I waited over a hour and a half for my dash order. Just to find out they just started after me waiting so long. Another 30mins went by and the food still wasnt right. Im over it. Im from the area and i never experience this type of service
Specifically this location it serves the best KFC chicken on god

I got the chicken sandwich and wasnt aloud to use the restroom had to go to a tree.
This restaurant is very accessible, the service was great, the manager assisted me with assurance of my order
Greenbrier KFC, terrible problems.THIS is a play shop for employees and management.Why would you run out of the correct sizes of buckets and supplies that you need to give to customers and no explanation.You have to ask for receipts, employees and management act like you owe them something, a lot of people that serve the public ask for $ 15- $20.00 to work at these places but they are only worth $ 5.00 an hour. I will never go to the KFC again, people please choose your battle and go to another KFC on the other side of town.
The customer service was extremely poor. I asked for specific chicken pieces, they agreed, but when i got home my order was completely inaccurate. The staff must be properly trained in order to accommodate customers orders accordingly.
Give me the wrong food & nobody answers the phone its always busy
They really need help at this location and now that school is about to start they will need more adults to work here. On my visit they only had 4 workers the front cashier drive Tru cashier the manager and the cook and the place was pack had to wait over 30 minutes for order wow
The lady at the window was horrible. She had a nasty attitude, she was unsanitary, and provided horrible customer service. She was coughing and wiped her nose and then tried to pass us our food. I asked for a replacement because too much is going on to be nasty like that. She refused. I asked for a refund because that is disgusting. Before that she wouldn’t give us a cu a water for my baby… will never come here again !
Cashier took my order fast rushing but get to the open window n sit for 6 mins no greeting just look at the car
There were literally 3 teens under 18 running the store. They were only selling chicken thighs and water or sweet tea. They were screaming at each other and I had to to tell them to close the window. Then, they had several cars pull around to the front to wait for food. We waiteddddddddd.This store needs immediate support.
They work fast to get your food.
My food was awful. I went to the drive through. My chicken was sooooooo GREASY it appeared to be REFRIED!!!YIKES. I couldnt eat the chicken. Check your food before you leave the Drive Through!!!
Cashier at the window was not paying much attention I asked for a Pepsi she gave me sweet tea no ice and I ask for Pepsi she remade my drink and still gave me sweet tea with ice ☹but the service was fast and my food was hot and fresh😊
Despite the wait for a shift change. Service was ok. Store was clean considering the location . Was very pleased

The chicken in the sandwich was hard and dry, the mashed potatoes had lumps of powder in them. The inside was nasty. I was sick the next day from the food. Never will I go there again.

So fresh, fast, prompt, good, ....Ordered on app, came within 4 min, and it was Ready and so fresh. Great service. They usually forget my dip sauce which isnt that bad ill just ask for it. But theyre pretty good here
This Theres no there will be a wait for chicken upon closing hours. Came on a Sunday, closing @ 12, arrived @ 8:30 and they didnt even have fries... When you can get food its decent at best.

As a 55 year old man, I truly know what KFC is suppose to taste like. Greenbriar KFC severely missed the in mark. I have visited this location many times and the standards are falling. In my opinion KFC cooked correctly is some of the best ole school chicken in the south. Corporate please retrain all of your location now. In fairness for this forum Mrs. Winners on Fulton Industrial need training too. # Really Bad Chicken. Food cost to much to prepare it badly.
I got 2, 4 tender strip meals and had to wait for about 6mins, I was told the strips were being made fresh and need a little extra time. We finally got to the meals pulled off and it turns out only 3 of the 8 tenders were fresh and the fries were cold, I guess from waiting on the 3 tenders.
Bad customer service and they like to keep your receipts .Also last week the drive thru was closed and people were waiting for someone to come and nobody came untill the last minute to say that everyone had to order inside. 🤬🤬😱😭

