The service advisors and technicians at this dealership are very terrific. They’ve always gotten me in and out in a timely manner and have always fixed anything that need fixed quickly as well so I can get back out on the road and continue on with my everyday life. 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone that needs service work done to stop by and see them and get that scheduled.
We ended up getting a decent deal here but we’re not satisfied with our salesman salesman seem to worried about other peoples interest in the vehicle more than ours and communication was very poor

Let me first start out by saying Leo is fabulous. His customer service is superior! He truly cares about the people he helps. I cant say the same about Mgmt. Absolute horrible experience! After ordering a brand new SUV first my tire had a defect, to only learn specific accessories were missing from my car unlike how it was ordered, to only be charged for their mistake in failing to disclose information to me. I should have NEVER had to pay the difference.

Our salesman was quite helpful and friendly. I feel like he took care of us through the process. I was not happy with the price they gave me for my trade-in. I guess I should have complained more at the time and tried for a better deal.
We had a recall on the airbag for a Volkswagen EOS, the second recall. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, July 25 at 11:30. I was told to bring the car in any time between 11:30-1:30, this made no sense as I would expect a more definitive time frame. We arrived and were told we were no on the schedule and that the necessary part needed to be ordered. This is a 200 mile round trip for us and it is very frustrating to not have the appointment scheduled nor have the necessary part.
I was treated with respect and patience. Communication was clear. I always feel them to be honest in their recommendations for service.

Car was there 6 months had no work done because they kept rejecting all the parts my service contract provided. On top of all that they tried to charge me $350 for two hours of labor I talked them down lower then they charged me for the full amount anyway. When I called back asking why they General Manager said they could of charged me for the loaner I was using therefore telling me they were keeping the money they overcharged me for. For sure will never take my car to their dealership even if Im broken down right outside. Unfortunately cant rate 0/5 starsEdit: Now I get a bill in the mail saying I owe $4000 for the rental I used. I have a signed agreement saying I didnt have to pay for it. This is just crooked. I hope some people there will get fired and other customers dont have to deal with what I did. Id love to speak to have a conversation with the owner
My salesman barrett did an excellent job despite the fact that corporate vw kept giving him erroneous ETA information to pass on to me. Wait time was terrible and vw just could not tell me why my vehicle was being delayed for delivery. Inexcusable. Again, 13 months is way too long to wait for a vehicle. Once again, barrett did an excellent job as my salesman.
Let me start by saying everyone is super friendly and helpful at this dealership, but my salesperson truly stands out, Rachel Wilburn is the picture post card of customer service, Ive bought two vehicles from her ,a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan and a 2019 Ford f150 Lariat, the Volkswagen was pretty simple but the truck was different, I told Rachel what I wanted and she went to work on it, about three days later and alot of text messages and emails I had the truck, I know for a fact that she worked long hours because I was getting pics from her after the dealership closed,cant say enough about her, the whole process was painless and I will definitely keep my business here and with Rachel
When it comes to buying a car I honestly despise the entire process! You show up and end up leaving 8 hours later sometimes with your car sometimes you have to come back. It’s so stressful to me. But this process was HANDS DOWN the most smooth and simply process I’ve ever had! A few questions, the normal paperwork and BOOM! I was in and out within a couple of hours! Every person I encountered was not only helpful with everything but also so kind and just simply pleasant to be around! Excellent service work, horrible sales. I bought a used truck and my salesman did not communicate well with me at all. I was supposed to pick it up multiple times and it wasnt ready...and he didnt reach out. Once I actually showed up, and once I contacted him to be sure it would be ready and he said it would be the next day...well I finally just called service and they said itd be the day after that. I wasnt worried about when it was delivered, but the lack of communication was infuriating. Thanks to Jeff in service for stepping up to the plate. The stars are for him.

