Was abrupt and rude to two customers before. Got a customers order wrong and when challenged retrieved the right food without an apology.Common manners would go along way!!
The fried chicken is so oily and soggy (compared to other KFC place). The table is so oily and not cleaned. I write this so the business owner should take this constructively and improve these basics.
I generally just drive though this KFC if I feel like a cheeky fast food meal so cannot really speak of the atmosphere. But I cannot imagine it to be too different to any other KFC, though this one is quite small. Nonetheless I cannot remember a bad meal from this establishment - if KFC is your thing of course. Which it is for me, on occasion.I know many baulk at the idea of these fast food joints but really - its all about balance - and sometimes, when youve had a healthy few weeks you just feel like chomping down on a heavy, deep fried, greasy piece of chicken with all its 7 secret herbs and spices. Damn writing about it now - I kinda feel like some even though Ive already brushed my teeth and Im lying in bed...
I got food poisoning! My 2 friends got uncooked meals including me! The chicken was PINK! Absolutely disgusting never coming back!
I must say they are always so so nice and everytime I have gone my food especially the chips and nuggets are so hot and fresh, I can say the best I have been to have been 6 times before this review each time have been fantastic
The wicked wings were not as good as other branches
The three piece feed with original recipe has been consistently dissapointing from this store. They always add a small dry piece of wing in it instead of a proper nice big piece of chicken. Other stores do better than this...
I order a popcorn chicken bucket and they didn’t said they don’t have the bucket when I order. And they give me 2 maxi pack, both of them are not fill to the top????? Very disappointed and never come back :(
No front counter staff some nights so they close the instore and only do a drive through service. Doesnt help those of us who live in walking distance.
Terrible quality food. Slow, incompetent staff make mistakes with your order. I can see why this filthy joint has only 3.3 star rating. Management has run this outlet into the toilet.
I attended KFC Nunawading Vic on the 2/9/22. I ordered an ultimate box. They had a trainee taking the order on register. When I got home I had a zinger burger ( not correctand no piece of chicken. I rang the store and spoke to the manager who apologised, blamed the trainee who was left unattended at front counter and assured me I would be credited with a free meal upon return. The manager took my phone number and name and told me to give these details next time I was in. I returned tonight 9/9/22 . The “manager” Brittany who was in a filthy uniform , basically called me a liar and refused to honour the refund. Not only did KFC Nuanawading rip me off they then displayed absolutely abhorrent customer service . Will NEVER return here. DISGUSTING!!!!!!
Had to spend long waiting time and finally said we are out of product and going to close. last time I ordered 12 wicket wing and got 11. Worst branch I’v ever visited. Looks like they run with low resources and under poor management.
Consistently poor times, terrible service and falsely advertises midnight opening hours. Worst KFC in Melbourne.
Google and app says they open until 11pm, placed a mobile order and arrived at 10:10pm. Said they were closed. Money has been taken out of my account. Couldn’t refund or do anything about it. Completely unhelpful. Zero stars.
Front counter is closed half the times i go there. Unable to order so i just have to go home. Waste of my afternoon/evening every time.
Went here last night as just moved to the area for $32.95 the 10 prices of chicken was dry chips were cold for the price you pay you think you would get decent food how would the staff here like to come where I work pay $32.95 for your meal and have dry chicken and cold chips. You people need to up your game and start giving your customers good food for there money
Food of good quality.Unfortunately restroom very unhygienic.Only having one toilet in male restroom is ridiculous.Unisex toilets would be a better idea!
Staff encouraged me to cancel my online order when i got there because of a wait for the chicken. I insisted to wait a little while since i drove there already. 30 minutes later on my online order, still nothing, they dont even let you know how long. I then witnessed a staff member behind the cashiers forcing the chicken pieces in the box with his bare hands, and that was it, finger lickin good. I had to cancel.
Waiting in drive thru for more than 30 minutes, they charged me for chicken bucket, but it turn out they had no CHICKEN!!!Asked for refund and they said it will take 25 DAYS🤬😡
Poor service, poor customer service!We went there tonight and after waiting in drive through for a long time and making our order and the payment, they told us they don’t have our order. We decided to change our order, firstly they said it’s okay, but again we’ve been told that they don’t have our new order too! Finally we asked for a refund and they said the refund process will take 25 days! It’s unbelievably ridiculous!!!
