Dont even know where to start.this is def the worst review I could ever give.ordered 5 items, received 2 sauce packets.the cheesy potato bowl I overpaid for consisted of 4 maybe 5 potatoes.the taco Supreme wasnt even half full.the cheesy bean and rice burrito was literally nothing but old stale watery beans.not to mention lobby wasnt even open as otherwise stated on the door.i see why now.had I not have Jesus in my life I woulda went right back thru and shoved every bit of my order back in someones face.this place is 100% trash.i could go on and on, but whats the point?Ligonier taco bell has ripped me off FOR THE LAST TIME

This place was a lifesaver when I needed WiFi whilst on a road trip. Good quesarito too.

They actually went out of their way to make a grilled stuffed burrito that they dont carry anymore.

The manager needs to address the cleanness at this location. THE girls bathroom was disgusting! Shouldve took at pic.The dining area was dirty!!! Real dirty!Food was ok the chicken Quesadilla had no chicken 👎Also 90 degrees and NO AC I did feel bad for the workers!

They mess up my order every single time. They don’t deserve your money to be honest.

I love this one...Lady at drive thru has awesome attitude n personality. Guy wrapping burritos makes the best ones from all the Taco Bells I go to....thx!!!And of course theres a whole new crew there changes all the time ..food still good.

They were out of ground beef and waiting for the truck. The girl taking orders had a shake voice, you could tell she wasnt being talked to like a person by customers that were angry about some ground beef. She replaced my ground beef with steak and it was SO YUMMY. I hope all the employees working today have a good night and get tomorrow off! Give those people a raise!

Drive thru should have been open (said 8ambut it wasnt. Doors dont open until 10.

Doesn’t even deserve one star, food was soggy and tasted like cardboard, all the tacos were under filled and soggy. Only good thing they gave us was the soda.

Never seems to be open in the morning. Sign says open at 8 and the lights are on, but now one at the window to take orders.

The older lady at Taco Bell needs a raise! She’s excellent every time we’ve had the pleasure of ordering with her working!

They filled the Nacho Fry container 1/8 th of the way full. The Nacho Fry burrito was cold when it was given to us. The cheesy roll up was good though.

Walked in and the dine in area was empty(drive through had only 1 car)...Had to order at the kiosk. After about 5min they asked me a question(clarifyingabout some of the food I ordered. After about 10more minutes one if rhe workers popped her head out and said no they are still waiting(referring to my family and Ion their food. Apparently they gave our $40 worth of food to someone that went through the drive thru. They said oh sorry give us a few aftee waiting another 12min they finally had our food ready. For our wait/trouble they gave us a couple free taco if you buy a taco coupons. And in the end my crunchwrap had no cheese and barely any meat in it.

Usually good to go to, but the lady that was working there that night, had the radio blasting and couldnt hear what I was trying to order. Tok forever to take order, when we got to the window she was rude. They have a drive time ro keep under, so after we left the drive thru, she got into her truck, went thru the drive to make her times better. Not my fault you have the radio up to loud to here me. Customers comes first, not listening to music

I havent been to a Taco Bell in a very long time that the food was actually fresh & good so thank you for that Warsaw Taco Bell.Tracy S.

Sometimes lobby is closed so if you got a big truck be leery of a locked door. Just walk around to the drive thru window to order.

Ordered nacho fries and a steak quesadilla. Had to pull around to wait on the fries (they were brought out after a couple of minutes, hot and fresh). Steak quesadilla was good. The woman who took my order seemed slightly rude, but maybe that was just her personality. Lobby was closed.

I stopped here today and ordered two burritos, two Tacos and three orders of nachos with jalapenos. When I got home I had 2 burritos NO tacos and 3 orders of chips with NO jalepenos. To top it off the chips are so stale and chewy they are inedible. Unfortunately for me i live 45 minutes from this location and dont have time to drive all the way back. This is the LAST time ill ever stop there.

I ordered a bean Crunchwrap supreme (vegetarian). They gave me beef. No napkins or sauce. The inside is closer and there were no other cars in the drive they so business was not the problem.

Worst Taco Bell ever. They always have the longest wait and are constantly closing when ever they please. Also the older lady with grey hair that works drive thu is always very rude and seems annoyed when taking orders she is also very condescending

The most BEAUTIFUL Girl I have ever seen handed me my food on 5-8 2021 in the evening, I could do nothing except look into her beautiful eyes. Have not been disappointed yet, very consistent good food.I will certainly return

They never get my order right, if they happen to even come close they dont put any napkins or sauces in the bags. You have to repeat yourself several times and then its not right. I love the nachos but Im lucky if all the toppings arent stuck to the top of the container. And of course theyre all globbed into the center on about 4 chips. Way too many beans and not enough meat!

