Thursday if they will buy it. In the mean time standing there with cash in hand traveled all the way from Oklahoma and told well they aren’t sure and that was it. But they can call me Thursday and let me know, sorry I will already been back home. Then tried to sell me a wrecked BMW. Very disappointed in this location.

I was impressed with the care they gave to my 2014 Fusion . Went in for four new tires & alignment and they found my caliper clips were missing and some how the brakes were on backwards. My vehicle broke down on a Sunday and we had it towed in to the Dealership. Called Monday morning and they were already looking into parts for us. Great follow up all week long and truck was done by Friday. We were 3 hours from home when this happened but they treated us like one of their own customers, Thank you for the great work truck home safely.

The transaction was painless and fair. Matt Xamis handled the paperwork and again it was pleasant and smooth. He was was very informative and did not push additional products, but provided information when asked. I will definitely be going here for future vehicles.

I got the pleasure of speaking with Brad I think on Friday and met with him on Saturday. Test drove 3 vehicles but allowed me to have first pick as one had a customer wanting it. However it was not to be and I met with him again today (mondayand I left with the same exact vehicle still beaming with joy ive always wanted a jeep! He did a good job making me feel like I was a priority and he understood I needed a car. Was very good at communicating with me and gave me the tools I needed to walk in today and make that deal. I couldnt have ever been so lucky to walk in and say "Ive never done this before" and walk out not only with what I wanted,a great deal but feeling like I got taken care of. John Stoltzenburg was super helpful with helping me purchase my first SUV! I live in Springfield and had been to some dealerships around town but no luck in finding what I wanted. My boyfriend found a vehicle online through Jim Xamis Ford and we took the trip to Lincoln to look at a couple of specific used SUVs. He was very friendly and has kept me updated and is still keeping me updated about my vehicle purchase! The SUV got new tires and I waited until those were on to sign the purchase paperwork. The vehicle I purchased is getting a new touchscreen and I took a loaner car until the screen is replaced! I’m very excited about getting my SUV and the loaner car I was given is very nice too - it’s nice to not have to make that drive more times than is necessary! I’m very excited about having a used vehicle with new tires and a new touchscreen without having to pay extra!! Thankful for the great service from John and the rest of the team at Jim Xamis!! Very helpful staff. On a trip and not from the area I noticed a strong smell of gas. My vehicle was over sized and would not fit into their shop. They had a mechanic come out to the parking lot to inspect my vehicle. He looked my vehicle over and helped me back on my trip.

I was traveling from Kansas City to Chicago during a winter rain storm in Kansas City that became snow in Illinois. My car completely shut down at 80 miles an hour on Interstate 55. When I arrived at the service department at Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln I was greeted by Vanessa I believe she is the manager, she was very helpful from the get go when I called from the side of the highway asking for her opinion on a tow company to use to get my car to the dealership. She quickly within one minute of my car being dropped in the service bay had her senior technician Ryan who might I add is 24 I believe assess my car and begin the diagnostic process. I could tell right away that this young man was very skilled at his job, one of the best service technicians I’ve ever seen. Within under a half hour he had already assessed the problem and figured out what part we needed to get me back on the road. The problem was the part was 45 minutes away and it was a blizzard. Vanessa had another service technician Chad give me a ride to get a rental car in Decatur. Because we didn’t think we were going to be able to get the part till the next day I was going to be forced to get a hotel room. That was done out of the kindness of her heart. On the way there Chad received word that we were able to pick up the part, so instead of getting a rental car we went back to the service department with the part. Ryan and Vanessa had stayed late to see that my car got fixed and back on the road. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road. With the help of that team I was able to get to my destination. From the moment I called I felt the family atmosphere I even felt it more when I walked in the door from the very first second till the end they made me feel like number one priority. I would recommend anyone who needs their vehicle worked on to go to the service department. If I could drive from Kansas City for the rest of my life to this dealership to have my vehicle serviced I would. This just goes to show the country that there is still good people out there. Ryan you are going places in life I can tell keep up the good work and thank you. Not to mention but their hourly service charge is only $99 and You do not find that anywhere else go ahead and get on the Internet and check all the other Ford dealerships I bet you don’t.
