Has to be one of the worst service to exist. Charging premium price for so called “AC Sleeper” but that’s only thing they have bugs infested beds and AC that doesn’t feel like it’s working since the shutter doesn’t close. Moreover even the aisle is full of people without seats. You can smell some, dirt everywhere. I recommend to travelling through Khajuraho travels when it’s the last mode of transportation that exists on the face of this earth. I wish I could give it -5 stars

I dont want to give even 1 star, just to write review I hv to give it a starThis travel agent/agency is fraud and cheaters. Just look at the images, where 1 person should sit they have made 3 people to sit, and rest people and luggage lying in alleyway, In covid pandemic no precaution been taken, no amminities provided. Unprofessional staff, drunk staff and driver, very unsafe to travel,I made booking through goibibo, but later seeing the bus environment, I did not travel by it. Had to took another travel source in emergency.

Bus was good and AC proper working and i think bus owner is really a responsible person because When i have done journey then they were call me for review and talk about him service....but i want to say him(owner of travelU have to say him bus boys improv our service means they have do something ex.water botel have to reach every person and not disturb to anyone.

The stuff is good, very helpful and co-operative, bus is also good, a good option for jhansi to delhi, but my friend, the driver is 1 star 🌟 only. I hope they will take care of this. Rest all good.
