Chicken wad way past crispy

Sooooo slow!!!! 30 minutes for 3 items!!

Drive thru girl was Very unprofessional. She gave me back my debit card, drink and straw all together I almost dropped one or more of the 3 items she gave me back at once. The line was very short so don’t understand the rush. My spicy famous bowl had almost an inch of oil from the chicken. And the pot pie takes 25 minutes to make. Also no lemonade at all? This place might as well take items off the menu due to laziness.

Gave them another chance.. 8 piece meal. Only one breast, couldnt break the biscuits...hard as rocks.Chicken was stale. Only bright side delivered in 15 min. Mitchell Rd. KFC

It was good food and I got full and everyone loved it too

This place needs to get the orders right. Double check the order so the customer doesnt have to drive all the way back to pick up the stuff you forgot to put in the bag.

With this KFC it’s a hit or a miss. The people that work there are usually very nice. The ones that prepare the batter and fry the chicken need to be trained better. Sometimes the chicken doesn’t have enough batter on it like it slid off during cooking. Sometimes it’s over fried until I can’t even bite into it. I’m going to try it one more time before I completely give up. The inside is clean whenever I’ve been there and everyone is friendly. I’d give it 2 1/2 stars for trying.

The spicy chicken sandwich was really good. The cashier at the drive thru was friendly.

Went and picked up an 8 piece dinner meal that price was outrageous then I ordered two chicken littles they didnt have pickles just meat bread mayonnaise and chicken and it cost me almost $7 for two totally outrageous dont think Ill be going back to KFC and it used to be my favorite place

I ordered the famous crispy chicken sandwich. Instead of putting the chicken breast as a patty they put two little tiny chicken tenders.All the food was cold too. Never will give my business to these people again.

Horrible service waited for almost an hour and order was still not complete wont be going back

It was HORRIBLE. We ate on A&W side. The burger was grey, cold, dry and hard as a rock. Bacon tasted like it was heated several times in microwave. Doors are locked due to covid so cant go in to get refund! Husbands burger same way!

Shorted me on the chicken strips, shorted 1 gravy, shorted 1 mac and cheese. I spent $80 and not only is my order jacked up, but they wont answer the phone, and the lobby is closed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. There were no people behind me at the drive through and i was being rushed! Never going there again!

One of the better KFCs in the Modesto/Ceres area. I have not yet had any issues with them.

Always get it wrong and have to wait extra long said it would be ready at 830 waited until after nine for my food and still order wrong

Went through the drive up today. Ordered a Sierra mist, popcorn chicken, & coleslaw. The Sierra Mist was pure carbonated water, no fork for my coleslaw, no napkins... just a bunch of Kids running this place. Very disappointed

Kfcs famous bowl is complete comfort food. With a bit of everything hot from the menu. All in one container. And a side of cole slaw.....mmmmmm!

Was not given receipt and they wouldnt refund, manager by the name of Thai had terrible customer service even cursed at me. They even messed up a simple order.

I have been calling for a half hour to speak to a manager! They missed half my order and I would like to speak to someone, but they need to learn how to answer their damn phone!! not a good way to run a business, because I will no longer go to this business anymore!

Always good service, always fresh food, we go here every time we do laundry which is not often enough... Also pokestop at the Starbucks across the street you can sometimes reach from the parking lot

I would love to give them five stars....but I guess they cant afford syrup for the A&W Root beer...the late three times it tastes like seltzer water. No bueno.

I went here and ordered through the drive through. As I drove up I politely said hello how are you to the person taking my order , she didnt reply until after I said "Im good how are you?". I then ordered from the 5 dollar fill up menu and upon picking up my order was told a higher price, after questioning it, the young lady said " we dont have the 5 dollar fill up anymore", that should have been said from the start. Anyways I order another item and she called another guy who was standing close by as if to get him involved??? They proceed to give me my orders however without any sauce, then got upset when I asked for sauce, then grabbed a handful of sauce and I mean hand full and tossed it in the bag. Disrespectful. Never been treated this way before but it sad because these younger kids are so unprofessional.

I felt rushed in the drive through. I needed time to order and there was no one behind me in line, yet she was making me hurry (pressured speechand not letting me look at the menu and take my time. I wasn’t done and would have ordered more items. Very poor customer service and this was by the manager herself who admitted to me that she too experiences anxiety. She should be kinder to her customers then if she knows what it’s like.

I ordered food online and was told it would be a 3 to 5 minute wait, after 15 minutes pass by I called and was told they were about to make my food that the filets just got done and when I got my chicken sandwich’s they had chicken tenders in them and not the whole piece of chicken I was told they were waiting for. It is also not the first time my chicken sandwich has had tenders instead of the one big piece of chicken, would not recommend this KFC.

