worst place to buy a saree.staffs showed very bad attitude. i wont recommend this place at all.

Ok ok . Not so good , or not so bad . But a very old shop in bishnupur. Didnt get sooo many varieties of salaries .

Its one of the top stores in Bishnupur located near Lalbandh beside Ramananda College. The ground floor is for Saree and the first floor is for ready-made section. I went to the ready-made section. The behaviour of the staffs were pretty decent and they were polite in behaviour.Theres a drawback I should mention here that the staff who showed the products told that theres 10% discount of every purchase, but at the time of payment, which is in the ground floor, the cashier told there theres no discount.Price is on the higher side too...

Awesome Baluchari Shree . Best For Women.

Behaviour of maximum staff except one/two is very bad. Everytime when we visited the shop, we feel the same atmosphere either its festive season or a regular day.

Most of the five star rating seems to be paid.I believe they spend all their earnings on advertisement instead of investing in courteous staff. Id rather go to any random saree shop in Kolkata instead of visiting this horrid excuse for a shop again.Never again.

Price is very high other then any other shop in same quality products.

Recently visited the shop.....liked it a lot....they have a huge collection of silk.. colour variety is wide....price is reasonable ...and there is no need to talk about the quality of silk ... genuine product......

The sari collection is very good. Besides, they have their own factories for making Swarnachari and Baluchari sari.

Awful experience , better to buy online as they dont have any showcase sarees in their stores. Whatever you asked to show which was already showcased in online will not be available . Staffs are very much rude and will deny to show varieties. I was there with my wife and sister for purchasing sarees for wedding purpose but after spending 3 hours they able to show only 10-15 sarees .I told them that amount is not a factor but after repeating request one man who have some tattoo in his hand (ramreplied us that he has to go for lunch and dont have time for that .its pity .and the man who was in cash section (a bald man does not bothered about sales. He was just busy with transaction . It was a horrible experience. Though we bought sarees amounting 35000 but after sawing online I feel cheated .as they have huge collection for online customers but not for shop customer . So beware and dont visit at shop .

Please think twice before visiting the shop.We went to the shop by traveling 120kms , with high expectations to buy some saree ,but the stuffs were so arrogant that they were showing off their anger and disgust to show us sarees.And smarty telling us that "thats it ,nothing more ,he is feeling hungry and he have to leave, better be hurry" .As we had done shopping of around 40k( by seeing hardly 15 saree of only katan than and 3Dand just after leaving the shop we noticed the online (facebook livesarees and observed so many collections.Then we felt cheated.Is this the way to deal with your customers ??

Varieties of authentic baluchari and silks available. Fairly priced. The staff should be more pro active in showing things. But except that very good collections available. A must visit.

The staffs follow a high handed approach- dont want to co-operate or even listen to their customers patiently.Went to this place after rave reviews, I too feel they have good things packed in the shop- but bad staff behavior causes everything to fizzle out.3 stars for their collections only.

Very nice store for bishnupuri silk, baluchari, swarnachari etc silks.. customer friendly and good quality. This shop even sells online through their Facebook page and website. Price is reasonable and much much lower than Kolkata. Loved shopping here. I have visited 4 to 5 times this place for purchasing bishnupuri silks and balucharies.

I just loved their sharee collection. You will get the authentic baluchari and swarna chari and also a huge collection of bishnupur silk. They have their own factory for making sharee.

I was speechless to saw their collection. Varity of handloom sarees from different provinces of india are present under one roof. And the price is reasonable enough. The hospitality of the staff and the owner is very cozy and wormy. Love to go again and again. Falguni da and his staffs are well behaved.

Last Saturday I visited the shop. I loved their collection.. I bought baluchari and swarnchari both. As these are the signature sarees of their shop as well as of bishnupur. As a frequent saree buyer I felt the price is little bit less than Kolkata shops. The staffs are very well behaved and co operative. But the person who was in the cash counter may be the owner was really rude.. Just because of him I will think twice to visit that place again.

The staff is friendly and the collection is good. Cant comment about the price as I have very little idea about price of Baluchari sarees in Kolkata. But what I gathered from our guide, there isnt much diff in price . The collection may be better here bcos the manufacture the sarees here.
