Had a great experience staff super helpful!!

The worst service experience of my life. The sales person was pushy, didnt know how to use the computer system (his words not mineand literally laughed at how old our devices were. We were there for more than an hour. I had to tell the sales person multiple times that I did not want the tablet he was trying to sell us, and even ask him to take it out of the bag. Now I got our first bill and surprise! He changed our plan to one that costs $20 more a month, and also theres a bunch of fees for switching plans. They barely even have any phones on display here. Do yourself a favor and order and activate online. Its really not that hard.Edited to add that it took a 2hr 15min phone call with verizon to switch everything back.

I could give zero to this store but since there is no zero I am ending up giving a one, Store charged me 70$ for setting up iphone and they never mentioned to us before opening the phone or even before buying the phone. Why would I pay 70$ for something which I already know how to do. Lesson I learnt is never go to a Autorized store, go to the coroporate store they just give you the phone and you can setup everything by yourself, I would definitely not spend 70$ for something that I know to do.. this is not so good. If I would have known it before , I would have definitely gone to a Corporate store. The store guy never mentioned to me at all… it is all waste of money… never go to this store please.

V waited on us and was very helpful. Despitebeing older he didnt make us feel stupid which I have always felt when updating phones. The store was not crowded and seemed like a relaxed environment. He also was very willing to have us come back with any questions.

Had a bunch of issues with new phone and plan, really thought I was going to be screwed over by Verizon because of somebody elses mistake. I was ready to let Verizon eat their contact and go elsewhere. This place stepped up and resolved all my issues. I had them at 1 star before the owner got involved, but within 48hrs, they had everything fixed. You can buy a phone anywhere, but this was good customer service, I would check them out if your looking for a Verizon phone, they will take care of you.

I came into this location over the weekend for the bogo promotion and worked with Dave. He was very patient with me and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. I didnt like my new phone so after two days I went to return and upgrade and they wouldnt do till next month. Every possible idea was met with negative results. I am now stuck with an expensive phone I dont like. I have to go to another cell provider to get my phone. Once they have your money there is nothing they will do for you. I highly encourage you to not use this Verizon.

What can i say when it comes to this store was just driving through and was thinking about picking up a tablet for mothers day, this store did not disappoint! NICK took care of me and gave me a sweet promotion on TWO tablets!!! Got one for the wife and one for mom. Would recomend this store and NICK specifically, even though its a little bit of a drive the honesty and experience was well worth it. Under new management, wonderful group now at this location. I have been in the store plenty of times and usually left without receiving any help, looks like all of that has changed. Josh was very helpful, he made it a point to greet every customer walking in and make them feel welcome. I will no longer have to drive to Christiana Verizon to receive help or purchase new equipment.

just recently purchased a new home and needed a great sufficient service of internet for my streaming and scholastic needs. Verizon technician Gregg Dempsey was who I had the pleasure of meeting who kept things very direct. Install went well, didnt eat up my day and all of my connectivity is working seamlessly. Nehemiah Soler was wonderful. I walked in with a problem with my IPhone and she immediately fixed it. Then she told me about a special offer VERIZON is offering on Ellipses Tablet. I was interested and she was terrific. She took her time, explained everything and made it a fun experience. I highly recommend this location, and especially Nehemiah.