Drive thru queue wasnt long, but moved very slowly. When I got home I discovered they had screwed up my order. This isnt the first time this has happened. 10 tenders turned out to be 8, sometime chips are forgotten, and often the chicken fillet in the burger is more like half a fillet.
- Staff were short and waited at the drive through for a few minutes, while seeing employees walking about slowly and tired.- Asked for Gravy, was told there was none left, then received gravy?Overall, Ive been to this place a few times, however never get what is offered on the menu, as there is a malfunction with equipment, never get what I ask for(missing itemor out of ingredients. Isnt worth my time walking into the store to ask politely on X missing from my meal.
As far as KFC goes, this one is just ok, not great but not bad. Entry and exit can be a problem on a very busy intersection
Ordered dinner here on the 13t/06 and was not disappointed. I forgot to ask for an extra meal at the first window, but I was pleasantly greeted at the second window by the young manager with brown hair who swiftly fixed up my order. The food was great.
Terrible service , the cashier girl was rude and condescending.. Avoid this store, its killing me softly with her voice and killing me internally with kfc greasy drumsticks with high cholesterol !!! 🍗😮💨😪
June 3rd, 11pm.Worst experience I ever had odering takeaway. Ordered 3 zinger box and 3extra wicked wings. When I got the order, there were "0 wicked wings" and they just popped salty and soggy original recipes. The staff didnt even ask us about changing to original recipes. Pathetic!
Fairly swift drive thru service. Customer service was great, the young people that dealt with me were upbeat and professional.The food was tasty hot and consistent with the KFC experience expected. Ordered a regular Double Tender Combo.
Seems to always be having issues. Dont accept orders after 9:30 in app which sucks if youre a 2 min walk away. Drive through only sometimesy. EFTPOS only other times. Never had a worse local KFC.
Its kfc we all know, oily skin and dry chicken, and dont forget the missing popcorn chicken. The service was fast and the Sheila behind the counter was awesome and helpful.Ive never seen so many flashing light amd variations of emergency vehicles in my life but the nunawadimg store sure put on a show.We didnt feel all that good a couple hours after we ate. My colleague worse then I. He said it was the wicked wings. I think it was so oily that did it for me.
Yo for some reason the chicken pieces are smaller than other KFCs and they always miss items in the bags. This KFC Nunawading is no good, just go to a food court one
KFC NunawadingVisited 9/5/2022There are many drive-through customers. The staff are coping alright, including the one serving at the counter. She does look a bit stressed.The Wicked Wings are my favourite, and tonights order does not disappoint.The store dining area is bright and clean, but unfortunately the male toilet has room for improvement, to say the least.Although there is a hand dryer in the toilet, some customers choose to use the toilet tissue, likely to dry their hands, and throw the used tissue on the ground, because there is no bin to throw the issue in.I hope this is an once-off incident, and the staff and manage take note of this problem and rectify it.
Went and bought chips, paid the full 4.95 for a 3/4 full box. That’s pretty poor.
Got KFC take away tonight. Ordered 2 x twister meals one large, one regular. Very disappointed, large chips were missing. Regular chips not warm, almost soggy, no salt. Tasteless. Would be nice to have some serviettes added to the bag. Had none.Staff need to double check the whole order is in the bag. Has happened too many times!!Too much traffic to come back to get the chips. Not happy!
Yuk! The meat was chewy and over cooked, my bun was squashed and when I unwrapped my burger it was a mess. Had about two bites and decided to chuck it out!I asked for extra salt and got none and the kid who served me at the drivethrough looked like he was hating life! Clearly have some management and quality control issues.I wont be wasting my money there again any time soon!
So the place is relatively neat and the food is served hot and fresh. What doesnt impress is that four staff members were standing behind the counter talking while the line was literally out the door. Add to that, only one started serving without expression of interest or even faking his enthusiasm.Place and food are good; staff needs improvement. Lets call it potential for better.
Last night I went into drive thru 20 minutes before they close and ordered 10 wicked wings. After I paid and waiting for the food, they seems like there are issues because I wasn’t getting the wings straight away. By the time I realised I was waiting longer than usual, a guy looks like he can make decisions come up to the window and explained to me there were misunderstandings when I order the wings, and actually they only have one wing left. He asked nicely do I mind getting one wing and 9 original recipe instead and he also mentioned I might not like the deal so he can also do full refund for me. That’s a pretty good deal so I took 1 wing and 9 original recipe home with the price of 10 wings. Today I still have a few pieces of original recipe for my next meal.

