Jimmy John's in Baxter County

My beach club sandwich was so delicious 😋. And the staff was friendly and fast. And there was good seating and fresh iced tea which is always great.

Their food is delicious, but 9/10 times I go my wait time is not in line with "freaky fast" and if I ask for extra items on my sandwich they are usually ignored. I only get a 30 minute lunch and work close by, and a lot of times I have only minutes left to eat.

Made a mistake and actually wanted the sandwiches back

I think 🤔 I could get a better sandwich at the deli pre made section at a mini mart no personality behind the counter $17.00 for a large Italian we need a Jersey Mikes here.

This Jimmy John’s location is very good. Good service, & fresh food!

I worked here for a month. The managers were the absolute best and incredibly understanding even when they themselves were under pressure to sort out staffing issues. This Jimmy Johns has the best and healthiest work environment that I have ever seen, and everyone working was friendly, helpful, positive, and wanted to do their job properly. At the end of the day we were just making sandwiches, but the people making the products want to make them right and these sandwiches taste delicious. There is a level of pride making this place run and every single corner of this business is healthy and running incredibly well top to bottom, and I believe wholeheartedly that this place can contend for the best place to work in the entire city directly due to the excellent workers and management, not to mention workable salary. I would hop on the opportunity immediately to work here again. Highly Recommend!

Old faithful. We ordered online using the app. Everything was ready and prepaid. All we had to do was drive through and give them the name. Picked up order at drive through window. Sanwhiches were so large that we had seven meals for two people for about forty dollars. (Thats a little over five dollars per meal and we probably could have stretched it to eight meals.Staff was super friendly and fast. Food was fabulous!

This place has the most ironic slogan. When JJ’s first came to town, it actually was freaky fast. I could count on a sandwich being delivered in 15-20 minutes. But now, for the fourth and final time in a row, I have ordered a single sandwich in the afternoon and have waited over an hour for it to be delivered. I could have gotten ready and enjoyed a full meal at a sit down restaurant, paid, driven home, and been sitting back down in the same spot I’m in now writing this review.

sat in the drive thru this evening for 20+ minutes and they still got my order wrong. asked for no tomatoes, because i’m allergic, but apparently that’s too much to ask of good ol’ jimmy johns

both bathrooms were out of soap and when i asked for some they said they were totally out of soap in the whole restaurant. they are operating a restaurant with no soap in the building. seriously thinking about calling the health department... disgusting.

I gave it three stars because its jimmy johns and its in mountain home... As for the food, its nothing in comparison to the store in north little rock off McCain. This mountain home location only puts about 1/3 the meat and cheese on their sandwiches opposed to the mounds every other location uses. I would say the owner is cutting costs, and trying to stretch his inventory. I gave the stars to the franchise, not the owner...(Edit)-Downgraded to a one star for good reason, last three times I’ve eaten here my order hasn’t been correct. Didn’t even get close to the San which I ordered. You’d think if you ordered a black and bleu roast beef there would be at least one of those items on the sandwich, best I can tell I think I received a #9…. Won’t be returning.

Waited almost an 1 for the delivery person to find our place of work to drop off my moms and my food.

This was my first visit. Service was slow, and I ordered a sandwich off of the great big menu above the register and it said nothing about tomatoes being as one of the ingredients on the sandwich. My sandwich came with tomatoes. I advise the cashier about the problem and she says "oh well it doesnt show the vegetables that comes on the sandwiches" and then she was fumbling trying to come up with another excuse. So I showed her one of the sandwiches on that same menu that said it had a cucumber in it and I advised her a cucumber is a vegetable! And I personally do not care for their type of bread, it seems to be sort of hard and chewy instead of like fresh baked and soft.

The young lady helping us did a wonderful job considering she was the only one of four workers that wasnt in the parking lot smoking weed. Felt very bad for her, it would suck having that kind of coworkers.