Its great but they always make you pull around and park to wait for your food if you have a drive thru maybe some of the food should be closer to ready idk just a thought

Terrible service, gave order to wrong car twice before giving us the wrong order. We received half if the food and when we asked what they could do to make up for it they offered "a biscuit or a cookie". Never again

Every time I go there I wanted to order hot wings they told me they only have 2 and Were out stock I get this every time Seems like they dont wanna cook any

One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. Even at 6:30pm and very few customers in the store, they were out of many menu items. The restrooms were filthy. Will opt to visit the other Ceres location next time in hopes of a better experience.

The last 2 times I went there they screwed up my order and charged me for the change and did not give it to me. The chicken is cooked way to long. A bit darker than I like. Will not go there again. This was suppose to be extra crispy.

It was ok food could be cooked better I like mine fully cooked not partially raw had to have mine sent back but they were good about it a nd corrected it and apologized

Took 20 minutes from the time I got in the drive through. With 2 cars in front of me, to get my food. They had to have every vehicle drive around ftont to wait for someone to bring their food out to them. Thats not my idea of fast food. It was hot so I decided to go inside to wait for my food. There were 3 customers in line, no one at the counter. The 2 young ladies I could see were working hard but it seemed they were working alone. Except for the guy which I presume was the manager who could be heard yelling at them in the kitchen which did not make the wait anymore pleasant. Ive had issues her before. So that would make it a management issue. Will never stop there again!

Customer service was great! Ordered the Cheetos Chicken Sandwich, very very dry. Went home and added mayo, then it was delicious!!

Not what it used to be. Often they have ran out of certain items the last occasion was chicken breast in all styles...definitely not our first choice of fried chicken these days. But if you need a bucket on a budget i guess it does the job

Food was good but their Air Conditioner in the dining area wasnt working so it was really hot inside. The outside temperature was about 98° and it was very uncomfortable inside.

Always a great go to when I dont want to cook. Theyre $5.00 boxes are a rare find, so jump on that!Must have: Old school McDs apple turn overs! Such a treat!Enjoy!!!

Awful, took 28 min of standing there waiting for 3 of the $5 dollar fill up boxes (which are small). I will not go back not to mention there were out of a few things like chicken thighs lol it was a joke I recommend that you dont go to this location!!

I went here with my uncle and my fiance and we got there and put the order in around 6:47 but didnt even get my uncles order till 7:20 longest wait for food ever... They had other peoples orders out (who ordered after us may i add way before our order was even ready...

Drive through sucks!! Had to wait over 20mins out front before giving up and going inside to fine two out of my three meals just sitting on the counter, not to mention on was completely wrong. Works we’re arguing back and forth infront of me, didnt even care to apologize for makibg me wait so long, they were just rude to me and to each other.

I had a problem at this KFC where they messed up on my order; I called and they said they would replace my order due to their mess up. I returned and they would not replace my order. I had to get rhe district managers phone number and call him before they would correct my order.However once they fixed my order the food tasted good. The hassle lost them star points.

The only thing I get from KFC is their potato wedges. Was looking forward to them when I got home, but was disappointed. Looks like I had gotten the butt of the wedges. Had to throw most of them away. Gave 2 stars from the friendly drive thru guy

Went at almost 8pm and they were out of white meat, out of crispy, out of cheese curds,out of Pepsi and out of any deserts. I really felt like they were being lazy because it was 2 hours til closing, employees were just playing around inside the restaurant. Got my original recipe chicken home and it was cold and soggy, popcorn nuggets were barely fried. Wont go there again

It wasmy granddaughters first grown-up hamburger other than chicken nuggets or a baby hamburger and she said with the best hamburger she ever had in her life thank you and W / KFC

Our mac n cheese was burnt and hard. We had to go through the drive thru three times before they got it right. The manager was kind enough to make us some fresh noodles asap and they were perfect. But the other workers were complaining/making a big deal about it. On the receipt the cashiers name says Ashley, she served the same batch of burnt mac n cheese twice! Not okay. Only took the manager 5 minutes to make, didnt get her name..but thanks for making it right!

We ordered the Monday special tonight. Mine was extra crispy but they forgot the 11 herbs and spices. The chicken taste like greasy chunky flour.

Dirty dirty dirty Im just passing through town Look a Kfc I wonder if its as good my favorite one in my town. First starts with the lie its fresh just came up minutes ago warm at best and dry no wonder see gave me so much hot sauceThe fountain area really omg Im slipping in my Adidas Dam. I should have just fell and got paid but i was hungry and now writing this review i should have just went down and that would be the best thing they could offer

This place was so disgustingly dirty!! I will never come back here. The customer service was terrible as well.

My girlfriend and I eat here often cause its so close to are job and they messed up on my order so much its getting really annoying and yet we are the only ones in line. No rush or any thing and i work at the wingstop across the street and we always try are best. As a supervisor i would think they would get in trouble by now. And even though we still have 25 minutes before they technically close and they just ignore the drive through and lock the doors. Ill still eat here but im going to leave a bad review sense they are giving bad service

So awful Ill never return to this particular KFC!! From the rude/snotty cashier to the eating of the so-called dinner! All of it was dry and skimpy. (I do usually like KFC, so Ill go to others, just not this one). Total times here, 3 times! :-(
