Tom Younger my service advisor did a great job. He quickly checked me in and called me promptly once the service was completed. Also I couldnt find my car in the parking lot and being a totally disabled vet with a bad heart he noticed that I was looking for my car and was getting upset that I couldnt find my car so he quickly came to my rescue and found my car and drove it directly over to me so I wouldnt have to walk far to get my car.Great job Tom!!!

Scheduled my routine oil service. All went fine. Until. Arriving home the car sat for 5 days as I drive very little. I back out of my driveway to do a grocery. Under where I parked in my brand new driveway and brand new house was a one foot diameter oil stain. Did a fast shopping, got back and parked at foot of driveway. Sure enough dripping. Get the jack out. Take the plastic shield off. Oil all over the place. Oil filter tight. Drain plug FINGER tight! Clean everything up after tightening properly. Spent the next 4 hours trying every known way to clean the oil stain, now 5 days old and set in. Called service manager who got back to me that a mobile cleaner would be calling to fix my driveway. I’m still waiting. I won’t be back.

Our salesman Nick was amazing! We have purchased 2 vehicles from him and both times he was exceptional, we will always come back to him 1st if we ever need another vehicle. Do yourself a favor and ask for Nick Martinez when you walk through the door at Keith Pierson.

Horrible service. I sent a request online under the "get a price" button for the car my daughter liked. The salesman called and told me we have to come to the dealership for prices. What a waste of time to be forced to drive to a dealership just to get a price. I only wanted to know if the car my daughter picked out online was even in her price range. I asked to speak to the general manager and was sent to voicemail, then asked for any manager, again sent to voicemail. We will find another dealership to do business with and we will not recommend this dealership to anyone else ever again. We will go back to Beaver Toyota. Always had good service there.

If I could give this rating above a 5, I would. Our experience was at least a 10!!! Our Sales Associate, Andre Carriere was outstanding. He was so helpful, courteous and very well-informed. One of the many things I love about this dealership is they are not"pushy" and treat you like family. I cant say enough about our experience. Wish we had purchased our first Toyota from Keith Pierson and not the St Augustine Dealership.

As a first time buyer this was such an easy-going experience. I was very stressed going into this but everyone here made it so easy and stress free. Franc found the exact vehicle I wanted and got me the best deal possible while keeping my finances in mind. Anytime someone I know needs a new vehicle I will be referring them here and will be back myself whenever I need.

Doc the sales person was excellent. The finance wizards were another story. I was purchasing a vehicle with my daughter to help build her credit. I had very recently been sick with bronchial pneumonia and the loss of my dear friend, so admittedly was not on my “A” game. We financed I signed and we left. They called the following day say we HAVE to get in there TODAY ASAP and sign a page they missed. I said I could come the following Saturday. During our callback exchange, I discovered they “SOLD” us a warranty based on mileage that we would never be able to use due to the used car mileage!!!!!!! This is completely unscrupulous at best, really despicable. I always pay cash for cars and now I remember why. Worst experience EVER. Do not, repeat, do not purchase a vehicle on credit from this dealership! I see a hundred people everyday- and I have a big mouth.Mr Pierson, I assume you are unaware of such practices since you enjoy a good reputation. My experience with purchasing a car at Keith Pierson was absolutely amazing. I came in wanting one car but left with another that I love! Ethan Methvin was the sales associate I dealt with. He was awesome and got the price down to what I could afford! I would recommend him to anyone!!

Update:The response and acknowledgment to my initial two star review/complaint was adequately addressed. I was impressed by the manager’s prompt response, ownership of the issue, and sincere apology for the issue. I feel confident that my next experience with Keith Pierson will be better and worthwhile.Original review: The service was done quickly, and the coupon I used for the synthetic oil change was honored, so I’m not going to say that this was a terrible experience. What disappoints me is not knowing whether it was incompetence or an unethical attempt to defraud me when I was quoted $667 for a water pump repair/replacement that was covered (and completed at the Toyota dealership I normally go tounder the Toyota Power Train warranty (60k/36 months). I would expect that a Toyota warranty would be honored at any dealership. Seeing that the service advisor obtained the mileage on my car, VIN, etc., I would have expected them to figure out rather easily that the warranty would cover the issue.

