Recently had the tailgate on my 2010 Tundra demolished. Had Ken’ s estimate, then fix it. They did an amazing and professional job and sent me regular notifications during the repair process. The repair was perfect and I was left with the feeling these folks really care about the customer and their quality. And I left in a fully detailed truck!!

Ken’s Collision Center was so wonderful through the whole process of getting my vehicle repaired. They went above and beyond to get everything I needed for my insurance and to get a rental car while my vehicle was in their shop. A special thank you to Kayla for being so kind and helpful, without her I’d still be trying to figure out what to do. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner, with multiple updates throughout. I spoke with Ken, the owner, the day I picked up my vehicle and he got everything squared away for me and thanked me genuinely for my business. My car looks brand new thanks to his team and they did a thorough and beautiful job! I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Ken successfully fought my insurance company to get new OEM parts for the repairs.*** Ken did a superior job of painting my 2015 Dodge Caravan. Also, he charged a very fair price.*** Kens Collision detailed both the exterior and interior of my Caravan before returning it. The van looked like it came out of the dealership showroom.*** Kens Collision absolutely goes the extra mile to deliver extraordinary customer service.Kens Collision is simply the most awesome auto body shop in the entire world.

Just a few works about Ken Collision CenterI asked Ken to quote me a cost on repairing a leaking rear glass window on my 2016 ram 1500. Ken said he could not quote me a price as it could take several hours to leak test it and there may be more than one issue.Ken said he would perform the inspection for a maximum of 2 hrs. at the prevailing rate. If leak was not found in 2 hr. time frame they would contact me before proceeding to see if I wanted them to continue.I did not hear from them until later that day. Ken said they still hadnt used 2 hrs of time to find my leak. They would have to do more to find the leak.Another day went by and around 3:15 they called and said my truck was ready for pickup.Ken showed me on his computer all the things that were done to find my leak. I could not believe all the things that had to be removed to find the leak. Im talking head liner/rear bench seat/ rear back rest and even the front drivers seat. When I went to pay my bill Kens assistant said "2 hrs labor charge!".Folks theres no way all this work was accomplished plus the actual repair in 2 hrs. And yet that was my charge 2 hrs labor.If anyone ever needs collision or glass repair do yourself a hugh favor and call Kens Collision Center in Cassville. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

Weve been hit four times in five years; three in the past 15 months. We have used Kens every single time. There is no one with more integrity. I have always had a great experience with Kens Collision. They are fair about pricing, honest, and their customer service is outstanding. I am a repeat customer (unfortunately--deer, other cars crashing into me, etc.), and I wholly support their business and am grateful for their level of integrity.

For our grandkids we participated in the veterans day event at the local school. We usually shun anything that says we were attached to the military because of the "think you for my service vets". that said, we were put into a drawing for a car detail, we didnt know. When they called, I told them both of our cars are high milage and 20 years old and would be a waste of time to detail. they were very polite and respectful and asked us to bring one in anyway. When we dropped off my spouses car, they treated it like a new one and returned it looking better than when we bought it. They spent the entire day working on her car. They even cleaned the head liner. Everyone we talked to while there was very professional and made us feel welcome. We will highly recommend them for their professionalism and the warm atmosphere that was felt while we were there. A personal thank you to Amanda for asking us to come in.

We live in the Springfield area, and we have struggled to find a shop close to us that is priced fairly, and that we can trust. It always leaves me just hoping we’re not getting taken advantage of. Ken’s is a bit of a drive for me to take my car there, but it is well worth the drive! The service and hospitality I received was excellent!! I had to find a new repair shop, I was with my other for over 20 years, when I called and talked to Kens they were very friendly and very informative. They took care of everything for me, called my insurance and they even had my rental car waiting for me at the shop so I didnt have to bother anyone to drive me elsewhere to pick a rental up! My car is a 2019 so when it came to dialing in the sensors it needed to go to the dealership, Ken went above and beyond to make sure that all was taken care of, he even had my car delivered to me and returned the rental. I will definitely return if I ever need my car worked on.

