Brought in my car to the service department. No one even touched it for two weeks. Not even a basic examination. I had to reach out to them to see what was going on, and not the other way around. Service was absolutely laughable.There is a recall notice on my car, a Ford Focus, and I get the impression that it was left untouched in order for the department to not lose money offering a mandatory repair.But their sales department was happy to give me a completely ridiculous offer for the same car. They are the only ones that actually communicated with me.

I took my pickup in for recall service. No directions sent with my appointment reminder and I had to stop twice and ask for directions. They did not tell me when my vehicle was done, and when I asked a cashier, she directed to a service advisor when she already had my ticket. Took nearly 3 hours when promised in 2.

A waste of time and the gas to drive up there. Everything that we were told to get us up there to sell our truck was all misleading and inaccurate. They even talked to us on the phone to get us to come up there. When we got up there, they informed us that our truck was out of the criteria for buying. They were given ALL of the details about the truck beforehand. They took one look at our truck and told us theyd give $300 for scrap. We would not have wasted our time if we knew that they were going to make us feel like we were wasting their time. A very aggravating and unprofessional experience at this location.

I have never been to a more deceiving lying dealership. We purchased a used car and was told it was the best little car they had on the lot. It only needed a tail light. Little did I know, it needs 1600 worth of work. I never expected the work that needs to be done would be half of what I paid for the car.

I have used this service for several years. I have a Lincoln MKX with a lot of miles. Some things that go bad once in the lifetime of the vehicle have had to be repaired/replaced. I found out noon last Friday that I need3d new struts up front and I said “go for it.” We picked it up before 6 pm the same day. That’s service. Then we took it to Atlanta and back in the next 3 days to see a grandson play football. So happy that they got it repaired on the same day that they found the problem.

Did a trade about 30 min before closing. The salesman, Cameron Neal, was fantastic to work with. Negotiation was easy and friendly. Deal was very close to what we wanted and we bought vehicle with no trouble. Finance manager was also very easy to work with, super easy going and friendly. This is how car shopping should go, low pressure, friendly and easy to work with. Would return and would not hesitate to refer people here.

Took a Lincoln MKX in and it wasnt a good experience. Didnt fix the AC problem. They have said they will correct the problem, but they are very focused on this review being changed. I said I’ll update it as soon as we fix the issue. So, the update is that they plan to fix it and really want me to change my review.

I worked with Robby Dirigo and my experience there was amazing. I live a few hrs away and it was so much easier dealing with him threw email and cals and text than it was actually going somewhere. No surprises at signing. No lies about the car. As soon as what I wanted got off the truck he emailed and we got everything done. Even had to wait on me for acouple of days. The whole experience there with Robby and the financing guys was very easy. They always have a customer with me.

My experience buying the car was fine and I love my Bronco. Chris, the salesman, was great. But the follow-up service has been awful. Im supposed to get free oil changes and have called and left messages four times with no call back. I have no idea how to get my car serviced, which is part of my purchase package. Im beyond frustrated.

Be sure to go over your brand new vehicle with a fine tooth comb. Theyll deny any repairs have ever been done, even with proof and damage to show. Broken glass was found in my cargo area so naturally i looked to see where it cam from. Rear quarter window had been replaced, leaving deep scratches to the metal all the way around. I would never think i had to look that hard on a BRAND NEW vehicle for damage, but now going forward i will.very disappointing that they have yet to make it right.Also dont expect anyone to return your calls.

Purchase multiple cars from Cameron and he has been awesome to work with couldn’t recommend him enough. However, I have a terrible experience with the finance department, contacted them multiple times trying to get a refund for GAP insurance. Not been contacted back once, told they would call, left messages. Terrible service. Shame that back office staff let sales people like Cameron down.

