The price was good, The 2 gentlemen who in stalled the units didnt wear face masksAnd didnt practice good sanitation efforts during the pandemic. Furthermore they never had our permission to remove the heating wall units and took those and we had to get them back.They left a mess that we had to clean up after they left, They didnt put the crawl space covering back and they did a terrible floating and texting job on the sheet rock. They did such a terrible job that Kevin had to have a different guy come out and finished the wall.

As a property management company, it is important that my vendors have four qualities:1. They must respond to my call in a timely manner2. They must show up on time to their appointment3. Their work must be performed in a professional manner4. They must back up their work but have few, if any, call backs on the same issue.I have used Kevin Jordan as my go to guy for years. In my business, I cant afford to have tenants go long with a non-functioning HVAC unit. Lets just say, both my owners and tenants are glad I call him!!