Would definitely stay away from this branch. Visited at around 8pm which wasnt busy at all. Ordered cheap as chips, kindly asking for no wings. Typically, theyd mention if they could fulfil it or not (or telling me they will try their bestbut the server simply nodded and said it was fine. However, I received 5 wings and only one drumstick, plus the nuggets were missing! Poor stuff considering it was not busy at all! Pretty certain they just chucked in the remainders from the day. Avoid at all cost.
Reluctant to give even 1 ☆ dreadfully rude staff, including the manager, window slammed in my face, insincere apology given and pathetic excuse provided as to why there was no notice on the windows that you may have to wait longer than normal, since when is it not allowed to provide the customer with some information regarding the problems of short-staffed issues I mean they can tell you to stay 1.5 metres apart by signals. Not going back not recommending this KFC.
I got a zinger box and the burger was raw I took it back and spoke to the manager and she told me that it was the marinade of the chicken, I’ve had zinger boxes before and not once was the marinade pink
I have been there several times. And average is 3 star. Yesterday there was not a manager or assistant manager in site. The poor staff whose average age was 16 could not cope. The average waiting time was 25 mins. Orders were wrong and the staff were getting upset customers voicing opinions ,where were managers? Or assistant managers. Pay your staff a 50 dollar bonus for last night I will delete this.
Got 2 double chicken tender burg combos. They were dreadful. Tenders were both tiny. Different than normal chicken. No salt on chips. These are usually my favourite. Extremely disappointed.
I have been coming to this KFC for a few years now. Unfortunately, this particular one is way too inconsistent. There are times where the service and food are great, but then there are other times where food is missing from order, customer service isn’t great, or I’ve been given the wrong thing. I also find that on multiple occasions they will be out of food well before closing time. Honestly, at least 7/10 times something will be wrong with the order or my experience in going there. I have now started going to another KFC even though it’s further away.
Today was a busy day at KFC, but the staff handled it beautifully, food was hot and delicious, definitely worth the drive to this store.The zinga pizza a smash hit.
Staff do not listen to instructions. Have requested 2 rib pieces and gave me a drum and a thigh. Do not recommend and will not come back
Updated, 5***** in mid 2021, from previous 2** review. Had a meal here again and the quality of the food was vastly improved. Service was quick, with a smile and our order was ready in only a few minutes. All correct, meals for 3 people, all fresh, piping hot and crispy: YUMM!! We all love the wicked wings and zinger burgers but missing our favourite Hot and Spicy. WHY, WHY WHY, have you stopped selling this?Original 2** review: Eaten here a few times before, typical KFC. However my wife ordered the Wicked Wings which she always likes. They were VERY oily, literally dripping. Very unpleasant. My Zinger burger was only OK, had hardly any of the Mayo on it. Not good enough KFC Nunawading!! We visit Fast food restaurants for quick efficient service, which yesterday we got. However the food itself was uncharacteristically awful! Usually most KFCs, like Maccas, etc have very consistent food quality. Food may not be great, but its usually quick, fresh and tasty. FAIL.
24th Jan 2021 5pm. I ordered 2 larges chips and other things aswel but end up coming home with half filled chips on both of them. A blonde girl served me at the drive thru and she also done my orders. I am very disappointed and upset. Please have your staff trained on how to serve food properly. WILL NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK HERE.
So overdone cant eat it very bad ....swore Id never go back to this KFC but I was needing a meal on work break!!! I will now never return. I wouldnt even rate it any stars.
A neat and clean KFC, not as busy as one would expect with all the traffic in the area, but I guess the intersection makes it a challenge.Food here was pretty good as far as KFCs go, chips were much nicer than most KFCs.Toilets were clean, but the door to them was rather dirty.But over all it’s a thumbs up from me.
Slow service. Really slow. Understand I went at peak hour (dinner time). During this hours, restaurant should allocate enough experience staffs at the counter. Watching these casual teenager staffs packing food, unpacking again, unsure about the order. Causing the waiting time longer than usual.
