Great service! Delicious crab cake! Amazing music!!

This place sure knows how to pull in the beach crowd as it was absolutely packed. Good service despite the big crowd, live music and huge drink selection.

Sat for 20 minutes,wearing a bright green cycling shirt and no one waited on me, so i went to the lighthouse where they were glad to see me. .

Best Chicken spot on the east coast and a ton of fun all around in this great beach setting with live music often on stage.

First time here but only stayed for one drink and went to Starboard instead…

Good atmosphere. Friendly people. Good music. Food is okay. We saw Chris Diller here and it was a fun time.

Really,enjoy the simplicity of Jimmys Great food! Delicious fried chicken on the bone... Cucumber salad! good stuff. Very good bar tender. Dont know his name...curled hair makes great drinks...Really takes pride in what he serves! Good job well done you dont see much any more

Great food, delicious drinks especially the Watermelon Float and the Mango Crush. Pulled Pork Sandwich was delicious too!

Nice place to chill after the beach. Spicy margaritas are awesome.

Good place to grab strong drinks and bar food. We had lunch. Watermelon float was delish service was on point. Would recommend for lunch.

Quite possibly the slowest service anywhere. Quite possibly the best fried chicken anywhere.

First Chicken of the Day! Fried chicken was great, as were the fries and Mac n Cheese. Cool "beach hut" atmosphere.

Delicious fried chicken, seasonal corn which is great at the beach. Great drink options, great live music, cool bar atmosphere, great bartenders. Kyle was very nice and attentive during our visits last week! Definitely a go to in Dewey

There are some definite pros and cons to this restaurant. The first con is that they do not serve any beer on tap. I was surprised by this and the limited bottle/can selection our waitress recited. I then figured I could order a Pina Colada at this sandy themed beach bar. However, I could not and was relegated to only the drink concoctions listed on the menu. I was also disappointed with the outside seating. The thin wooden bar stool legs sink into the sand too easy and make for an unstable seat.That being said, the food was awesome. I could eat several of their crab cakes and still want more. There is so much crab and flavor packed into each one and the crispy coating adds a nice textural component. The chicken was also really good. We were seated and waited on quickly and our food came out quickly as well. I would come back for the crab cakes even if I had to sit on quickly still in the sand.

This place was just awesome! We were headed to eat at a different spot, but we just could not pass up the live music and really chill atmosphere. The sign claiming to have the best friend chicken didn’t turn me away either!! The place was packed as expected on a beautiful memorial day weekend, but the service was still on point. We enjoyed some fun mixed drinks and some good eats as we chilled out and listened to some tunes! Do yourself a favor and check this spot out!

Great bar about a block from the beach with live music. Patrons and staff were friendly and the place had an easy-going vibe. The menu has typical bar food offerings and was tasty. Friends said the crab cake and fried chicken were both delicious. Mixed drinks were well made. Would absolutely return any time we are in Dewey.

Very disappointed to find out they no longer seat guests with dogs. Love going to Dewey because our pup is basically allowed to experience everything with us, only to find out she was no longer welcome.

Don’t bring your dog to outdoor seating because they are not allowed.If you are concerned for the planet this place is trying to help kill it with plastic straws and disposable containers.Later at night I become ill from the pull pork nachos, I didn’t dink because it was a family dinner.The mega hotdog my kid ordered tasted off too. For a kid to turn their nose up at a hotdog is odd. Especially a mega hotdog.Not impressed, but did like the metal chicken statue.

The place was great at first.The music was great! Unfortunately, their bouncers were very aggressive. People were only having fun and the bouncers wanted to show their muscles. Real jerks! I actually saw one of them pushing an elderly women out the door! They are total jerks!! I do not recommend!! Would never go back!!!

Best creamsicle crush ever! Nice spot on Rt 1 in Dewey with indoor/open air and outdoor seating. Highly recommend stopping in for live entertainment! It’s a really chill spot for a few drinks and the pretzel bites with cheese sauce were good except too salty. Just pick it off. Will always return

Staff was awesome. grapefruit crush with club soda I highly recommend. I was going to order peel and eat shrimp but 16 for half a pound... was a little steep.

Took family with teenagers here for dinner. Keep in mind its a beach bar..... But the food was pretty good (not triple D worthy, but solid). Staff was friendly and efficient. We happened to catch some live music which added an awesome vibe.