We brought both of our vehicles for service that bought from Keith Pierson. Excellent customer service and was provided timely progress updates.The only negative of the visit was asking if they would vacuum and was advised there would be a charge for that service. Supposedly, that is done by a different company. I don’t care about the why you can’t.0 All I ever hear and see on Keith Pierson Toyota commercials is the excellent customer service etc. Is it too much to vacuum or because there isn’t an automated machine to do the work like the car wash? I would think that this added service would keep people coming back. I will definitely keep this in mind when in the market for a vehicle.

I have to say I’ve purchased many vehicles from different car dealerships and by far Keith Pierson Toyota has been my absolute best experience. This was my 3rd purchase from this dealership. My last 2 purchases was the same salesman. Chase my salesman was very professional, reasonable, patient, and simply put a real pleasure to work with. Thank you Chase for your exemplary customer service. Continue to show genuine compassion for your customers as this technique will always serve you well!!!

Great experience. I purchased my first car and these guys worked with me so much to get a car that I love. I had a great salesman named Nick, and he was super helpful, not pushy or anything. They literally help shopping for a car with as little of stress possible. I would recommend anyone going to this dealership when needing a car.

Originally had an appointment showed up and did not leave vehicle. However the service rep made it right on Saturday.Where I see a need for improvement. If I have an appointment I should be able to drop off the keys. I was told that I had to wait for a rep. Parts and appointment are not communicating with the mechanic department the part was not painted. Customer service...If I have an appointment why would you ask me why I am here or ask me if they painted the part...also I asked for the oil to be changed with the yellow indicator light being on. That was not performed. However in the end he made it right.

Mr. Walker Woodland is the best Assistant Service Manager. If you want to have a good service I recommend Mr. Woodland. Thank you so much! Im very pleased. See you again Mr. Woodland on my 35,600 miles. 😁

I have been having my vehicle service at Keith Pierson Toyota for 5 or more years and I have never been disappointed. The staff from beginning to end is superb. Sherry Raulerson is the Service Agent that assist me during my visit. She is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. This is the reason why I continue to have my vehicle service at Keith Pierson Toyota.

They are great! My service tech was a guy with a New York ascent. Forgive me as I don’t remember his name. However, the service was outstanding. One of the bay techs drove my car up to the door for me. There weren’t any grease prints or stains left over in my car which made me super happy AND they washed my car for free! The lobby has its own little deli! Comfortable seating. Alligator in the pond… now the drain! I would definitely recommend!

The service department was outstanding. Very through in diagnosing the problem. When it came time to pick up my vehicle I had problems getting a hold of someone to send the shuttle to pick me up. I waited for over 6 hours for someone to call me back. And when I did get a hold of someone and scheduled a pickup first thing the next morning no one showed up. I called the shuttle service and had to leave a message on a machine at 9:45 by 11:00 no one had called me back. I called back and got a hold of a person and they said they were sending someone right out. They finally got here an hour and 20 minutes later. This was the worst service from the shuttle department that I have ever received at Keith Pearson Toyota. 😠

When I first arrived to Keith Pierson Toyota I was unimpressed, but I was wrong with my first assumption. My salesman Lacoya was prompt and understood what I was looking for and helped me find the best alternative since the original car (RAV4 Hybridwasnt available. The prices were extremely high, but after enough discussion and negotiating we were able to make a sale. Thank you for your hard work and dedication! I know I kept my guard up the entire time, but you made going to the dealership a positive experience for my wife and I. Thank you for your time!

I took my 2019 Camry. in for a recall service. Was immediately greeted and while my vehicle was being serviced I asked to look at a hybrid. Allison was available to help and offered us refreshments before we began. I told her I wanted to look at a hybrid as my "next" vehicle. She explained there was a Rav4 hybrid on the lot and she would pull it up so we could get a feel for a hybrid. We took it for a short test drive and she explained features without being distracting. Well, needless to say, we were hooked and we started crunching numbers. We arrived at a price and payment I was comfortable with, no fast talk, no pushy sales person, manager, or finance person.What an awesome sales person and sales team. No hard sell to buy out of my comfort zone and she was able to answer, without hesitation, all my questions. Allison has called to check in with us several times over the last few days to make sure all is good. What a good example she sets for Keith Pierson. If you are looking to buy, KP Toyota is the place to buy. Hope you will be a happy camper, just like us.

