They worked on weekend and served as the knowledgeable resource in the home buying process. They knew who to contact and what to do every step of the way. Where do I start?!?! We cannot say enough about Joe and his team! My husband and I were about to move to Colorado when we first met Joe. Having lived in one state all of our adult lives, we had the pleasure of knowing a phenomenal realtor in Wisconsin and were extremely nervous about working with someone else in a new state. Then we met Joe, and all of our concerns immediately dissipated. He and his team have amazing communication and gave our search the sense of urgency we needed during our relocation to Colorado. After a year long search, hiking property after property, we finally found the perfect one. Even though the sale presented frustrations at times, he never let us down and didn’t just treat us like one of his clients, he treated us like family. We could never thank him enough for all he did for us. Joe will forever be our ONLY Colorado realtor!

When we decided to sell our home, we were going to interview several realtors. Joe Garcia was the first to contact us, was so upbeat and personable in our interview, and we decided to have him help us sell our house. Joe’s philosophy is that selling a home should be enjoyed by the sellers, and any stressors would be handled by him. He certainly lived up to this philosophy. After listing the home, we had three offers the first day, and accepted one which was a cash offer above asking price. The only issue was that we had to be out of the house within 3 weeks. Joe and his assistant Stephanie were with us every step of the way in emptying the house, as we were moving into a much smaller home. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed, and Joe assured us that he could handle any issues. We would have had a much more stressful time in selling our house if we hadn’t worked with Joe. He has a moving truck and had no issue with even helping to physically load the truck with furniture. Thanks to Joe, selling our house was very low stress, and his upbeat attitude was greatly appreciated. We would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor!