Chicken is suppose to be number one in delware false advertising. Chicken was bland came out in about five mintues not real hot kinda luke warm like it wad sitting around. Wait staff never asked how our food was,No beer on tap singer was great.

Pros: entertainment was goodCons: chicken was terrible. Breading had no flavor. Mac and cheese was bland and soggy. Wait staff never asked how our food was.

Came here while waiting for my room to be ready and it was such a delight! The chicken fingers were basic, but the French fries and fried chicken were amazing The drinks were heavy so that made for a fun afternoon, and the live music was really something to be seen! Definitely stop in this place !!

Please do yourself a favor and don’t eat here. The entertainment is cool, however the food is not. $12 for 4 nasty, dry, cold chicken strips and no fries ?. Absolutely unacceptable. The alcoholic drinks barely had alcohol, and they messed up our order but it was too late and we were ready to leave by time we could seek a solution for the problem. The waitress stood around and really wasn’t anywhere to be seen. Just spare the headache and disappointment and don’t go here.

Al fresco dining or opt to eat under a roof with a great view of Dewey Beach. Crab cakes and chicken salad were tasty. Musician, singer guitarist, entertained us, while we enjoyed the street scene in Dewey.

We actually stopped here to have a drink while waiting on a waitlist for some place else nearby. The bartender understood and was happy to take care of us. We each ordered a Crush and they were all made exceptionally fast. They were still tasty too!I dont think Ive seen a bar with a menu this big on the ceiling. Its pretty cool. Id be glad to come back to try other drinks and the food.

My husband and I went to Dewey for the night and didn’t know where to go for dinner. Ended up here since it was on the block we stayed. We ate outside and really enjoyed ourselves. Our server was great as well wish I had her name to give her a shout out ! She had glasses and dirty blonde hair ! Great service all around !

Small menu, but food was good. Our waitress was guzzling glasses of wine with her friends at the next table. I suppose that could be good or bad, depending on your perspective. She still did a good job of taking care of us. One block from the beach. Nice outdoor seating area which allowed dogs.

Food was delicious. Fried chicken was great and fries were awesome. My mom enjoyed the crab cake salad and everything was fresh. Waitress were nice and friendly too.

Went on a Sunday evening and the food was simply delicious. I had the Beyond Burger and asked for the fried well done since inlove extra crispy fries and everything was prepared nicely. Friend had the crab cake, and size of chicken salad which was a strange combo but he ate every morsel. Highly recommend while at Dewey!!!

We go to Jimmys while vacationing in Dewey. A little pricey but the atmosphere makes up for that. Great fries! I have eaten dinner there but its not my favorite spot for food, more of a quick bite place.

Was there Monday night and heard amazing live music coming from Stealing Savannah. The food was great, service was great. The drinks were SO good (HIGHLY recommend the Orange Creamsicle). Thank you, Jimmys, for making it an INCREDIBLE Monday night!

The live music was awesome! First night out after being stuck at home for weeks and we had so much fun. Our bartender/server was great and attentive. Try the Mac and cheese pork nachos, yummy!

Chicken shack serving delicious fried chicken and amazing refreshing crushes. Nice place to spend an early evening after the beach. Can get a little too country in the later evening. Service is fast and friendly. Did I tell you about the chicken and crushes? So, so good.

Its a really cool place. Great atmosphere with a friendly staff. The chicken was just ok. Good flavor but it was a bit over cooked. The crabcakes were fried and would have been better broiled. They were a bit over fried. I will definitely make it back though. I love their crush selection. Had a watermelon crush and it rocked!!

If youre in Dewey check out Jims and get their fried chicken. Im from the South and grew up eating really good fried chicken. Jimmys is up there with the best.I also recommend the pretzel salad (sounds weird I know). Its a something sweet (but not too sweetto clear your palate from the salty fried chicken.They also make a good grapefruit crush.

Great spot for families and kids, but also great for adult parties. Wonderful crab cakes, so meaty and tasty, and the shrimp boil was generous and perfectly cooked. A bunch of our party of 12 had the fried chicken which was yummy, and the kids enjoyed their Mac & cheese. They have a full selection "crush" cocktails... Beware! They go down real easy =)
