Husband purchased Excalibur Crossbow last year from Mikes Archery. Needed a replacement part and called to see if they could help. Women who answered the phone VERY ABRUPTLY SAID NO!!! He called a "non" Excalibur dealer - they were MORE than accommodating, didnt have the part but was able to order from manufacturer.

Still haven’t got the bow I ordered 2 weeks ago. Had to buy new cause old one broke. Thought I would give small business my money. Turns out this guy just wants to take your money and not send the product. RUN to a different shop!!!!

Phenomenal service

Ordered a new bear bow and had shipped to my house. After opening I noticed the hat that every new bear bow comes with wasn’t in the box. After talking with other people this seems to be a normal issue that’s mikes is removing the hats and selling them separate. Have tried getting a hat from them and been told they have to find a spare one to send out.

We took a trip to Ironton Ohio to look at some property and decided to stop in to Mikes archery! We were welcomed to the shop by Travis and Brian! They showed us around the shop and ware house! I’ve never seen so many bows and archery gear in one place in my life! Needless to say my buddy and I left with two fully loaded Mathew V3x bows! They were great to deal with! Highly recommended stopping in or visiting there website!

Ordered a sight light from them for hha sight . Arrived used with dead batteries and scratches . So basically someone used it then returned it to mikes and they made it my problem . Never will use them again .

I looked everywhere for a couple Millennium M369 seats for new Millennium Buck Hut. Mikes was the only place I could find that had them, a couple others had them but they were charging $100 delivery fee for $200 order. I placed my order online but there was a small tech issue with the payment. Called the store directly, Travis answered the phone right away, no waiting on hold or navigating some crazy automated system. He told about the problems they were having and assured me hed take care of it. Shortly after I got an email confirming my order. Best part, Travis personally called to tell me my order was taken care of. So rare these days and so appreciated. Next time I need something archery or hunting related, Im checking out Mikes Archery first.

Bought arrows from them good deal nice people

Knowledgable about archery related things. However they do TERRIBLE work. I asked them to fletch my arrows, and when I recieved them back there was so much over glue that it changed the way my arrows flew (inconsistently). Oh and they charged me $16 for just 6 arrows and I brought my own fletchings. I went to Governors Gun Club in kennesaw and they fixed my arrows for $6, and it was clean work as if it came from a factory.

Very cruel people..worst I’ve ever dealt with. Definitely do not recommend this place.

bought a left over bowtech prodigy from them asked them if everything was in time and adjusted on it they said yes so i believed them cause i had talked with them a few times before and they gave me a good price got the bow and it was nasty way out of time wasnt the color i asked for and then i called back in the same day to tell them it has no valley.let-off or anything then they started being ugly with me so no more business with them from me ever again

Great service, I had ordered some items over the weekend and then found out on Monday morning that the bow which I had on order from another company was canceled. So I called Mikes on Monday and decided to purchase a bow from them. They were able to add this to my existing order and still get everything shipped the same day. Quick shipping, they also installed some of the items which I had ordered, added a nock loop and installed a peep site along with a note.Great service.

Been doing business with Mikes Archery for quite some time, very friendly staff and great place for all my archery needs.

I got the bow that I wanted and it is nice, but they lied to me. They gave me a speech on the phone about how they give such a huge discount to military so I purchased the bow through them. Then a week later I found out they are selling the same bow for cheaper on amazon. So all they did was lie to me to charge me more than they sell the bow for. I will not be doing anymore business with them and will tell people I know to go through a different company.

This is definitely the best archery shop I have ever done business with. I have purchased two bows, multiple arrows and accessories. Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable, they wont try to sell you something you dont need. I called with the thought I had the wrong spine weight of arrows, inquired about purchasing stiffer ones. Brian (could be spelled wronggave me great advice and let me know I didnt require a different spine weight. This type of service will make me a lifetime customer. I only wish I live closer to thank them personally. Semper Fi.
