I had my nails done (gelby Makayla with my friend. She did such a horrible job. My nails were bumpy, uneven and extremely thick. My friends were too. When I went to have them taken off somewhere else, they said they werent even completely dry between layers and there was too much nail polish used. They were painful to remove too. Do not recommend getting your nails done by Makayla. Im going somewhere else from now on. Very disappointed.

They have always been very professional and nice to talk to. Even when I came here when I was in my 20s they have always been a great place to come to get everything done.

Connie has always done a great job on my very "fine" hair, even when I dont know exactly what I want! The salon is kept in nice, clean condition. The staff is friendly and all seem happy to be there!

Kayla is the absolute best person to get your nails done by. I had always had issues getting my nails to last between visits before coming to see her!

Went in for a pedicure and was amazed! My nails looked so good! Sherry(I thinkwas amazing. Super friendly and my feet have never looked better!

I took my 10 year old to get her nails done by Nat (gel nailson the 4th of September. By the 8th of September they were already chipping really bad. So I called on them and made an appointment to fix them. I took her back in on the 9th to get them fixed. And yesterday the 11th of September one of them completely popped off.

I went to Bailey for my nails. Bailey is amazing! She’s so sweet and fun to talk to! All the ladies at Joys Too are very nice. The salon is always clean and well organized and it always smells good.

I love getting my hair cut at Joys Too Salon. The women here always do a good job cutting my hair. My hair cut is only $15.00 dollars.

DO NOT GO HERE.the lady kayla that works there messed upmy hair so bad and I asked for a refund and she told me to take her to small claims court. then tells me SHE DOESNT EVEN DO HAIR. save your money and go somewhere else I will NEVER refer anyone here ever.

The salon is really really dated, it made me nervous walking in. Rebecca was friendly and did a good job. After and update and maybe a more professional dress code, this place would be top notch.

Ive been here two times and the stylists are very personable. I have very long hair and dont trust just anyone to trim my hair. Connie trimmed it the first time and she did a great job. Today Judy trimmed my hair and she also did a great job. Their prices are reasonable and the shop is clean.

Just went for the first time today after having to switch nail techs due to my work schedule. I am pretty particular about my nails, so I was a little worried....but when I got there I was greeted like family and Jess did an AMAZING job on my nails! She was SO accommodating and such a perfectionist! She constantly was asking if there was anything I didn’t like or changes that I wanted her to make. I get stilettos and they are hard to get straight and sharp and Jess definitely did not disappoint. Not only that, but the entire salon of employees were super friendly and it was by far the greatest experience I have had in a LONG time!!!! I definitely recommend Jess for nails and this salon...you won’t be disappointed!! 🥰

Recently, a client went on different social media sites and bad-mouthed her stylist and the salon after not following the care instructions for her new hair extensions. Im posting a review of my own:Ive been going to Joys Too for years... Mel does beautiful gel nails that actually WORK with my oddly shaped nail bed. Sherry is an amazing stylist with all different styles, colors, and lengths. If a color or hairstyle wont work, shell let you know instead of you wasting money. I get compliments all the time with my hair and nails. All the ladies here are wonderful!!

I speak of Sherry J and not the full salon- Please note that each hair stylist rents a spot in the building. Not saying that the others are bad, I just havent had experience with them. I will say that everyone has been lovely to my children and wife.When my family was going through a difficult time Sherry A Jessop at Joy Toos reached out to us and gave us free cuts. It was not something we asked for but something that came from her heart. We continue to go back to Sherry now for all of our hair needs because she is kind, professional and goes over and beyond to help her customers and community.She also has gone to NYC and LA to learn about new trends, styles and products. She is extremely professional but a little wild! You will have a great time and leave looking fabulous!My wife has had her hair colored and it is always beautiful. Friends of ours have had their hair done as well and Sherry does a great job with it. If you want wild crazy colors- Sherry is your gal.

