KFC in Cerro Gordo County

Yummy food. Clean store. Friendly staff.🙂

Went through the drive through and ordered the 3 piece meal original dark meat. It will cost you over $11dollars now .

Staff was very friendly and service was fast. Food was hot and fresh.

Last visit chicken was dry and didnt have much crust.

Newly remodeled dinning room (August 2022is now open. Prices are a little higher.

Chicken was on point son had a chicken sandwich said it was bussin

Chicken was super fresh & hot, slaw was ice cold and the counter help was very knowledgeable and accommodating! Probably the best KFC meal I have ever had

The worst restaurant I’ve EVER been to in my entire life!! Do yourself a favor and SKIP this place. Eating dirt is better than eating at this place.

Long wait to get our food almost 10 minutes but I guess atleast it was fresh.

The lobby was closed but the guy working had a great attitude about it! The food was hot and awesome!

Food taste great, but everytime we go there, they always miss so nh etching and have to go back to counter to ask for item that was missed.

The line was very long, however Im giving props to the team actually trying there best to get through everyone quickly and they did 👏

Went in for a interview with the gm and he was rude and was yelling at me for no reason. Didnt get to the interview because I was kicked out before we could start

Regular KFC menu, so pretty good but they forgot my cookies

The old dude with the tattoos took too long to understand a simple order of a chicken little with no mayonnaise, only pickle and all I got was Mayo on my sandwich. Its not that hard.

The best excpierance every in a drive thru. They turned my very bad day right around. I do love chicken 🐔

Got the food that was fine but I ordered two kfc sauces and got one and order four ranches and only got one. So out of the six sauces asked for I only got two. I guess lack of effort on such an easy task is asking to much

Got a their new chicken sandwich, it wasnt a spicy chicken sandwich instead of fixing the one I got I was told I could wait a half hour for them to make a new one

Our order was wrong and they tried to over charge us. When we said it wasnt what we ordered we were told to just take it or it would be at least a half hour before they fixed it.

We really like Kentucky Fried Chicken, and this locations food is ok, but it seems that lately they always have some problem, this time their drink machine was broken, your choices were bottled water or sweet tea. Really? Go out and purchase a couple of cases of different beverages to put in your cooler, or call your soda representing company have them bring in some soda. Think people, SERVICE!

Wont eat here again the main person was coughing and taking hair out of her mouth and not changing her gloves then they were out of everything. My wife found hair in her food and my daughter found tin foil in her food. This is the worst place to eat i wouldnt have gave it a star but had to write this review. Safe your self the trouble and dont eat here

Went to KFC to take supper home. They have only carry out or drive thru. Love the chicken and cole slaw.

Very busy....waited 30 min in drivethru before getting food. They were short on crispy so the gave me 3 original pcs. Which i said was ok. Food was still hot and fresh tho.

No way this is a 4 star restaurant. We went today ordered a one peice extra crispy box. Wasnt crispy, wasnt even original. It was a soggy mess. I also ordered a chicken sandwich meal and they didnt even put it in the bag. And they want 15/hr... give me a break.

Great customer service. Even added a couple of cookies due to me having to wait for fresh chicken.

Most fast food is what it is, KFC is not much different. They have their good entrees and not so good. One dish that really stands out above the rest is the Chicken Pot Pie! Try it, you wont be disappointed. Their drink choices, way behind the times, in fact, not really much of a choice.

I go to this KFC as often as I can so far as Im concerned the kind people that work there arent given enough credit theyre always very polite theyre essential yet not treated as such.

Came through the drive thru today and was disappointed when I got home to eat my food and realized my kids did not have their cookies in their box I was promised at the window.

And delicious as always. We absolutely love getting some KFC popcorn chicken!

Food is okay for what u pay. Wait is longer then you would expect. Wouldnt go here all the time but ita not bad.

I love their chicken potpie! My husband tried the macaroni and cheese chicken bowl.

The potatoes were great. They gave us just the right amout of gravy. Hot fresh and delicious!!

I used to visit this restaurant at least once a week. Never had a problem with it until one day I went through the drive thru, placed an order for a 4 piece original recipe meal. Got to work and over half my food was not there. I was missing a piece of chicken and all the sides and biscuit. So I only got 3 pieces of chicken, that was it. I called the store twice. The first “manager” offered no resolution at all. So I called back the next day and spoke to someone else who identified themselves and the manager. I told him what had happened. He was very apologetic and told me how he would fix the issue with a coupon for my meal to be replaced also a coupon for a free cookie and a large drink for my inconvenience. I waited and waited and never seen this in the mail. This was very poor service. I am disappointed in this KFC and their lack of caring for their customers. Also it wouldn’t hurt for the health department to give this place a visit.

I ordered a $5.00 fill up, a famous bowl, drink, and cookie. They only filled the bowl half way,( maybe alittle less to the top and my dr. Pepper did not taste right

Online says "KFC open til 11" drive to clear lake hoping for some delicious chicken at 10:35 and they tell us to wait, finally five minutes later when he comes on the speaker he says theyre closed. Also he was rude with a dude. Dont waste your time.

I have enjoyed the food and time spent at this KFC location every time I have visited. The employees are kind and thoughtful! They have superman fast table service and make sure your happy and satisfied every visit. I enjoy the music they play there and havebeen caught singing along! Lol! We will be back! 🎶🎵🍴😎

For years have pooped in to eat, today I could tell someone clearly didnt care about customer atmosphere. Tables were all dirty and I mean more than not, I whipped my own down. Trash was over flowing, condiments, lids, and straws were not stocked. Food was under cooked for that classic KFC crunch, biscuits were doughy, and the gentleman taking my order clearly hated his job as he had no smile, no how are you, how may I help you ECT. Rating will go up hopefully next time I come in if I do, but for now some classic customer service/cleaning is much needed by the current crew of the 4pm hour on 12/30/17

It is finger licking good, but why did the new manger get rid of the jelly. Because honey sauce isnt really honey, I needed jelly.

Terrible customer service, my order was incomplete, and I had already returned to work. They told me to drive back out to pick up what THEY had left out of my order. I politely told them I couldnt because I was on a lunch break from work. They told me there was nothing else they could do for me.

Horrible service- We called ahead with a lg order. When we got there, we still had to wait 30 min to pick up our chicken. All the tables & floors were filthy, so waited outside- came back in for chicken and they had given our order away to other customers.When we complained about the situation to the manager, he yelled backto my 70 yr old father"If you dont like it, I will give you your money and you can go somewhere else!" We had family in from out of town and they were waiting for this food- we had already been in the restaurant by this time for 1 hr-He told us he was busy and didnt have time to deal with us! This was the manager of a customer service based establishment and the service and people skills from this man were NON existent!!!! All the customers inside were appalled!!