Not proud to admit I have had to use Ken several times after accidents, but he has done an amazing job every time! My car came back looking brand new, and itr was even delivered back to me after it was finished!

Very professional office staff and high quality work and professional glass and body work from the shop also.I called to set up a glass replacement and some body work, gave them the dates that would work with our schedules ( only a 2 week notice,they got us in and did an outstanding amazing job in the short time period we had discussed earlier.VERY PROFESSIONAL, and we were VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS OF BOTH JOBS!!!

During a recent long distance trip we found two fairly deep scratches on our truck. Family in Cassville recommended we have Kens Collision Center look at it. Although it was almost closing time he took the time to temporarily cover the scratches, at no cost, until we could get home to have them permanently fixed. If we lived in the Cassville area we would definitely use Kens Collison Center for all body repairs. Thank you for the exceptional customer service in a time when customer service is almost nonexistent.

I just took my car in to Ken’s to get a couple of windshield dings repaired. After about 30 minutes, Chris came to tell me that they were finished and explained that neither peck needed repair. The larger one was old and had already been repaired, but had regained the sparkle of a new peck but that it will not crack. The second did not get into the glass and will not run. There was no charge, and I thanked Chris for their honesty. I will definitely go back to Ken’s for future work!

It is rare to see such commitment to customers and genuine willingness to help someone in need. While I havent had my vehicle in the shop, Ken took time out of his busy day to give me advice and insight of how the insurance company should handle our accident. Without me giving a dime to the shop, he spent over an hour combined between phone calls. Without a doubt earning my trust and my business for any body repair work for the future.

Kens Collision center is awsome. I had the unfortunate event that lead me to taking my ridgeline to Kens for a insurance estimate. The first thing I really appreciated was the communication. Not just anyone but the calls were from Ken himself. Let say Ken was 2 steps ahead of my insurance co. the whole time.. Ken worked for me directly with the insurance co and made a total loss pleasurable . As stupid as that sounds I will be taking my cars and trucks to Kens as long as he has his doors open. I also will be recommending him (and haveto everyone I talk to that need body work.Btw my inlaws 2018 pilots bumper is flawless. Repairs were fast and flawless I cant find the area repaired at all.

We got in an accident while on vacation in Cassville, MO. Our car was was not drive-able leaving us stranded states away from home. Ken was quick to take our car in and get us set up with a rental. We had to do some round about stuff to get the rental set up through the insurance properly, but Ken really bent over backwards to see that we were taken care of!The insurance of the other driver were really being difficult, but Ken was clear who he worked for- US! He advised us and helped us navigate the strange situation of dealing with insurance keeping our best interests in mind. He made every effort to work with us to get us the best outcome. He communicated with us frequently and was very responsive to all questions. He didnt get the opportunity to work on our car because the insurance ended up totaling it (after considering FOREVER), but if we ever needed work done on a vehicle anywhere remotely nearby, our car would absolutely go to Kens!!! He very clearly cares about his customers, no matter the size of the job!

They have pretty good customer service but I brought a 2md gen dodge truck in at 8 am for a alignment after replacing bushings tie rod ends ect I waited and got a call at 4pm that day explaining my trucks wheel base was to large for there machine and the alignment couldnt be performed

5-STARS For KENS COLLISION CENTER for GOING ABOVE & BEYOND***** My new Dodge Caravan with only 1,600 miles was severely damaged. My insurance companys repair estimate offered only $5,600 because it called for using plastic filler instead of replacing metal. Ken said their estimate wasnt right! He helped fight the insurance company to get a fair deal. THEN KEN REPAIRED MY CARAVAN TO FACTORY CONDITION! His craftsmanship is first-rate. I am totally satisfied. There is no better body shop in the Ozarks than Kens Collision Center.