I visited this location with the intent to receive a quick bite to eat. Little did I know I was going to be spending the next 45 minutes trying to get the food I ordered and paid for, hitting some bumps in the road along the way. All I wanted was some beef burritos and some cheesy bean and rice burritos. When I pulled up to the window the cashier told me that my beefy 5-layer burritos would be out in a moment. Not even mentioning my other burritos and putting down the wrong burritos to be made for me. My friend and I tried to tell her we were reading from a text and then she argued with us and told us we were wrong and we said beefy 5-layer burritos. My friend offered to pay for the 5-layers, even though he didnt have to, after hearing a woman scream about the 5-layers being a mistake. After that they managed to give me 5 beef burritos and 5 5-layer burritos to my friend. However when we received the burritos a guy that was obviously previously upset approached the window and said, "All ten of them Motherf***in things are in there". I dont know how anyone else would feel after that. But I was upset to say the least. Thinking I wouldnt have to deal with anyone at Taco Bell again we rapidly left to not cause a scene. Unfortunately they had forgotten my cheesy bean and rice burritos, so we rushed down to Taco Bell so the rest of our food didnt get cold. We pulled up to the window and told them that they had forgotten the cheesy bean and rice burritos. This is where is gets confusing. After getting the burritos back home I checked both bags of burritos and they were all beef burritos.????? Idk how it happened that way, but I wont be visiting Taco Bell for a while not till they hire better staff or get rid of the confrontational employees that work there.

Love the food and you cant beat the prices, but I asked for crunchy tacos and got soft instead. I decided not to go back through the drive thru and get it fixed. They were still good.

Would give less if I could went to drive thru to order and they said they werent taking orders at this time due to difficulty with the crew. Place is horrible would not recommend to anyone!!

Beyond slow at taking our order. The lights were never turned on after being asked too. It was 9:30 pm when we came through the drive through and was told they shut there dryers off at 10 pm so they couldn’t full fill our order and they do not close until 11 pm. And our order was completely messed up and took 10 minutes to get. Completely disgusted!!!!

We ordered at the drive through and repeated the full order more than once because the employee kept repeating it back incorrectly. After 3 or 4 attempts it seemed like she had it. We pulled up to the window to find a different, incorrect total and several additional items we thought wed already clarified we didnt want. We finally had to pay for these items and have her refund them back to me. The total was still incorrect but by this time a line had formed behind us and we just wanted to get out of there. My order was lukewarm at this point. I wont be returning to this Taco Bell.

Come here every now and then. Never really good in but drive through can be slow at times. They are just very under staffed. Other than that its good never had a problem with my food.

Stuck in line here for 15 minutes now. Watched 3 cars pull out because they were sick of waiting. Sad thing is that this happens every time and I forgot and came back to this awful place. Can literally hear the order taker grunting in agony because she forgot to shut off the speakers.

Stopped while driving home still an hour away. Service was terribly slow. Waiting almost 5 minutes just to order, and we were the only one in line. Waited about 15-20 min for our food. They ended up putting lettuce on my kids tacos, which we said none. And they had no napkins out, and low on stock of other items for customers. And it could really use some decor help.

Waited in line longer than we should have. We ordered drive thru, but eventually pulled around to pick up our food inside because the car in front of us never moved. The lady working inside was very rude to my husband.

That was the worst drive thru I have ever been at, the speaker didnt hardly work. Sat in line for over 25 min. Just to find out they didnt even get the order right!!!!!...uggg very frustrating when your trying to exercise patience on wating!!!!!

Disgusting. This place is rancid. I dont know how it can continue in business. Everything is dirty. My shoes stuck to the floor so bad I was afraid I wouldnt be able to escape this pit. It smells like a jailhouse.If I hadnt been so hungry I would never have eaten here. I didnt even finish my food for fear the meat was actually made out of cockroaches.

One of the worst Taco Bells Ive been to. Manager seems completely clueless and the last time I was there I was sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes and not a single car had moved. If youre starving bypass this place because chances are you will die before they get you food.

Terrible customer service, and from the manager no less. My wifes food had a weird aftertaste like bleach, my sisters food (from the KFC part of the menulooked old and disgusting like the sauce was cooked into it and one side of the bread was soggy, and the potatoes wedges were small and over cooked. Will never eat there again.

