MoreThis shop is full of different items to cook with &try for the first time
What can I say ,the only place to go if you want to shop Chinese products.Lovely people.
MoreReally good range of Asian food supplies
A nice place with Chinese food and it is in the city centre which is very convenient
MoreIn this place going and enjoy the nice food
Best Chinese store in ,if you cant find what you want ,you wont get it ,I use it for all my Chinese catering needs,Spices are a lot cheaper than buying in a supermarket ,
MoreEverything you need to cook asian food is here. A real treasure trove of fresh and frozen ingredients. Every spice you need.
MoreAs a simple hill shepherd I find it hard to travel to Hull to collect goods from this emporium of Eastern wonder however I have a 6 foot tall red headed merchant who travels through any weather to procure noodles of marvellous delectability. Without this sustenance I would surely expire. For the best noodles in Yorkshire delivered direct to you and your flock call Semus at the top of your voice anywhere in the Hull area.
MoreBest Chinese supermarket within 50 miles. Good selection of products.
Its a good place to visit but had a really strong smell of urine when we visited, a deep clean needed perhaps? Good choice of items.
MoreAlways have what you want and more! Even take card payments now.☺
All you need for home made Chinese food, very helpful staff and also sells cooking utensils . Worth a look.👍
MoreThe best Chinese supermarket in the area, great for trying new things and stocking up on decent green tea. Always new products to try. Love browsing round.
MoreLovely little shop. Friendly staff. Parking is curbside with those coin slot machines but I only put in about 30p and that got me around 15 minutes so easy and cheap !
MoreWish it was bigger, but carries great selection of Chinese and SE Asian goods. Prawns and Sea Bass are fresh and good value.
MoreThe poor stars is because I could not enter the shop. There is no way a person in a wheelchair can gain access and its totally disappointing. A way load of steps is the only way in so you better be sprightly. Why on earth cant they do something about it.
MoreAlways happy to please, fairly cheap prices, staff members more than willing to help items to your vehicle. Parking spaces can be a problem, but will worth a visit
MoreWide variety of items, was so happy to see some goods that are difficult to obtain
MoreFantastic Chinese supermarket. Great produce, drinks and snacks. Worth a visit .
Great shop, friendly staff, easy parking outside, good prices
Really special. Not widest selection but everything is excellent quality.
A wide selection of produce to choose from, such as woks and steamers for cooking to various sauces and mixes. Staff have always been very helpful whenever Ive been in :)
MoreA good selection of Chinese foods, at reasonable prices. Well stocked. Friendly service.

Love this place, I always pop in when in town. Its hard not to buy all sorts of food!
MoreGreat place to get my favourite snacks and noodles. Plus some extra bits to try. 100% recommend. I go with my fiancé whenever hes in town.
MoreNeeded some obscure items, this is a real treasure trove of great ingredients, from basics to ooh that looks interesting. Very friendly service.
MoreAlways a great selection and very helpful staff. Sometimes this is the only place to get some ingredients for Asian cooking.
MoreThey have bigger bottles at reasonable prices for sauces, rice vinegar so I use it sometimes rather than supermarkets. I take one star off as labelling is quite dark and small so it is hard to read.
MoreVery good produce fresh and packed. Very reasonably priced compared to large supermarkets. Very friendly staff
MoreGreat place. First time ive been and you can get so many things you jist wouldnt find or get at a Tesco, Asda etc. Recommended if you love cooking oriental dishes
MoreAbsolute gem of a Chinese food supermarket. Small but stocked with everything you need. Prices well below big 5 supermarket chains.Covid safe with sanitiser stations, and one way system. My onestop shop for Chinese and Indonesia supplies.
MoreIt has a wider range of Asian food, made in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and China. Dont miss the freezer section, you always can find some delights.
MoreSells all sorts of stuff Ive never heard of. If youre even remotely adept at cooking, Im sure its great
MoreGreat place for buying things you cannot elsewhere- different types of noodles, steamed buns, mochi, bubble tea drinks etc. Love this place
MoreAmazing array of unusual products that you wont find in your traditional supermarkets. You do have to be slightly careful with what you buy as most packaging is in Chinese.
MoreSpot on love this place saves me fortune doing my own currys and crackers noodles well stocked wish I was more adventurous.
MoreWe love this place!! Food is always super fresh, staff are helpful especially when I can’t find what I’m looking for! Go there on a Sunday after 12 the roast duck is to die for
MoreLove the products in Chong wah. Always great quality and sell items which are hard to come by elsewhere. Staff are always happy to help if you. Love the entrance with the Oriental design.
MoreWas a bit pricey, but you can buy of diff.asian items you have to be careful sometimes they overcharge you.Make sure to count how many items you bought.Based on my friends experience and me.They dont accept credit card only pay cash as well.
MoreFantastic Chinese shop many different products everything you need if your wanting to make a proper Chinese meal , not far from hull new theatre , wheelchair access is not available .
MoreGreat place amazing supply of all you could need and more, staff very friendly and very helpful when I couldnt find things and offering advice. My new favourite place and very good prices, nice to be able to get unusual fresh fruit and vegetables too. Five stars isnt enough for this little gem only a 5 minute walk from the city centre.
MoreLots of goodies, fresh (limited range), canned and packaged food, and utensilsCar Park - Albion Street Council car park across the road.Accessibility - steep steps up from the pavement.Translation - many have English labels as well as country of origin labels.Staff - friendly and helpful.
MoreReally good Chinese food, I like to try different things and there is a big variety at affordable prices :dropped a star purely cos some items dont have a clear price on and it doesnt take card, but the overall stock is great and worth even just a look around :)
MoreProbably the best place to buy Asian foods (in terms of varietyin the city, reasonable prices and often good quality produce. Just be careful though some of the veg is just plain nasty as in bad or on the turn. The noodles and biscuits are very often out of date so just check before buying. That said some stuff doesnt even have dates on lolAdditionally they only accept cash which in this day and age is just ridiculous.
