I’ve been using this compounding pharmacy for over a year, having the medication shipped to my home, they have always been extremely courteous, professional and fast with every refill.

I spoke with Brenden rph yesterday and he checked for my script and let me know that it had not been received. My doctor had sent it a week ago. Brendan suggested that I call my doctor and ask that they resend it. A few hours later, Brenden called me to let me know that he had received it and would send it out to me in the mail as soon as we finished up some details. (my address, payment... )Today, the very next day I received my script in the mail. Brenden was kind, informative, gave me advise about calling my doctor and incredibly prompt. A year ago I picked up my prescription for brown tail moth spray. Again this year I have the terrible, itchy rash so I pulled out the spray from last year and got immediate relief! It’s well worth the cost!

So this may be long but it’s very honest. When asked to give a review of any company, clothing, make up etc. I struggle in doing so because we all know what the world can be like and unfortunately it’s easy to question genuine honesty.This review comes to you after 2 1/2 weeks of using the product prescribed to me.I can honestly tell you 100% that this has saved my life in more ways than one.As I was driving to work this morning I noticed that I have been so much less anxious, annoyed, and the brain fog has lifted by 90%. I was dancing in my car and looking at the world in a totally different light than I have been for several years. I had almost given up and thought I didn’t have a choice but to deal with the horrific life altering symptoms of menopause. Boy was I wrong thanks to Kennebunk pharmacy and their amazing doctor. I am so happy to being able to get bio identical hormones!I recently moved from North Carolina to Connecticut and had to fine a new Dr. to get bio identical hormones.Every place I checked in CT. was either very expensive, wanted me to add other services or werent up to par with bio identical hormones.Tanya the pharmacist was extremely helpful in getting me testing and to the right Doctor to prescribe them.All of this also at a reasonable price!!Thank you Tanya!

I dealt with Marie concerning a prescription replacing my CPAP machine. I had issues with my insurance. Marie never gave up, and continuously followed through. True professionalism and care. A+

My vet was not aware of an alternate drug formulation for hyperthyroid cats. Knowing that it was going to be a life long treatment, pills twice a day was not working. Brenden called the vet office and educated them on the liquid formulation and got them to send the prescription over. He also asked me what flavor but suggested Chicken as that has been the most popular for picky cats. My cat got his first dose tonight and ate it all as quick as he could. I didnt have to do anything as Brenden took care of reaching out to my vet for me.

Called multiple medical pharmacies to find Emergency item NO place carried item due to patients is larger then most people very disappointed with all other medical services for not being a loyal service to all size humans 😑 But one call and kennebec Pharmacy had it no problem at all ❤next day 👍 got Fitted already had all measurements from physicians but they took the time to measure the sizes again so that purchased with cash always has a warranty for your purchase and they made sure we received it GREAT SERVICE FROM ALL THE EMPLOYEES WHO HAD APART IN HER CARE 👍 😀 NEVER GOING TO USE ANY OTHER MEDICAL SUPPLY STORE AGAIN 😇💯❣🙏

Mike Jordan came to service the oxygen equipment. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He performed his service quickly & efficiently. I would recommend him to anyone needing oxygen equipment service.

I got $50.00 worth of supplies that I did NOT order, and whilst my slip says it had 2 filters, the bag had NONE. Filters were the only thing I ordered. I could not afford this because of other medical expenses this month. No one responds to my phone calls. I got my filters from another vender at a fraction of their price

Sandy was such a big help in teaching my wife and me how to use the home IV equipment. She calmed our fears and explained everything in detail so that we were comfortable in administering the meds at home. Thank you, Sandy! We would definitely go to KVP and her again for help if needed.

Have been trying to cancel my account and be done with kennebec pharmacy pharmacy for 4 month talk to rep and they said I would not be billed any more account was closed and still getting bills from them the even sent me Equipment after I told them not to just so they can bill My insurance company and me. If you want to order stuff through them you can get somebody right on the phone But if you want to dispute a bill Or even go over a bill Extremely hard to ever get anybody on the phone or to even get a call back.

2 days so far waiting on meds for breathing and Nebulizer parts. Went in and asked if they were ready to be picked up and was told no and not only that my script was in 2 different locations. Was told that they were waiting on insurance to process this, ok not a big deal. So I asked if I could buy over the counter just the mouth piece for my nebulizer (currently had the med for the nebulizerwas told no had to go thru insurance. Because breathing is not important at all I went else ware to get my nebulizer parts, and was greeted with smiles by happy people who were helpful and only charged $2.44 for the part I needed. Kennebec Pharmacy is a joke complete waist of time.

Received excellent service. Delivery of supplies was right on time. Very caring and concerned about the client they are dealing with. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Very pleased with their service and looking forward to continue to my long care needs.

I went on vacation and unfortunately did not pack the headgear to my CPAP machine. I tried the area offices of the company I deal with and none of them could help me. Then someone suggested Kennebec Pharmacy on Leighton, so we went there. Not only did they have the headgear but they didn’t even charge me for it. I am so thankful to them. I have been working along side KPP, and Sandy for about a year now and it has been nothing but smooth. Sandy is the epitome of a professional and is always available and willing to assist patients and coworkers. Sandy is the type of coworker who makes your job easier due to her being thorough and reliable.

I was set up for an appointment for a cpap consoltation. I was greeted promply by the receptionist. There was a gentleman ahead of me that was having some issues operating and getting supplies for device provided by the pharmacy. I was really impressed with how helpful the front staff was to this Man. He was having a bit of a hard time with it. He was being treated just as I would have wanted my elderly Dad to be treated if he was in this type of situation. My appointment was serviced on time. The respiratory therapist that helped me was Whitney. She was very kwowledgeable thorough and professional as she took care of my needs. I was totally comfortable with the understanding of the procedures that pertained to my cpap device. I was paying out of pocket for the device and supplies. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost....which was less that online prices and it came with this type of service. The cashier was very helpful at payment. Whitney followed me through the intire process again making it clear that if I had any issues to give her a direct call as she provided me with her extension. I called serveral days later as the mask I picked out wasnt quite the right fit for me. The gentalman on the phone set me an appointment for that afernoon. Whitney again helped me make another choice. Again very helpful and truly caring....and....the additional mask was provded at no cost!!!! I would highly reccomend Kennebec Pharmacy. Their Staff goes over and above to be helpful.... These are Good People they have working there.They completly exceeded my expectaions. I am a very happy Customer.

I have been going to Kennebec Pharmacy in Augusta for quite a few years. Unfortunately, our employer is changing our pharmacy to a chain company. It is disappointing since we receive such wonderful service at a Maine company (Kennebec Pharmacywho delivers all our needs. The staff whom assists us are knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure we have a good experience. The last 2 times I have gone, Josh, the pharmacist, went out of his way to help me. It was truly appreciated. Its just ashamed we cant help our neighbor. Thank you.

Awful customer service! I called to inquire if they carried a product my daughter was looking for, no one was available to speak with in that department so I left a message. No one ever returned my call. I didn’t call back because my daughter was calling too. Neither of us got a return call for our messages. In fact, my daughter called 3 days in a row about a prescription from her doctor and still no return call! She had to have her doctors office call over to prod things along! When she was finally fitted, they didn’t have the product in stock and told her it would be a couple weeks before it was in. This was around the holidays, so I understand a delay in shipping, HOWEVER, this is a prescribed medically necessary device.. shipping should be expedited! It seems as though this business has no competition in the area so they don’t care about their customer service levels. Very disappointed! If we had known about these issues, we would have gone out of town and tried a different business. Lesson learned..hopefully this review will prevent you from bad service and uncaring delays.
