Awesome place for pizza. The buffet is great. Its just a great place to grab some food.
Pizza was good, however the buffet only had two kinds of pizza on it. Salad bar was decent and service was friendly. Will go back and see if the pizza options were a fluke or not.In summary, decent pizza with a salad bar and drink for about eight bucks. Its close to the office so Im sure well be back.
Pizza is good. Service is great. Prices are ok... What else is there?
Good pizza and friendly staff, but dislike very much the finely shredded lettuce on the salad bar. Would be great in a hoagy/grinder/sub though.
The pizza here is so good, and the people who work here are really nice.
Good pizza, reasonable prices and friendly, personable staff.
The Gluten Free Veggie Pizza is delicious! Favorite GF in the area!
Its clean and food is fresh, would help if people were friendly. Need to train your people to come to work, always short staffed.
Great Salad and pizza bar. Will make what you want or you can order off menu. Sandwiches and spaghetti also. Great staff and very friendly.
They have a pizza buffet for lunch but they only have like three different kinds of pizza on their buffet and then wait till its completely gone before they bring out more

Good selection on the daily buffet. If you want a specific pizza, usually all you need to do is ask a waitress and theyll get one started and tell you when it is done. One member of our party is vegetarian, so having that option is great. The salad bar has a good selection too.
Hey everyone Im a sever here at Jim razorback in Lowell Arkansas. I really enjoyed working here my boss Kim she a great boss and so is everyone else I work with. Great food and great customer to. I look forward to seeing you all again or the first time . everyone that comes to eat
Called at 8:30 to order pizza(they close at 9). Was put on hold and then asked when I would be there. Said I could be there in 5 mins and said if you are closing that is fine. She said well we are getting ready to close and someone called a couple nights ago around this time and never showed up. I said well I can be there in 5 mins. She said can you hold. Was on hold for 3 mins and I finally hung up. She seemed very frustrated that I called to order. Not sure why you are open until 9 if you don’t want to sell pizza at 8:30. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to your pizza. Very sorry someone didn’t show up last time but you should not take it out on others.
Thin crust pizza just as it should be and not a bunch of bread. Consistently good. If you want the crust crisper in the middle, just ask they cook it an extra 5 minutes. They are great to oblige.
Has sports TV if youre a drinker they have beer they have great smorgasbord on pizza and salad
The food wasnt that good and once one pizza was done it took forever for a new one to come out.
Jims has been my weekly stop for over 10 years since I work in the same complex. They are really consistent with food and have had some of the same servers for almost as long as I have been going there. Seldom a wait but they usually have a busy lunch crowd with all of the surrounding businesses. Jims is our families favorite thin crust style pizza in the area. Consistent, delicious and affordable. They have a good buffet also
Only serve 3 unpopular beers. Buffet was supposed to b started at 5 but it had not started til after 530...we had already ordered by then. Waitress was nice but not the razorback pizza experience we normally get.
My wife and I recently moved into new construction and a new delivery driver had some trouble finding our home. In the end who I believe was the manager of the location showed up and personally apologized for the inconvenience of our considerable wait time. Not ideal, but satisfactory in the end.
We always get the food to go, and it’s very consistent. Some days it’s really excellent, others it’s just good. I heartily recommend it, miles better than the other pizza places in the area.
Been a while since I have dined here. Tonight I had small pizza and drink. Food was ok service was ok. Would normally do the pizza buffet but look like the pizza had been out a while and the last time I ask for something different they said new owners would not allow it and if you wanted something different order off the menu. So over all just ok. The pictured pizza is jalapeno pineapple sausage mushroom.
My wife’s Christmas Party was here and everything was great but the next day after eating here I had food poisoning for the next 3 days. I will not be returning to this place.
The food wasnt bad, but just like the other Jims Ive gone to, the service was heinous. I had to get up to get my own drink while my waitress sat and chatted with someone. To me thats not acceptable. The one young brunette girl (who wasnt my waitresswas running her butt off working, while my waitress socialized. My waitress seated us and never said another word to us. I thought this Jims was going to be different. This was my first (and lasttime here.
The staff is great. And wow if you want great pizza, try their Spanish pie pizza
Good food and fun entertainment the lady that was stocking the salad bar was on some kind of drugs. She was talking to her self and doing mouth Olympics....
Nice people and great delivery, wait times where a little long but understandable. Unfortunately they made the wrong pizza and burnt the other. Not willing to wait another hour.
