Love this company so far. I wish they were Nation wide. But if I was going to change anything that I know of this company so far would be the searching. It doesnt do out side of city limits. Im looking for a country house near or between Winfield and ? I have property for sale out of state and this company is ks based only but I would go with these guys than anyone else.? Why because they dont discriminate properties.

Do not work with Chad Harris. This was my review on his remax of hutchinson and make sure to look my attach picture of his insulting me about my deceased dad.Extremely disappointed with Chad Harris.Get a cash offer on a property. Then the guy breaks into the property and stays overnight. The next day I go over to asset the situation and get the cops to come.I should of press chargers right away looking back. Chad tells me the guy wants to go under contract the next day. I tell him want a lot for earnest money. We sign the contract and I ask Chad if he got any financial data before this. Chad tells the will send something over the next week(Never happensChad this is basic realtor 101(Strike 1)The guy broke the lockbox and thats how to get got it. I tell chad to fix the lockbox for 1 1/2 2 weeks(strike 2Nothing. I call again and ask if he was over by Alden. He literally tells me he is in sterling, ks which is only 7-10 minutes away and doesnt fix it(strike 3. Finally, after weeks or so he gets over to fix the lockbox knowing its broken. He tries to fix and then txt me he cant fix. So a normal person knowing this would bring a backup.I ask him and he tells me no(strike 4This was on a January 30th. At this point, I tell Chad I will waste my time and gas and do it myself(almost 2 hours)That following Saturday Georg wanted to extend the contract. Monday or Tuesday we get word the earnest money check(Strike 5is a bad check.For an owner of a business and someone who Has done for a long time. This was piss poor services at best. My dad David Bass RIP who uses to work for you would be so DISAPPOINTED at how you handle this.This is my first time trying to sell a property by myself and I will never work with Remax every in my life again because of this.Chad should of know from the begging to not work with this guy.