Took my vehicle here with a broken blower motor as part of my climate control unit. The service center diagnosed what was wrong and recommended to me the part I need to fix it, as they could not find the part at any nearby auto parts stores. They didn’t do anything other than the diagnosis, which costed me $130.After getting my car back, I took it upon myself to try to fix the issue by naturally starting with the part they told me was broken. This didn’t fix my issue whatsoever and after a few weekends trying various solutions, I discovered the problem was in fact not where the dealership said it was. This misdiagnosis was expensive by itself, and ultimately lead me down the wrong path to the solution costing me time and money. Not to mention all while having to drive in the uncomfortable Missouri summer heat with no AC.I called the dealership after it was all said and done to let them know about my poor experience, to which they told me misdiagnoses happen “all the time”. I certainly will not be back if expensive misdiagnoses of auto issues are a regular occurrence at this service center.

Do not take ypur vehicle here if ypu are looking to get a quick oil change done ! I have no problems with the dealership itself but I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change an Cabin air filter. After calling in an being told there would be 1 to 2 hour wait I said that fine it fit my Schedule so I dropped the vehicle off an was told i would be called when it was done ! I dropped the vehicle off at alittle before 11am an rode a rent a scooter arpund town while waiting an finally at 2:30 I was called to be asked if I only needed a oil change an cabin air filter an that the technician pulling it in was just starting to work on it! My vehicle was done at 4:10 to give me just enough time to make it to my kids appointment at 4:30... I dont recommend this place for a pil change or other service work done in the quick lane

My mom had her mind set on purchasing a Ford Bronco and luckily this location had several to choose from. Unfortunately, I do not live in the same state so seeing everything in person made it challenging. Her salesman Dean Sidener was so patient and communicated the information we needed in a timely matter. We managed to work out a deal to the price we were willing to pay immediately. He made the process so much less painful than most dealerships. We understand they have a business to run but he took such good care of her with no unnecessary constant haggling.Very happy with her purchase. She came back in today to add tint to her windows. He’s taking the time out his day and possible sales to make sure she receives a smooth process.Thank you Dean!

This review is about the quick lane, not the dealership itself! I have great experiences with the dealership, 5 stars.Past two times I go in for factory service that I bought, and I was told 4 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. 4 HOURS there is nothing quick about this place. The to top it off, the guys do not even know how to correctly rotate tires correctly. I go down and talk to the dealership and they were dumb founded too.They charge me for things that should be covered under my plan, then argue with me about it until I finally get the sales manager involved and get my money back.They need to keep staff focused on oil changes, and other staff on the other service that they are doing speed things up for everyone. I talked to my salesman and they are going to put me through the actual service center from here on out, THANK GOD!

Had my wife apply for a loan for a vehicle that wasnt available for sale. Of course they didnt mention that before running her credit. After recieving application and running credit then they tell us this vehicle isnt available for sale because it failed inspection and needs a new motor. Mind you this vehicle has been for sale for over a week. Bait & Switch and nothing but excuses.

Braden is a great Lincoln Concierge who earns and extends trust to his customers.Unfortunately it seems that he is being held back from his duties to quality Lincoln customer service by his superiors at this specific dealership.Simply returning to try and resolve an issue in good faith should never be met with disrespectful words, or unnecessary comments, to anyone. Ever.Now when put into the context of a car dealership dealing with a customer who has bought their past 2 vehicles from said dealership, it’s beyond perplexing how Service Manager (guy in the office, not Mr. Early, and GM/Partner chose to interact with a returning customer.They should be happy to have such good customer service investigators such as Jessica that track these things down.In summary:5 stars for Braden, 0 Stars for Joe Machens Ford/Lincoln’s current leaders.

i purchased a 2022 Ford Ranger over the phone with Cameron at Machens. Hes very responsive to text and phone calls, and gave me the best deal i could find on the truck within 400 miles. Fair value on my trade as well. No dealer-added upcharges such as premium air :paint projection, or infotainment screen protectors.

Great dealership with great people - HIGHLY recommend! They will exceed your expectations. I’ve purchased many cars all over the country and this was my best experience yet. My salesman (Tony Speiserrocked! Tony was very communicative and timely. He went out of his way to see that my deal was smooth and that I was happy with the vehicle. Even though the phone was ringing off the hook for this extremely low mileage car, the sales manager (Damon Bartzheld the car for me! Once I arrived, it was a quick and easy purchase with the high-speed, low-drag business manager (Todd Marple). This dealership is a stand out! It is no surprise why they are so successful.

