This dealership was amazing! We worked with Erik Steele and we will only work with him from here on out. He’s amazing and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of properly and has your best interests at heart. We will be getting any and all future cars through John Watson Dealership and look forward to working with Erik again.
Stopped by unscheduled to have help fixing a vent cover in the back. Shiloh was verybquick and helpful. Then I went across the street to shop and my battery died. Mike was super helpful. He came and jumped me so I could drive back over to have a new battery installed. This service team has always done right by us. Appreciate the help and going above and beyond.
They were fantastic! They lowered the price to beat my other bids. They lowered the Rate below what I was quoted from other Credit unions. They filled my tank and washed it. They even drove my new truck home for me since I rode my motorcycle to their delership. Ive bought dozens of cars over the years, they have been the best so far!
Andy and Terrell were so great to work with. Thanks for making it an easy, no frustrations, process!
My transaction in purchasing a vehicle at John Watson Chevrolet was super! My salesman Ivan was helpful throughout transaction including setting up a test drive for my son-in-law (I purchased even though I was in Alaska since my Son-in-law was there to check vehicle outas well as making sure car was cleaned and oil changed. Ivan sent photos including ones that showed damaged areas. They didnt charge lots of extra fees and stuck by their original price. I would do business with them again.
My experience was absolutely great! Peyton did a fantastic job selling me my truck! Peyton was extremely nice and caring during the process! I would highly recommend talking with Peyton to get a vehicle!
Overall poor experience. I have been contacted through automation without any resolve and I never get the information about the specific car I am looking for. I have been pushed through 5 different people now, at least I think they are real people, and I still dont have any of my questions addressed. I dont feel like they actually listen. Their no pressure approach is a little to passive. To the point there is no follow up. They refuse to give me any type of pricing without having me come down and fill out an app. I should be able to know the price of a car. What if Im paying cash? I understand why more and more people buy cars online. There is no middle ground between super pushy sales and we dont care sales. But John Watson, they are on the dont care page.
Had a water pump go out on my 2019 Silverado, I talked to Mike Kessler, he was able to verify that this would be under warranty. Chevy roadside assistance towed it to John Watson. Mike Kessler called me 2 hours later to let me know that my truck was repaired and ready to be picked up. I was amazed at the service and timelines of the repair. I was expecting days not hours. A big thank you to Mike and John Watson!Brad Robb
We had a problem with the front end. We were not sure of the cause, but explained to Mike Kessler, the service rep what we were experiencing. He got it right in for diagnostics. The team identified the issue which was the rack and pinion on the steering had begun to wear. They were quick to fix the problem and it has made a great deal of difference in the performance of our truck. It is a good feeling to know we can take our vehicles into John Watson and we will be treated with courtesy and be quickly seen and issues resolved. We have confidence in this dealership.
The service manager took my situation in hand and had a team member check out the oil leak. The oil filter which ended up being faulty was replaced with a new oil filter and topped off the oil and checked the levels on the DEF. I was very satisfied with this customer service.
Mike Kessler and Cam Watson were very helpful in getting my Equinox fixed.Gene Funk gave me a ride home while they fixed the problem. Everyone was very helpful and kind in getting the problem resolved.
Everybody was very kind. And attentive to my needs. They made sure that we did not have to wait very long for anything. Our transaction was very Swift they were very thorough. Zero anxiety. We love our new truck.,Artzt’s Family
I would like my truck cleaned when given back,I clean my engine once a month. The dealership have done over $5,000 to the engine and it always come back dirtier than I took it in and end up cost me another 20 or 30 to clean the engine
Called to get an appointment, they said it would be 3 weeks before they could look at it3 weeks!I went to another dealer, in and fixed in one day.
Had to have oil change, they fit me in and was out of there in half an hour, did a great job
The friendly atmosphere of the dealership and way I was treated was amazing.I was there for service not to buy an new vehicle.