Ive been going to Joys too salon for sometime now. I absolutely love the people that work there especially Sherry. She has done my hair for years and it looks amazing everyrime I want to change the cut or color. She even does my son with Autism he never like to cut his hair when he was little now he cant wait to get his hair cut when it time. My grand girls also love Sherry she does their nails and they tell all their friends they have their own nail lady to all their friends and show off their nails they adore her.

Cindy is always professional and knowledgable. I always feel like family or a long lost friend. I love this salon and I love the staff working there! Keep up the good work.

A girl by the name of Sherry J colored a friends hair. That said friend came home and noticed that there were several missed spots. She called and was asked to come back. Sherry re-colored her hair but was EXTREMELY rough with her artificial nails when washing and rinsing my friends hair. (Scrubbed very very hard with the tips of her nails making my friends head sore).And after "rinsing" her hair, my friend had to come home and finish rinsing the left over dye from her hair.And when finished, Sherry the stylist took off the Cape from my friend and just walked away.She was VERY rude and not nice while fixing mistakes that she clearly made to begin with.I will NEVER EVER go to Joys Too, and I am positive my friend with never go again. And DEFINATELY NO recommendations to friends or family.DO NOT SCHEDULE AND APPT WITH SHERRY. SHE IS NOT GOOD AT HER JOB.

This is a review of one experience regarding tanning at Joys Too. Normally I walk right in and someone will check me in for tanning within a few minutes. Today I arrived at 3:30 to tan and was told they didnt have a receptionist today so I couldnt tan. Really?? I paid for a month of unlimited tanning. Maybe everyone needs to be trained on the computer so tanners dont have to be turned away.

Heather Burton is one of the best nail techs Ive ever had. Shes fast and very affordable!

Helen did my nails with a picture provided my nails turned out really nice short like I asked and so far theyre holding up very well I would refer anyone to her shes very pleasant to sit and talk to.

I got my nails done a while ago and they were horrendous. It was an older lady that did them (I don’t know her name). They were lumpy, thick and she filed so much that she took my actual nail with it (I wanted a coffin shape and ended up missing half my nail on almost all of my fingers). When I called to ask if someone could at least thin them out a bit and make them smooth they told me they would have to have to original lady do them because they like the artists to fix their mistakes. I told them I didn’t want that because she argued with me the entire time and did such a horrible job. I ended up going elsewhere to have them fixed. I will never go back.

This was my 1st time coming here and I loved it!!! Helen is such a sweetheart and did a truly FANTASTIC job on my nails and will defiantly be coming back.

Wish I could have actually posted a review on how they did but after rescheduling and making me wait even longer sitting there it was time to go. Not even a singling greeting when we first walked, yes the prices are reasonable but not worth the time wasted.

the quality of work and attention to detail for the price is definitely above par. However when I first walked into the basement for the chair for manicure the other nail tech in the basement was swearing up a storm and going on a rant of some kind. While I dont mind swearing or bantering of a personal matter and girls will be girls and this is a place to let loose I felt that while many times during the appointment I had tried to include myself in the conversations but my nail tech seemed more interested in continuing on with her personal convo with the other nail tech. I tried to start convos about her kids that she had pictures up of or just generalConversations and it was a complete let down. I feel when you go to pamperYourself you have the attention and arent being snubbed out of conversation. It wasnt until the end of the appointment when I tipped $15 due to quick appointment and quality that the tech actually seemed interested in talking to me and making sure I was satisfied. I may hold my appointment unless I get a different recommend for someone of the same quality that actually deserves the tip and my expectations of a pampering non necessity of beauty.

When I made an appointment with a certain girl and wanted mini flair she didnt mind telling me she scheduled me with another girl. So when I got the call confirming my appt it was with another lady I had no clue about. I did not like how careless they were about scheduling my appointment.

Absolutely love this place! Ive had my nails done here for over 5 years & never had any complaints. Ive also had my hair done here a few times & it always turned out great. The tanning beds are awesome! They change the bulbs regularly. Just be careful to not get burned because they are hot!
