KeyBank in Otsego County

Everyone who works at this branch is extremely helpful and kind. The only bank I use where I actually enjoy going into the lobby instead of the drive thru atm.

You say your open until 4 on Fridays get there way before 4 and your closed I go to the one on chestnut and its closed at 4 when it says your open until 5 on Friday. Cant even pay bills

Anna was so super helpful with an extremely annoying banking situation I had recently. She took care of it with virtually no questions asked. I was just getting ready to go to a different bank. Now I will stay with KB thanks to Anna!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

the tellers are great but the they have ripped me a few times in the past key the company that is but they are still my bank ughbut the tellers at this branch are always nice

I went there this morning and the teller was extrmely rude. I wont be using this branch again.

I opened up a new account and it has taken over 10 days for me to be able to touch any of my money. I have to pay bills and other expenses and I cant even do that. Would not suggest opening an account at any key bank.

This branch is really nice and helpful. Key Bank in general... not so much!!