Even though ownership had changed since my previous vehicle purchase, the general attitude of helpfulness has remained at Machens. My recent vehicle purchase was easy, and they made me feel like a valued customer. There was no feeling of pressure, although because no one anywhere has new vehicles available I ordered my vehicle so there was no real opportunity for sales pressure.

Joe Machens Ford, Barry Garrett, and Kelly Sells are awesome! Just got my 2021 Ford Raptor and I love it. If buying a Ford, they are the place to go. I traveled all the way from Florida to pick up my vehicle. This is the third time doing so and has been worth it every time. No one has ever beat their price and service (including me willing to pay a little more to buy local).

In the crazy automobile market we are dealing with it is nice to have a dealership that is not taking advantage of its customers with "market adjusted pricing". Dan Barry, is a great car salesman. He has and still is, helping us, to own a vehicle, that is good on price. He has helped my wife and myself, get a 2020 Ford Awd Ecosport, we then were able to upgrade our car to a 2021 Ford Awd Ecosport and in March/April, of 2022, I will be purchasing a 2022 Ford Awd Maverick truck. I am very excited about this!!! Dang Barry, makes things happen!! I have never thought that I would be the proud owner of a new 2022 Ford Maverick Awd truck!! I do know, when the time comes, I will upgrade to the newer Ford Maverick Hybrid, only if it comes with AWD.

I saw a truck I wanted on their site, I sent an email for more information and Jason lane reached out to me. It was the first time I was buying a vehicle online, Jason sent me a lot of pics to show me more detail than they had online. Jeremy in finance called me after hours to go over the numbers to make sure I was happy. Once I got there the service was excellent Marc, Jason and Jeremy did a great job and have earned my business. I have been getting regular mail to take my Mercury Milan car in for an airbag recall. I went in in 2018 to this very Joe Machens and they let me wait for a bit before they told me they would call me back and set up an appointment for the airbag replacement. I never got a call back. I reached out this year again to the service department to ask what happened and their Service Manager Mike York emailed me back and said he would contact me shortly. I never heard from him again despite two follow up emails. Today I found out a friend of mine bought a car from Joe Machens and the car was billowing white smoke just hours after purchase. Joe Machens is unwilling to fix the issue. I have never seen a more incompetent organization in my life. Buyer beware!

EDIT June 2019: I am updating my previous review, as I have had another fantastic experience with Joe Machens Ford, Aaron Givens, and Jonathan Altamirano! I had been tossing around the idea of buying a truck for years now, but never felt that the time was right to bite the bullet and make the purchase. In May 2019, I tagged along with my folks, as they were looking to trade in their truck for a new F-150, and I thought that I might as well look around for something I liked as well. We walked on the lot and met Aaron Givens, and this guy was a blessing. Aaron was kind, patient, and helped my folks find the best deal possible. I was so impressed with how professional, and human, Aaron was, that I went back the following weekend and bought a truck from him as well. I knew exactly what I wanted - and let me tell you, it wasnt common. But Aaron worked with me and found the perfect truck, a 2019 Ford F-150 XLT FX4. However, it was missing one thing - leather seats. Well, the Machens crew came together, and negotiated leather seats into the deal. I just picked up the truck today, and I am completely blown away. It looks GREAT.Bottom line, these guys will work with you, and help you find the exact truck youre looking for. And if it doesnt exist, theyll work with their aftermarket vendors to CREATE the truck you want - at a great price. There is a reason my family have been loyal Machens customers since I was born, and I fully intend on keeping it that way as I start my own family now. Honest people looking to make their customers happy. You cant ask for anything more!From 2015: My fiancee and I came to Joe Machens Pre-Owned Supercenter to test drive three different vehicles. We had no intentions of purchasing at that time, but rather were looking for information. We were assisted by a kind gentleman named Steve Schultz, who was just fantastic. Steve took a no pressure approach and helped us with test driving the vehicles, and even pointed out possible issues with the vehicles. By the end of the day, we found a car that we really liked, and Steve went above and beyond and had it shipped up from Jefferson City within the hour. Steve took personal pride in our business transaction, and ensured that we were satisfied. Thank you Steve for your excellent work. Good luck on the spin wheel at the end of the month!!!
