Working with Blake and David was an easy process. I sold them a mobile home as is you move. Most of the paperwork was handled by a third party title company. The process and transaction was fairly simple and I received a cashiers check from the title company after all the paperwork was completed. Blake even stayed in touch and sent me some updates on the progress of the relocation and remodeling of my old home.