They did what they said they would do without trying to pull the wool over my eyes or get something slipped into my price. When we sat down with salesman, we told him up front we wanted no extras added in, specifically applications to protect paint. He wrote it down. He also wrote down the extra $500 added to trade in value. When we got to the finance guy a fee for $1795 was on contract ( for paint preservationplus the extra $500 was not included. We could see the salesmans paper in front of him. Nearly @2300 error we found. It was resolved but left a bitter taste. I am happy with new vehicle....just warn others to read the fine print

Leo was the Gentleman who assisted me with the purchase of my car. He did what is honestly a rare event these days. He did exactly as he said he would.I submitted an email inquiring about a car for sale. He called me and gave me the price on the car. I was very concerned about being charged for something extra upon my arrival. He said this is the price. It will not change. Upon my arrival he greeted me at the door. We looked the car over. Took it for a text drive and went to Caleb who is in the F&I department. Caleb was a complete professional. He did not pressure nor make me feel uncomfortable during the entire financing processAnd the price did not change. It was such a relief.I would like to thank Leo and Caleb for their professionalism.
Experience was low pressure and straightforward. Went in not even knowing if I wanted a Volkswagen (always been a Mopar guyand ended up really liking the selection and options available (even in this tight inventory market). The car We bought is also exceptional, We bought an Atlas 4 Motion, one of the best cars Ive ever drove, quiet, smooth, roomy, plenty of power, handles nice, comfortable, a lot of nice features, We love it.

We drove over 2 hours in below zero temperatures to here to get the heat fixed in our car. Only to find out they closed and never called us. We received confirmation multiple times, and told them when scheduling that we were going to be traveling over 2 hours to get there. We called them 12+ times and got no answer, and no message indicating they were closed for the day. Messaged a woman on their Facebook page who couldnt tell us if they were open for service or not. Very disappointing. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Waiting on them to make it right.
Took my car in for service and the car was left outside, UNLOCKED, and over $2500 worth of items were stolen out of the car. The dealership was not able to help at first, and I was told there is nothing they can do, because the car should have been locked by the service technicians. Obviously it was not, and by the way the interior looked when I went to pick it up, nobody checked to see if the car was ready to be picked up. The cars are usually washed after having them serviced, and by the looks of it, someone decided to search and remove anything of value, and leave a mess instead of cleaning it. The dealership later informed me that they use another vendor to do the cleaning of the vehicles. The dealership was then able to get the other business to cover the cost of the stolen items, due to their employees not locking the vehicles after cleaning them. A BIG thank you goes out to Stephan Stamos at Joe Machens for turning a horrible event into a good experience, and knowing that Joe Machens will do whatever they can to fix problems that occur for their customers! Thank you!!
From the start of the whole process, my salesman Bruce, was wonderful. He was very patient and was very low pressure. Not one second did I feel the pressure that so many other dealerships had given me. The store itself was nice, with a lot of free snacks and drinks. I had some trouble getting financing and I gotta say, these guys did everything in their power to help me drive away in the car I wanted. Even after buying the car, I’ve called Bruce probably 5 times with questions. He always helps with sincerity. I would highly recommended these folks. 🚗 🚙
I have been a VW owner for a long while now and Inhave visited many VW dealerships and by far this one sets itself apart from the rest. Here is why; 1my VW was having issues with the manifold and since where I was stationed there was no VW dealerships I resorted to use local shops. Well I wasted my money with them and Kyle (service repexplained to me everything that was wrong with the car. Without requesting one, he offered me a loaner and I gladly said yes since I lived more 80 miles away. 2I was driving home and and another issue came up. I called Kyle, without hesitation he offered to see the car right away ( on a Saturday!!). He even offered a two truck to bring me back to the dealership if the car completely died. 3Once I arrived at the dealership, Kyle immediately assessed the vehicle, told me was wrong and brought the vehicle to shop. 4The waiting area is very very clean and modern, they have healthy snacks (other that fruits), great beverage selections and a great coffee maker machine ( I am an avid coffee drinker). I am live 80 miles out but I will be happily be returning to this dealer for any other VW needs.