Had the salad and pizza buffet for lunch. The pizza was good and the salad fixings were fresh.
Great place to grab a quick bite at lunch. They have a pizza buffett which includes a salad.
Live to eat here. Great pizza , salad bar, and service. Quick bite easy on your wallet.
Really great thin crust pizza, prices are reasonable. My only complaint is sometimes the pizza is greasy.
Best pizza around this area great quality pizza, price could be a little cheaper but over all great pizza and great service
The Gluten free was definitely not gluten free. My stomach is cramping so bad right now and this is the only thing I had that was different than my usual today and first time ordering from here .
Called to order a pizza at 845 told me they were closed . It says they close at 10 PM. This was the second time I tried to get pizza here the first time they never showed up because their "computers crashed " what a joke of a business.
Dont bother with the buffet. We went on a Friday night for dinner around 6pm when a restaurant should expect quite a few people. There were 3 pizzas on the buffet, thats it. At one point there was only 1. When they finally did bring out a new one it was a rush of 20 people all trying to get some food. When we tried to request a pizza for the buffet we were denied & told that we "were lucky to get supreme & hog wild on the buffet because the owners only wanted 1 topping pizzas on the buffet". We will never go back. Cicis has better selection, service, & frankly better pizza!
Good pizza. Fair price. No delivery til after 4pm
Small but great. The employees are super nice and the pizza tastes great. Try the buffet.
The Manager "Christi" needs some serious customer service training. Refused to give me owners name to file a complaint. Refused to let someone else take my order. Refused to take my order. Only form of an apology was "im sorry this is just the way i talk" i feel bad for anyone who works under her. Shame on this local establishment for having a manager that lacks such basic social skills to not know how to speak to a potential costmer by phone. She was literally yelling at me. I hope the call was "recorded for quality" as Slice said it might be.
Its a dirt cheap buffet with above average food. Nothing more to say about it really, I would say it might even squeeze above cicis but they are both pretty much the same.
I am from out of town, ordered a small pizza and a philly steak sandwich, I travel all year long to many states and have ate at many places and this had to to be the WORST FOOD I have ever had!! Brought the pizza home and gave to my German Shepherd and he wouldnt even eat it!!
Decent food for decent price. Didnt like the new buffet because all the pizzas were pretty much the same. The wait staff is terrible here and they talk badly about the customers pretty much right in front of you but they dont think that you can hear them. They are really passive aggressive especially when you go in a large group. Ive never had a good experience with the staff.
I got a ham sandwich meal, a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, and a 2 liter of coke. Delivered for 25.00 not a bad price for as good as it was. The crust was ny style. The cheese was real, and they made the toppings go cover the whole pizza. Just the right amount of sauce. The sandwich was nice and hot. I recommend this place if you want a different style of pizza.
Slow night and they just didnt want to add at least a couple of fresh pizzas to the buffet on buffet night? :/ otherwise they have great pizza! :)
Decent place to eat. They change the pizza sauce.... this time it really was full of flavor! Good
Cheap salad bar. Me and my wife can eat salad bar for lunch with water and its right around 10$. Pizza is pretty good and affordable as well.
The pizza buffet is an incredible deal for the quality of pizza Jims serves. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Try the wings!
I dont actually hate this place. They do have great food, but I wouldnt go back to the one in Lowell because they would probably spit in my food or do whatever else to it. I just hate the fact that my now ex boyfriend which is the manager there had sex with one of his employers and sill is and the owner thinks this behavior is A OK. Plus the owner thinks its ok for his employees to call from the job phone to cuss someone out. My personal opinion I dont think Chris Metcalf or Christy Pendergratf Tusing (which ever is her real last nameshouldnt have jobs there.
One of the better pizzas Ive had delivered in a long time. Im from out of the area and ordered for delivery to where I had unloaded at. The pizza was hot and not soggy. If I were to change anything, I would tone down some of the spices just a little bit, not much. Lotsa cheese ! Would definitely order here again if I was in town.
Worked there 13 years almost. Never written up. Customers loved me. One day someone had a stick up their butt and got in my face and I walked out. Management did nothing to stop it, the owner didnt even bother to call me. Im sorry I wasted so many years giving my all to a company that doesnt give a Damn about their employees
Not a bad place to go for lunch. Their salad/mini-pizza meal deal is great!