As far as purchasing a car, amazing. Had a great experience lpurchasing both my vehicles here.Getting my car serviced has been an absolute joke. Yes they are friendly, quick to get you scheduled it. But i have had to return the car for the same issue multiple times.I have a 22 equinox, purchases it new about 4 months ago. It has had a couple issues. There was a delay fising a panel and mirror due to back order parts. (Completly understandable). The issue is I was not notified when the parts came in, I only found out as it started leaking water in to the cab from under the dash. When I made the appointment to have them fix it, I asked about the parts. When I brought it to the appointment they only fixed the bumper so I had to come back again the next week to fix the mirror. It has been checked for the water leak 3 times, with no fix. They are unable to recreate the leak to fix. But tell me they know what the issue is, but cant fix it if they cant bill GM for it. Doesnt matter that it was leaking when I brought it in and showed them to c onfirm were the leak is. You can see were the water spots under the dash from it leaking and the trail were the water runs down the floor mat.Dropping off the vehicle or making the appointment is always easy. It is getting an update on the service. Calling or texting results in zero response. You get hung up on, transferred over and over or promised a call back that never occurs. But I guess Ill keep making an appointment every time it rains and there is a puddle in my car. Maybe one day it will get fixed.
Working with Andy was the easiest car buying experience i have ever had buying a car. He was clear and honest with their process so that I understood what to expect. You get the sense that the entire team is there to serve their customers and make sure youre comfortable with your decisions before you put ink to paper, which is always the concern buying a new vehicle - the push.I was in and out of the dealership within a few hours with my new car. We had a little hiccup on the paperwork and Andy called and told me not to rush and come by when I could.More dealerships need to be like John Watson and more sales managers need to be like Andy.
Had some challenges with my 99 corvette. Several parts have been discontinued from GM. The service folks arent able to provide discontinued parts or warranty the work done on rebuilt parts. Understand the issue, just not cool for GM to discontinue parts especially for their classic vehicles. The repair folks tried to make it right. At the end of the day the rebuilt parts are not working right.
The post below was the first visit (the baitthis visit was a week later with same issue same code (the switchthen told it was a 50/50 call last week but GM paid the bill last week now we have to replace both NOX sensors and I will have to pay for them but they cant get them they wanted me to go on a 1 or 2 month waiting list What a scam didnt bite but to pick my truck up cost over 100 bucks for their diagnosis which was done 1 week before but its all about making a dollar STAY AWAY FROM HERE find a honest mechanic or another dealer Pretty sad times are tough for everyone were not here to keep dishonest dealers open(1st VisitGot right in the day I called it did take a few days but these days everything takes longer But they fixed and kept me in the loop with its progress. I would recommend Watsons everyone was pretty friendlyThanks Mike
First oil change & to my surprise, it’s free along with the DEF being topped off & tires rotated too. This new truck ordering/buying experience through Watson has been pretty awesome.
Everyone was very inviting. The sales team was friendly and understanding. The financing departmartment went out of their way to make sure I received the best rate! Working with John Watson on ordering a vehicle and getting financial help was an amazing experience!
Andrue Hellstrom was so helpful. This was a big purchase and he made it less stressful. He was honest and answered all our questions. He sat in the car with me and showed me all the features and made sure I was comfortable before I drove off the lot. But also assured me that he would be there whenever I had a question. He is a HUGE asset to John Watson and I will continue to buy my cars through Andrue and John Watson.
John Watson Chevrolet provided exceptional support in ordering my 2019 Grand Sport from the factory and they have continued with excellent customer service for maintenance intervals. There isnt much need for improvement in the companys performance.
I had the struts replaced on my Tahoe and Scott kept me informed every step of the way and the service manager (I don’t remember his namewas very helpful and answered all of my many questions I had in great detail and informed me of features about my vehicle that I wasn’t aware of.
I went in looking for a duramax used or new. We hadnt decided on what. If the right truck was used one, okay; Or if it was new one, okay. We were open to our options. I spoke with a sales person, he told me that they dont have anything in used that I could afford.Granted I was on my way home from work after a 10hr day. When I stopped in there, so my appearance wasnt as presentable as I normally would like. That said he made me feel just about as unwelcome and lower than low. As he turned and walked away he said the Ford dealership might have something for you over there. So I went over there and they did have something for me.We ended our search for a truck with an unsuspected choice. I hadnt even thought of, was a 2015 ram 2500 and couldnt be happier with it.Moral of the story is, I will never set foot on a John Watson dealership ever again.
I waited until the last day of the month to stop in for service and renew my expiring registration. Being the first day after a 3-day holiday weekend, I expected a pretty big wait, but one hour later I was done. I could not have been more surprised and happier. Thanks.