I have spent many hours here for nothing really..... I am regretting buying a truck from here. Everything is money money money and wait. Hardly any customer service even when you pay for it. From the person running the snack counter to the service advisor. The gentlemen who you first see when you pull up they are awesome and are a joy, as far and the rest I cant belive I bought a 52k vibrator, only to be told nope its on me to seek help else where. If a set of tires to fix a problem (wont even try will break the bank for a dealership then you wont last long. I would not recommend this place. You will get treated so much better at a small buy here pay here. At least most of them will appreciate your business.

Wasnt able to find a new CH-R, however all things happy for a reason and now Im in love with my 2022 Corolla with only 7 miles, leather seats and sun roof. I want to thank Andre for making my experience a great one. Andre was so helpful and super friendly. Everyone that I encountered at Keith Pierson was very nice.

The service advisor, Sherry Raulerson, was very friendly and courteous. It was my first time at the dealership, and she made sure I knew where things were located. It took less than the time estimated to complete the maintenance check on my car, so I was soon happily on my way again.

Truly fantastic and professional in all aspects of service. I loved how I was treated and given fair and honest appraisals for work. Others try to gouge car owners with unnecessary repairs but not these folks. I suggested I get my rear brakes done and they told me that it was not necessary until the next servicing.They will define get my repeat business!

We purchased our new RAV4 at Keith Pierson. Our salesman was Chase L. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sales and trade-in experience. We did have an issues after the sale, but Chase L. was on top of everything we requested. I would personally like to thank him and the rest of the staff in our buying process.

I had a great buying experience with Ethan and everyone at the dealership. He was able to help me find and purchase the most incredible car for me. If you know what you are looking for can be in and out in a very short time. I asked for a drink I’m pretty sure Ethan gave me one from his own cooler!

Nick Martinez is a consummate professional! He sold my Daughter a car a couple of months ago and I was so impressed I asked for him to help me with getting a new 2022 Tundra. That turned out to be a great decision. He listened to what I WANTED, and when that specific truck was finally available, he called me. Nick was super easy to work with AND extremely knowledgeable of all functions on the new vehicle. There is not enough words to explain how good he is, but one example is, while we were finishing the finance paperwork, he transferred all our personal items from my old trade in truck to the new truck. Outstanding Customer Service!!

Jackie was absolutely wonderful and made my experience great. She cared about the features I wanted, my price range and wasn’t pushy! She is an OUTSTANDING sales woman. SHE is what every deal ship needs, and their business would thrive. She really helped with getting my payments to what I could afford without an insane interest rate. She made me laugh and feel comfortable to ask many questions. She was very knowledgeable and informative. As long as she works at Keith Pierson my family and I will be coming back.

This location is always quick! I’ll wait for maybe an hour to get my car maintenance done. And any concerns are always checked on! The staff always has smiles and very helpful! I’ve been coming here for three years and that won’t be changing any time soon!

I am unhappy with where I was getting service on my vehicle. I decided to try Keith Pierson Toyota. The service associate was very polite and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions regarding my extended warranty. I watched work on my vehicle from a glassed in area where you see in the service bay very well. Work was completed completely and quickly. I believe I found my new place for service.

Seriously impressed. I came about 30 mins early to a service appointment. They were quick to get me checked in and get me taken care of. Everyone was working hard, polite, and very aware of keeping me comfortable and out of the heat. The service manager was great and my service was done exactly within the window they predicted.

I had to leave my suv there for a few days and the service tech, Beau, kept in constant contact with me. Even on the weekends he would call me and keep me updated on what was going on and what needed to be fixed. He said it would be 3 days to fix but it was done by the next day! Amazing service fast and reliable! Definitely recommend them for service no matter how big or small it may be!!