My whole family each got a spicy Italian sub with chips and a drink. Was so happy to see a menu with Capocollo on it was well worth it. Lots of cheese and meat! Yummy tomatoes and shredded lettuce. They also have some funny signs in the shop. It did take me a bit to find it. Had to call the store. Google maps took me to the parking lot behind it to subway. Sorry subway your not what I was looking for. 😁

Ive been eating at Jimmy Johns for many years. Unfortunately where I live now the closest Jimmy Johns is 45 miles away in Mountain Home. Im usually there once a month or so and always make Jimmy Johns part of my visit.Today I arrived there at 10:45. Although there was a lot of staff in the store making sandwiches and standing around, they refused to make something for me because they were not open yet.As I left and went out to the parking lot, there were multiple cars in the drive-thru and the staff was gladly taking their orders, and no they were not pickups as I heard people clearly ordering food.What horrible customer service, they couldnt take 30 seconds to throw together a sandwich for me? Needless to say thats my last time stopping at the Mountain Home Jimmy Johns.

Usually dont have a problem with this place but th e last 2 times I have gone they messed up my sandwich. And today they messed up 2 sandwiches which included one of the "sandwiches" was just turkey and bread.. they didnt even out the toppings i wanted on it. Im not going to wait for a third time I drove an hour to get to mnt home and chose to go there so I didnt know till I got home. Which is worse because I stood there for 20 mins waiting for them to be made...

The fastest, tastiest, subs on homemade breads youll find. The crew is friendly and the place is super clean.

Great sandwiches. They lost one star because it costs just under $5 to add bacon to one of their sandwiches, and all that gets you is two paper-thin slices of commercial bacon.

Ive ordered several xs and except for a minor mistake here and there, most were great. Today I ordered the same that I always get, spicy sub on 9 grain wheat, no tom. It was definately not double meat and loaded with toms on French. Are they even looking at the customization? The 2 gargantuans were fine except it has the veggies I asked to withhold. But at least theirs had the correct meat and bread. Its printed correctly on the receipt but obviously they arent looking at the directions.

The employees throw sandwiches at minor children and are very rude. They put online orders last priority and we had to wait 45 minutes for a "freaky fast" sandwich. I love jimmy johns but will no longer go to the MTN home location. Ill drive to searcy from now on.

Normally they are VERY fast on delivery usually within 20 minutes but here lately its been taken almost an hour and my order is wrong most of the time when I add something or remove it. Very disappointed with their performance as of late

Stopped in with my family to try JJs while in Mountain home yesterday since the sandwiches looked delicious on the commercials. That was not the case at all... The sandwich bread was so hard I could hardly bite it, forcing all the Meat and Fixins to come out the side of it. 27 bucks and some change and had to ask for napkins, they didnt even put our food in a bag. Not impressed at all with the food or the service.

Great sandwiches, downfall wait in drive through for thirty minutes. They say freaky fast but really it’s freaky slow. Use to we could come in or get through the drive through quickly.

First off I have to always liked the sandwiches at, Jimmy Johns. I had a problem ordering at the drive thru, the other day. The manager, Cody, straightened out everything, certainly to my satisfaction. Im not saying dont go to the drive thru. My wife tells me she always goes into the store.

Not what I ordered? I asked for hot peppers on way over priced sandwich why is it this location cant follow a simple request? You would think its easy to listen to the only customer in the store! Get it together!

First time here. We had very good and fast service. Most of the employees were teenage or young adults but they were very pleasant and courteous. Loved our sandwiches and the bread was great. Will make another visit our next time to MT.Home.

I went to this location and ordered a vito unwich. When I got back to work and opened it up the lettuce was wilted, slightly transparent and was not even large enough to cover the meat. When I called and talked to the manager I was told that he could not find the ticket to prove i was telling the truth so there was nothing he could do about it.

It is better than subway here in MTN Home. Only reason didnt get 5 stars may be my fault in way I order my sandwiches.

Sandwich was great but not great service. They seemed in a hurry for me to order and I had not been in a year. They didnt have any tea and what they were going to have in 10 minutes was for somebody else. I learned later they were trying to fill a catering order and everybody that came in was interrupting them.

This is one of the best restaurant Ive ate at in a long time. The food was absolutely great & served hot immediately off the grill. Their sweet tea was wonderful & in the largest glass Ive seen in a long time! Great service too.