Service done at John Watson Dealership. had a leaking rear window on my 2019 chevy Silverado LTZ garage kept. was charged $588.20 to reseal the fin they said. 8 each plastic nuts $50. $497. Labor. rained the next day after I got it home still leaking. called service and was told they can try again for $588.00. not under warranty not their concern then they gave me the name of a glass company. took it to MY NEW GMC/chevy dealership 20 min away, they are right now replacing the glass cheaper than I was charged for the halfa** job they attempted. would not even let them wash my truck from now on. I will let everyone I meet know how I got the shaft and was treated. Chevy knows this is a problem but doesnt care. Add on Watson wanted to try another tube of silicone no way Maybe some one else will let you try this hillbilly fix.
Eric Steele was the best sales guy I’ve ever worked with. Previously looked at a truck with Eric and decided I wasn’t ready to pull the trigger. Stopped in at the store 2 months later and Eric remembered me and exactly what I was looking for. He got me a great deal with some additional warranty’s and accessories. Eric and John Watson Chevy are great and I will be buying my next car from them also.
We are extremely please with the service we receive here. Today we purchased our 3rd vehicle from them.Eric Steele has been our sales person each time. He is amazing to work with. Hes not a "Preasure Sales Person ".Tyrrell was wonderful to assist use with the financial paperwork. Great people to buy vehicles from.
This place is easily the worst service center I have ever been to. They struggle to answer the phone, hang up on you when they transfer your calls and couldn’t troubleshoot their way out of a wet paper bag. Save yourself some heartache and avoid this place at all cost
We were taken care of by all in the dealership . Our sales persons were Awesome and Corey really took care of . We loved our experience . We have always recommended John Watson . You guys Take care of your customers and make them feel Valued . Thank you very much
Always a hassle free experience at John Watson. I appreciate the pricing in a time where you could really take advantage of people like most other dealers are. I’ve purchased from John Watson several times and this won’t be my last.
great dealership and great product. The staff took the extra time to show us all of the features of our new truck. We left the dealership and we so pleased with the whole process.
Peter Cam and Chris did a great job. I found my truck on line called Peter told him what I needed. He set me up with an appointment and showed me my Truck. Cam helped get all the loan in order and was great to talk with Chris helped me find the warranty I wanted and got all the paperwork done really quick. Thanks to the team at John Watson Chevrolet
Really great experience from start to finish. Peter was attentive to answer all of our questions and kept in contact as we waited for our vehicle to be delivered from the factory. Peter was there for us throughout the entire process and a blessing to work with. Cory was super friendly and cordial, chatting with us and we had some good laughs about other dealerships that want to mark up vehicles and gouge people with their fees. Chris made the lease processes go virtually seamless. We will have no reservation in buying from John Watson Chevrolet in the future. It’s a genuine dealership with genuinely considerate and nice people. Thank you!
Overall best purchasing experience I have ever had. Staff was knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. I did not feel pressured to purchase any thing was more give the option to buy if I wanted. I like it more when its my choice.
Honestly the service team here is awesome. I had alot of issues with my 08 silverado where it was only running on 4 cylinders and most shops didnt have a solution for my truck. I was working with Mike and his team to resolve this issue they all really did go above and beyond to identify and solve my trucks problems in a timely manner. You may find another shop for a lower $/hr rate but you will not get the same expertise, honesty or reliability as you will at John Watson. The way these guys worked and kept in contact with me has made me a customer of theirs for life. You wont go wrong taking your vehicle here for any service.
We have never had such a great experience buying a car as we did on April 15, 2022. Ronnie Kerr was our salesman and he was so nice and friendly. He also has a lot of knowledge on vehicles! Our loan officer, Chris Southwick really went to bat for us with the financial institution to get us what we deserved!! Thank you both for all you did to make our buying experience painless in every way!! We will definitely recommend you!!
I purchased this truck several months ago to include an extra warrant purchase. Recently there was a rain storm and we found out there was a leak in the antenna. We brought the truck in and was told it was not covered by the warranty we purchased. This was upsetting, but the shop worked with us and was able to find some discounts for a cheaper price so that was very helpful!! They were very friendly and helpful!
They were great to work with I have been driving Fords since 1986. However, the local dealers so upset me that I went back to Chevrolet. John Waston was great to work with and Andy Hellstrom is one of, if not the best salesman I have ever worked wo=ith.