It took about 30-45 mins due to the fact that they was short of help we was told that even a supervisor didnt report in. The chicken was too salty. First time at this location.
Missing half my order. I feel like they basically stole my money. If you aren’t happy going to work then get a new job!!!!! people spend their hard earned money and lazy people take advantage of that. I will never eat at kfc in Atlanta again.
The man that worked last night was great and need a very high raise. He was the only one working he was the cook the cashier. He was there by himself and worked the whole store. Hats off to you sir.
The biscuits were half cooked, the dough was literally still stretchy when pulled apart and the chicken was soggy and still had feathers on it. I basically had to recook the entire meal in my oven. Unacceptable.
This is for the one by Greenbriar Mall. The attitude was bad that day. Older women, not old were working that day and they didnt want to separate orders on the register as if it was a problem. I had to take a deep breath and calm down. Got my orders went home and guess what? The food was so bland and dry I threw it away. I didnt order food with NO Seasoning so why are they cooking it that way? Its KFC for goodness sake!!!!
My chicken was not fresh and seem to have been out of the oil for a while. The breading was thick and white underneath due to being under cooked. The fries were cold. I called several times but there was a busy signal. So, I stopped by on my way from work and the manager Renee had a horrible attitude and the customer service is a joke compared to what I would get at Chick-fil-A. She was trying to find a reason to not replace my order. I was so disappointed.
I pulled up to the KFC 5 minutes before they open and one of the employees came out and said go and get some grits and eggs somewhere else I hate when people sitting here waiting before we before we open
Just ordered a #2 and the chicken was not cleaned very well if at all....this is nastiness on a different level...if my stomach turns on me later and I get sick.....Ill know why.....no wonder there was no one in the drive thru line
I purchased a 5 piece chicken tender. The chicken tenders were so small they looked like they belonged to a kids meal. Went back to return meal when the manager Renee said aint nothing wrong with these chicken tenders, what you want me to do in an aggressive, unpleasant tone. After I received my refund, Renee continued by saying negative, rude comments as I pulled off. I did go to another KFC and ordered the same meal and left satisfied.
This restaurant definitely have people here working with poor service and attitudes. I understand that working with fast food can be a bit frustrating however, the paying customers who come to your store don’t need to feel your frustration. I just wanted to get me and my son something to eat after I had a long day at work. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case here at this location. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and there was one guy inside the store waiting on his food. I supposed the dining room was open because the front door was open and one guy was at the register waiting on his food. Once I came in, no one greeted me. I seen one guy with glasses walked outside with a bag. It’s possible he could’ve been a manager because he had on a different shirt then everyone else. He didn’t speak to me either. Two other males with red shirts came to the register and was talking on the headset, both of the gentlemen seen me and also didn’t speak. So I continued to wait for someone to take my order, by that time the man with the glasses who I thought was the manager came back in and walked to the back. Once again I still didn’t get acknowledged. Everyone was moving around working. I wait exactly 12 mins in line and still no one acknowledged me at all! Once the customer in front of me got his bag of food, he left and here I was still waiting another 4 mins. Another gentleman in a red shirt came from the back and looked at me. He asked me if I was waiting on a order and I said no I was waiting to place one. He proceed to tell me the dining room is closed, then turned around and walked to the back. Didn’t even take my order and I wait there 16 mins for someone to tell me the dining room close. I was very upset with how that was handled. The front door should’ve never been opened if the dining room is closed! If you all see someone in your dining room, someone should’ve communicated with me and maybe I wouldn’t of been so upset. But it’s the lack of concern from your employees that bothers me. If a manager was on the premises there shouldn’t be no reason why there wasn’t any floor awareness. I should not have waited that long to be approached! If this same restaurant was located on the north side I guaranteed the service would be much better and I shouldn’t have to be around the white folks to get good service! My black people on the south side need to do better and maybe we wouldn’t have bad names for ourselves. It really ridiculous.
Customer Service is horrible. The person in the drive thru got an attitude when we asked for our receipt and they are constantly out of food. I know good HELP is hard to find and this is proof
Its good, but not the old KFC we grew up on. The pride is gone. They do not care what type of biscuit they give you. The chicken are sometimes half done. 🤦🏿♂️ why.
There is hardly if any meat in the pot pies!! Yesterday I had one little piece of chicken. Today I had NO CHICKEN in my pot pie!When these first came out they were full of chunky chicken. I’m so disappointed. It use to be a great meal. I won’t chance it anymore. ☹️
Drive-thru customer service was not that great. I was told that I had to wait 8mins for a fresh batch of chicken. However after waiting 14mins for my food, it was cold. So its a 3star rating from me.
They got roaches and I told them thy could careless Didnt even want to clean the drink spill. Nasty attitude like how the cashier’s attitude bigger than her ponytail? All I asked was the extra crispy fresh. Then I asked the boy helping her for napkins and a fork he acted like it was hard labor.
Chicken was cold grease all on the bottom of box rude service and whn I asked how old was the chicken someone assuming manager came to the window and said here you go ok handing me two pieces of hot chicken but white meat I dnt eat thts all grease on the paper and the chicken is old
Terrible service from the manager. Front cashier was pleasant and guy preparing food was friendly however, the cook undercooked the chicken and the manager has very poor customer service. Her hair is pink and grey, she was in the back arguing with employees and was very rude to a few customers. No reason this place is always empty. Also, for it not to be many customers, the lobby area was filthy!
I visit here occasionally and the lobby is usually dirty, especially the drink machine area. The tea wasnt even covered and its on the front counter with people breathing all over it. The customer service is okay though. I will go back as I usually do but they could do better. The food is always fresh and good.
Ive been to this location at Greenbriar for three days trying to get crispy wings. I called ahead of time to verify that they had any oh, I was told that they were just coming out . I was there within 7 minutes. My order was taken when it came time to get my order I was told that they didnt have but two wings. I explained to the cashier that Ive been here trying to get these wings for 3 days if you know they are a hot commodity why dont you all prepare more she said she agreed she asked me if I wanted to wait on the wings I said I did I waited 11 minutes for the wings they didnt offer any form of compensation or apology whatsoever then I had to ask for eating utensils. I think thats very bad customer service. Other customers were waiting around also for orders
worst experience ever. I will never go again. waited 25 minutes for my food and I cant believe it. My potatoes top was extremely dirty and it wasnt food. The chicken leg was fried so hard it looked like a party wing. Im not sure about that other piece Im not sure what it was. I spent nearly 30 bucks. Didnt check my food till I got home because I was so annoyed. Never again. Go elsewhere with your money.
The main issues with this location is you have to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes for your food. You will not get good customer service from this location each time you go. It will always be okay at best. The people that are taking your order need to learn not to joke around and to be professional at all times. The most important thing is and I will highly recommend you do this at this location each time (double-checkyour food before leaving!