I give it 5 Stars for Jimmy Johns Sub Restaurant. I love to go there. But this is where i may save it for my apartment in the future. Unlike Hot NY Sub Steamers since its closing down. But it is nice to meet Jimmy Johns anyway.

Called to place an order, was put on hold for 4 minutes and 4 seconds before someone picked the phone up and hung up on me. Called back to place my order and now Im still waiting for my "freaky fast" delivery....its been over an hour!!!! The store says they have tried to call the driver...

Poor service for having been the only ones eating in. Guy who took our order offered to have a sandwich for the kids cut in half, the guy who made said sandwich clearly didnt look at the ticket otherwise it would have been. For the first time having been there, most likely wont be back. Served old bacon and apparently didnt have any way to warm it up before putting it on a sandwich. Very disappointed.

Jimmy Johns is awesome. Stopped in and grabbed my wife and I 2 number 10s. The clerk told us he was ringing us up for a gigantic instead. Same size when cut in half but 1.50 off. Great service, clean place, phenomenal subs.

I am not impressed with their sandwiches oh, hardly any meat on them unless you want to pay an extra $2. Itd be nice if they had a bigger selection of bread than just white French.

This is the worst place to go to if you want friendly fast service. I was waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes while I watched them make 20 sandwiches. When I asked what was taking so long I just got attitude from a guy in glasses. Come to find out he’s the manager?! Never coming back here.

Staff are super friendly and helpful and the sandwiches taste great! They offer delivery and have a drive through but eating inside is nice and offers several seating options. Restrooms have always been clean and well stocked, the inside is also clean and orderly. Prices are fair and the options cater to your tastes. We love the change up and usually enjoy this outing as a family.

Sandwiches are simple but done good. You also dont wait long for your order. The only problem Ive heard about this location is that they refused to deliver to a coworker of mine. They had no problem delivering across the street from where she lives which makes it seem they dont go to apartments.

We always enjoy JJs sandwhiches. They had a hard time getting the order right on the last visit, and it ended up being wrong anyways when we got it home, but it was still delicious.

Not the best sub Ive had.For what I paid I could have gotten something bigger and tastier, not so smothered in mayo and not on a stale bread with microwaved bacon at Subway, but dont take my word, if you havent had a sub from here before its worth the experience, the dining area is nice, very airy and open, especially for a small diner, the staff are nice and they had my food to me really quickly!

I dont understand why anyone would eat here when they have Subway. The sandwiches are extremely skimpy on meat and Im not going to order double meat when I should get a fair amount for the money. I just dont care for this place and will not go back.

The people working here are always professional and do the job right. Great sandwiches that beat subway hands down. The place is clean. Fast service.

The sandwiches are consistently good, but the employees seem to have a hard time following instructions. Especially some of the delivery drivers.

We went there to eat one night and the guy that was putting the ice in the soda machine set the ice bucket on the floor. He took the lid off of the ice, then picked the bucket up and put the ice in the machine. Then he used the bottom of the bucket, after it had been on the floor, to smash down the ice. Then the kids that were making sandwiches were playing in the food and touching their hair and body. We no longer eat there.

We have been here 3 times​, everytime they mess up the order. Overpriced, box lunches do not come with a drink. The only difference between Jimmy Johns, Subway, and Mr. Goodcents is the bread. Jimmy Johns does not have all the toppings that Subways has. Subway has better cookies IMHO.

The bread in the sandwiches was amazing. The sandwich couldve used a bit more meat, but that couldve been due to my choice of meal (#2). Very good overall though.

Had my first exp today. The stuff in the sandwich was awesome but the bread was hard. Maybe its how it should be at JJ but the only way you get hard bread at the other place is if you ask for toasted bread. Chips are awesome. Will try it one more time and see if I can get some good bread. Oh and it was 11:30am when I ordered my lunch so the bread should not seem old unless it was days old. Edit: maybe the bread was over cooked. hate to say it was old when I dont know for sure. What I do know for sure is it was hard.