We had an amazing experience buying our car through John Watson Chevrolet. The owner and his son we the ones to work with us on buying our car. It took under two hours to look at the cars, test drive, and then sign all of the papers. Which anyone who had been to other dealerships knows that this does not happen. This was also the only dealership that me and my husband felt was honest about the values of their used cars. And the only placed we felt wasnt trying to Reem us. The son whom I forget his name was extremely upfront about the price of the car and the out the door price from the beginning. Absolutely no gimmicks. The man who helped us with our payment as well was extremely helpful. Im not great with names. They were also very understanding about our two wild kids as well! Lol would definitely recommend going here. We are really enjoying our new subaru forester!
We had a great experience buying my husband’s dream truck from John Watson Chevrolet. Although a new salesman Kylen Barney was very efficient and knowledgeable. The manager and financial employee were also friendly and helpful. The interest rate was great, the promotion for a accessory package add on was a nice perk, and we loved the pressure free team. We really enjoyed working with all of them!
We were pleased at how thorough they were when we just came in for an oil change. We have been to many places throughout the years, and this was a good experience. It took longer than we expected, but when we found out how much they had done, we were very pleased. Thank you.
I worked with Cory Watson and he was willing to do whatever I needed to purchase my new truck. The truck was ready with my add on’s the next day and ready to be driven home. The team at Watson’s was fantastic and worked hard to make the purchase seamless. I look forward to the great service for the life of the truck.
This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have been casually looking for several months and Dennis has been very patient and low key. He never pressured me at all and seemed like he genuinely was trying to help my find the right car for me, and not just trying to pressure me into buying any car I looked at. He was always willing to show me anything without pressure, which I really appreciated. This is why I kept coming back and eventually found the right vehicle and purchased it from them. The buying process was super easy, laid back and low key. Even Terrell in the finance office was great. He offered me some other warranty products but was very respectful of my decision and didnt push it further. He was very kind. I always dread buying cars and dealing with the headaches but this experience overall was a great, pleasant, experience, and I am very picky about who I will work with. If Im not treated respectfully I dont come back. I would definitely buy here again. Thank you!
We brought our vehicle here September 2019 to have a message it was giving us, of park to shift on our 2017 GMC Acadia repaired. It was fixed under our vehicles warranty. About 3-4 months later the message appeared again, I recently called John Watson and they told me that they start off by replacing a minor thing but since the problem reappeared then they’d be replacing the whole shift harness, only now it would cost us almost $400 because our car had 37K plus miles on it. We dropped our vehicle off at 8 A.M. by 5:30 P.M. we were wondering if they were done working on it, we called and they said, “yes that it had been ready!” But that they were about to close, we said well no one has called us to tell us our car was ready for pick up. I was upset no one had taken the time to call us and discuss how the repair went. Upon pick up, we see the car has many little scuffs that were not there before (in the area where they workedI have picture of before and after, since we are looking to sell our car. That is very upsetting to us! They could’ve been more careful. Aside from having to pay almost $400 to have this fixed, because it wasn’t done the first time, not calling us when our car was ready for pick up, they also scuffed it up during repair. I would not recommend John Watson to anyone, very very displeased with their service.**UPDATED**Since posting this, Patrick reached out in an effort to make things right we spoke for approximately 26 min. We discussed what the misunderstandings were. I truly appreciate them reaching out regarding the issues, their willingness to fix the cosmetic damage. It wasn’t necessary since I sold the car, which is why I was having the shift to park problem fixed. But their prompt response to this matter was greatly appreciated.
Such a great buying experience! Ivan was our salesman and he was phenomenal. No pressure, the right amount of hospitality, and it wasnt just with Ivan; Dee and Terrell were excellent as well. We got such a great deal on our Suburban, my wife hasnt stopped smiling yet!
Went in with my kids. Helpful service department. Picked up wiper blades for wives Blazer, also a shirt. Will be taking our Blazer here for service in the future. Sometimes it is fun to go to dealerships for car parts and other items. This is a dealership I 100% will visit in future.
I recently purchased a new truck from John Watson Chevrolet. My particular model was tough to find, in both the options I wanted, and pricing. I went from Brigham City to Provo in my search. John Watson easily made the short list with the amount of work they put in finding my vehicle and pricing it. They patiently helped my 10 year old daughter stay "unbored". They were honest and up front. I spent a lot of time there was the only draw back. I wish the process could have been faster, but buying a car is always lengthy.Thanks.