Every time I come here its a minimum of 19min.....yes, I time them to check consistency. They close the lobby and have only served drinks via drive thru from lack of staffing and make a fuss about serving KFC food past 5pm. A soft taco literally takes 12 seconds to make but always seems to be near 20 min. Go to DQ or BK for the fastest fast food in Ligonier (under 12 minor El Pacifico for real tacos!!!!!

Worst taco Bell ever! Took forever to get my food. Nacho fries were cold and stale and my grilled stuffed burrito was terrible. As I was standing there waiting, the guy making my food had no gloves on and definitely didnt take care of himself. I travel a lot in northern Indiana and eat fast food quite a bit. This place by far is the worst.

Actually its less than one star, weve been waiting for a simple taco order for almost 30 minutes... Do not eat here ! They are also very rude! The lettuce on my tacos was sour and my husbands grilled buritto had way too much guacamole he he scrap what he could off and I scrapped the lettuce off the tacos. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Im not giving them a rating I sat in the drive-through Lane tonight 6/28/18 for probably close to 30 minutes two vehicles behind me pulled out of line and the one went inside the other one completely left my order was not that big I almost didnt get my drinks I had to ask for those and when I did ask for them my Mountain Dew was fine and the Pepsi was nothing but carbonated water I tried twice to call the store they wouldnt answer that just a firms I will not be back to that particular Taco Bell because of the horrible service there was absolutely no excuse!!!!!! The only reason they got one rating is because I had to rate they should have a negative instead of a positive...

I wish I could do no stars. Just had the worst service at this messed up place they call taco bell. The people there are very rude and disrespectful. The night manager Tabitha throw a taco at a customer cause there was nothing on the taco so he wanted another one. He left the bad one on the counter. Tabitha said dont touch you need to take with. He walked away and she threw it at him. Well than she gave me the wrong tacos. Then she told her employee the code for the safe out loud in front of everyone. So my friend with started recording and she chased out the door and said that is illegal and called the cops on us. The cops showed up and said that we did nothing wrong but we arent aloud to go back to that place. Oh well dont care cause that is one of the worst places I have ever been too.

Food was wrong they replaced it, but the girl at the window. Not sure what was going on with her. She act like she had an issue with everything i said. I didnt even get an attitude and her face was turned up. Treat customers better or place someone at the window that will.

Worst taco bell experience i have ever had. Dirty, unfriendly. Ordered tacos without cheese and i watched the employee put cheese on then try to remove it. To hide it he put lettuce on top. I asked if they had no cheese. He said yes. When i tried to show him what he did then he just walked away. The manager was standing there the whole time. I got a refund then left and went somewhere else. Deserves less than one star.

Fpod was great but my time experience sucked should have been in and out in 20 mins it took 45 mins to order and eat. Im a manager at a ft Wayne McDonalds.. There was no team work manger did her our thing frove thru seemed to b more important then customers on counter..but they was short staffed it seemed thsts when ysg teaming comes into play..

Katherine Day, "Shift Lead" took our order, not only did we sit at the drive through for three minutes prior to anyone talking or responding; we ordered a cheese quesadilla, with extra jalapeno cheese sauce, she argued that we meant nacho cheese, she said, "It doesnt come with nacho cheese, nevermind Ill just add it." When we corrected that we didnt want nacho cheese sauce, but said, "The jalapeno sauce." She said, "That is nacho cheese sauce!" Finally, someone must have told her that jalapeno cheese sauce is in fact a thing and she responded with, "you mean the creamy jalapeno sauce?" Then we ordered a XL burrito but fresco, which we struggled coveting what that was to her even though thats their terminology. Finally, we finished explaining and got our total, there were two cars in front of us, we waited no more than 10 minutes or so until we were at the drive through window, at this time she ask further questions about "fresco" option, to clarify. She then took our card, but didnt give any receipt at all, did ask the sauce we wanted nothing. She came off as very rude when we were interacting with her. Then a man from the line came to give us our order, he ask us what kind of sauce we wanted and was very nice. He was night and day from her attitude. And thankfully our food was right and tasted of good quality, Im sure because he made it correctly. We didnt catch his name but he made this visit much more pleasant than Katherine Day did.

My boyfriend, cousin and I came in therein ordered food, NOT ONLY did it take 45 minutes for our food, it was all wrong and we didnt even have any specials. We could also hear them talking about how if the customers didnt like the food they made we could go somewhere else, because there moto is "live mas" not "have it your way" I thought your job was to make the customer happy, this place seems as if its falling apart.
