Best service ever. Took my husband to get checked and for a cleaning. Ryann and Erika are very friendly and explain every thing. Dr Alvi is wonderful. I always recommend this office to my adult children and my friends.A year ago I came to this office to get some implants and dentures. Dr. Alvi is the best specialist of dentures I have ever met. Claudia at the front office is super friendly and attentive. Erika did a great job guiding me through the insurance process. They always made me feel great to be a patient there. LOVE THIS PLACE

Claudia, hands down the !!! The Best receptionist. When I tell you she’s so helpful and Informative . I had to take 3 of my lil ones to the dentist today . I set there and watched her help four Family’s. She had patience with them and she didn’t have any attitude. Sending my whole family to this dental office. ❤️❤️

I have been going to this location for a while and I absolutely love it. Claudia is amazing and makes me feel welcome every time! Dustin makes your check out experience fast and accommodating. I even changed my kids to this location since they’re so good to me!

I was in horrible pain and I get anxiety when going to the dentist. I took a chance with Kashi Dental and I am very impressed! Dustin greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and Claudia referred me to WellCare and I will have full dental coverage starting Nov 1st! Dr Alvi and Erika made sure I felt comfortable while getting my work completed. This is the BEST dental office I have ever been to! I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment in 6 months! This was my first appointment since I had my braces removed 4 years ago and it was great. Staff was friendly and Erica did an amazing job. Doctor provided great explanations and provide all options for further treatment. Definitely will be returning for my follow ups. 💯👍🏾

I brought my 2 teenage boys here as new patients and I was very pleased with the service and treatment they received. Jess at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. We discussed future appointments for the free orthodontics consultation as both my boys need braces. The office is clean and offer coffee to those in the waiting area. I highly recommend for the whole family.

It was my first time visited this office and I loved . The way they treat you from the drink the to the back staff, they are amazing. Lupita the dental assistant she’s is great, she explained everything and make me feel super comfortable and the Dr he’s amazing. I would recommend this office 100%.

This is my second visiting and brought my family to here. So far they treat us so good especially Lupita I ❤️ her she made us comfortably and laughed. I love front desk secretary they know I’m deaf and make sure that I understood. Dr Alvi so gentle and very gentlemen if he hurt me little bit (no big dealhe will apologize. I love his gentle and care. I will update later after I bring my other sister family to here to see how they doing! I’m will coming back!

Please do not get old amalgam fillings removed here. I just learned that special precautions shouldve been taken when removing them and they were not removed in the manner Ive read up on whatsoever. I was also not warned about possible risks associated with their removal. All I was told is that they could be removed and replaced with a more natural tooth colored material. It was also done fairly quickly as they were just drilled into and pulled out from what I remember. To make matters worse, I had several removed and now have extremely sensitive teeth since they were deep fillings as well as suffered from what all points to mercury inhalation complications from the procedure. Again, old dental fillings are best done under the care of a dentist who knows that they need to be removed carefully. Please learn from my mistakes and make sure you do your research. A dentist with integrity wouldve warned about the downsides and referred me out if they werent equipped to remove them properly. And although, the dentist who performed the procedure apparently no longer works here, I would still advise seeking a specialist for this type of procedure.

I’ve been going here since they opened. They have always been kind, professional and knowledgeable. Now, when I have dental issues I don’t freak out. I know exactly where I am going and that I’ll be well taken care of.

Beautiful people! Very helpful and very knowledgeable. It’s nice to go to a dentist who knows what he’s doing. I was in a car accident a year ago and all of the bones in my face were crushed. I needed a dentist that knew what he was doing. The whole experience was painless and very fast. They have good prices and even better staff!

Super visit today! I was bringing my son, who has DS (and can be upset more easily during his first time anywhere), for his first visit. Im thrilled to say it was an amazing appointment all the way around at this mercury-free facility! Jessica and the team up front greeted us cheerfully and accommodated us (we do not wear a #facialdiaper/maskreasonably. Jessica also took time out to personally help us, as we are new to the area, just establishing care. Erika, the kind and thorough hygienist gave my son the most thorough polishing in awhile, after meeting Dr Alvi, who was also so genuinely kind, gave him a great cleaning and thorough exam! I give this place a five star rating and double thumbs up! See you all in six months! First time in awhile Ive actually looked forward to our sons appointment with his dentist! Thank you all!

Customer service is insanely poor at the converse location. I’ve been a patient of theirs for the past 3 years and since their front office changes it has been completely unprofessional and rude. I have brought my entire family here as well which is 12 of us in total all with great PPO insurance but that is no where near a priority to the front office staff at this location. I’ve tried to hold off on finding a new dentist because we love our dentist but the people working for him can no longer be tolerated. Please if you are considering this office as your new dental provider I strongly urge you to look else where and read reviews.

I hate coming to the dentist especially for a filling but I must say today the experience was amazing. My goodness with technology today I did not need local anesthesia and the stuff they used hardens quickly. Yes no numbness and no downtown…Hallelujah! Highly recommend Erica and Dr. Alvi! Love the place their energy is energetic and loving! It smells good it looks fun for kids and the staff is amazing! I was helped by Mariam, Angel, and Claudia very nice ladies. I’m a single mother and don’t have tons of money so I was happy that they have GREAT prices and I was able to get my teeth x-rayed, cleaned, and filled at a great price cause my insurance doesn’t cover anything pass $250! I would recommend to families hands down. I’m switching my children’s dentist to them because they also take kids. Which works for me! I don’t have to go to two different places. Im new to San Antonio and they are by far the nicest dentist office I’ve encountered! Thank you I will be coming back!

This office was absolutely fantastic, the staff is great and extremely professional. They were able to get me in for an emergency dental issue and took care of me immediately.