Salesperson Stacy was great, wonderful, polite, and made me feel at home. But our guy in finance did nothing but speak about his own money for the entirety of the transaction. The way he spoke about his own home purchase, his own vehicle purchase, and own personal cash windfall was not the experience I had in mind. It felt like all he did was talk about his own money and purchases in front of myself and my fiancée. There are countless ways to build rapport with clients; discussing your own personal finances and purchases is not one of them.5 stars for Stacy. 1 Star for our Finance guy. 3 Star average

I bought a minivan this past weekend with my husband and our two young children with us. Stacey was our saleswoman and went above and beyond for us. She was kind, friendly, personable, and my kids adored her. She was very knowledgeable, not pushy in the slightest, and gave us a stress free experience. Gabe was our finance guy, and was just as wonderful and friendly as Stacey. He said he was new, but youd never guess it. He knew exactly what he was doing, and how to do it quickly and efficiently. He even got us a better finance rate than our pre-approved loan. Only 3.5 hours passed from the time we pulled in to the time we left with our new-to-us vehicle, and the entire experience was stress free and completely pleasant.

Joseph my service person was outstanding but the person that did the work on my truck not so good. The front in alignment there was put on my truck was poorly done. And by the time I got back from my trip out of town. My two front tires were totally gone. We were lucky to make it home.

For years, Ive seen Mr. Keith on TV with a commercial, about his Dealership how is " Jacksonville Hometown Superstore" for a Toyota. I must say he is right, my salesman Adam Trongo, went above and beyond to make sure I got this new Camry. From the time I entered the showroom with my grandmother, we felt so at home, and blessed for the respect, experience, and outstanding service we received. I can’t thank Ethan enough for getting me out the door with exactly what I wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car. He answered all my questions before I even asked and was able to give me so much more information. I loved the personal aspect that he owns two Toyotas. Dropped off truck right after lunch on Thursday for oil change. Service writer told me he would call when truck was ready. He also asked if I would like complimentary wash. I agreed. No one called to let me know it was ready. Fortunately I did not end the truck the rest of the day. Friday morning I called the dealership to see if it was ready. After about ten minutes on hold they said it was ready. I went to pick it up after lunch on friday. Truck still had plastic on seat and had not been washed even though my receipt said it had been washed. I am am thinking I probably should find another dealer before I get truck serviced again.

Went to get an oil change and walked out with a new car. Thanks to Toyota and a kind man named Doc, we negotiated to a reasonable and affordable for me. Doc helped me through everything and even took my old car to home. Thanks to Doc, I have a new car and I’m so happy. Doc was so respectful and helped me so much. Hopefully there was more people nice and professional like Doc. Thank you again Toyota, and especially Doc, have a good day. 5 STARS

Tom, our service advisor was so helpful. There were several issues with our vehicle one of which was was that freon from the AC unit was leaking into the cabin on the passengerside. I had been experiencing symptoms of freon poisoning. Tom intelligently recognized the problem with the freon and strongly recommended the repair. My symptoms are abating. Thank you Tom. I believe he saved our lives. (Including our 3 year old Maltese pup).We will be loyal customers of Tom at Keith Pierson Toyota. God bless

After a bad experience at a different toyota dealership we came to Keith Pierson toyota with the hope that someone would help us find a much needed vehicle. We prayed and Mike Martinez was the answer to our prayers. He was profetional,funny, knowledgable and above all kind which made all the difference to us. We left home planning on buying a used car but came home with a brand new 2022 Toyota Coralla which is awesome!! Probably one of the quickest buying experiences I’ve had, and very professional. Andre sold me a 2017 Volkswagen GTI I’m very good condition. He was very nice and made the whole situation very easy and smooth!Eric finalized all my paperwork, and he was very sweet to my daughter and got a long with her well ( she is 2 1/2 years oldI loved the environment.

I absolutely agree with the commercials, this place is amazing excellent service. My salesman Matt Pack, explained details about my new vehicle and didnt rush me off even if I was being stubborn. He was kind, took his time with me and is a very pleasant person. His knowledge and performance was an A+ even if I had walked out of there without a new car, I would had gave him a good review. I love my new car and thank Matt and his staff for a wonderful experience at Keith Pierson Toyota. I definitely will send my friends and family to this location.
