Khan Intentionally overcharged and took advantage of my willingness to pay for something that he knew cost less than $ 20 dollars. I ended up paying $130. Go to someone who won’t take advantage of your pockets. It was my first time there I won’t be going back.

Mr. Khan is an honest, straight shooter with outstanding customer service. I went in for the replacement of 1 tire but was so impressed that Ive come back for more service on my other cars. Definitely recommend.

Most-stop-shop Auto Service. They buy and sell vehicle too. I have confidence in their service and repair. All basic services can be taken care of here. Intermediate repairs such as mufflers also.The price is mid range. They "con" you to believe things are wrong with you car! Had lights on in my car. "Con" told me I needed a sensor for my brakes changed in order for the lights to go off. Gave me the code and everything! Paid $50.00 for it at Pep Boys. "Con" says they would put it in for $80.00. I get a 2nd opinion somewhere else..all I needed was brake fluid 😡

They fix your car for longevity and not temporarily

Its good besides I was told the van I bought needed nothing, less than a week its in the shop because it wouldnt start. I am hoping its the recall of the ignition, so it doesnt cost me any more money.

Useless! They never answered

Brought a car here...and it thus far the worst experience ive had buying a car.They lied about the true condition of the car, costing me more money and valueable time in fixing the vehicle three days after the purchase. I took the car to a different shop and they inspected my vehicle, and told me whoever sold me the vehicle shouldnt have never passed the inspection. Im still working on repairs to drive the vehicle while i save money to repair the vehicle to driveable and safe condition. These guys will rip you out of your hard earned money and time.I urge anybody trying to get service here or buy a car to please go somewhere where you will be treated and respected for who you are. If i had the time and money to legally fight these people, i would. You will win the case!

I brought a used car its a Nissan altima 2005 model from a stranger . Later buying it i found smoke exhaust and and air conditioner work had much clumsy work to got fix. When i went to khan they provided Quick and worthable services and also he provided nice directions accordingly to my satisfaction on budget and after fix work my car is running good with no problems

Fair and honest

Highly overpriced for simple work. A change of rotors and brake pads can run you over $400. They a sign that say $85 an hour for labor but they still ended up charging more than that even tho they can get the job done in 30-40 mins. STAY AWAY from this place.

I would not recommend. I bought a car for $2500 and the engine needed a tune up as well as it having a seized caliper, in which I had to pay $554 for new brakes rotors and calipers. The guys will tell you anything to sell, he told me nothing was wrong with the car. Only to find out that I needed to pay for other things. Disappointed.

Google says people typically spend 20 mins here, that’s not because fast service, that because they’re deceiving people and it’s takes about 20 mins for people to realize it, then they go elsewhere.Don’t give them business they don’t deserve it.

Bought a used Kia Rio 2009 from this dealer after researching dozens of vehicles for sale across NY. Checked TSBs, Recalls, and common issues for engine, tranny, front/rear differentials, electronic, body, etc, before settling on this gem from Khans auto service. If you dont want a lemon, do your auto research and you wont get a lemon.Shahbaz was happy to take the Kia to Smiths Auto, where it was inspected and 3 things were taken care of the next morning before I went in and bought it! Shahbaz delivered it to my home after he got off work the same day, and the day after I had plates on the car. Shahbaz does his work professionally and ensures the paperwork is all set so you dont miss anything when going to the DMV.This makes two auto businesses in NY Ive found to be professional quality and thorough. During the test drive before buying and driving after purchase, I noticed the gas pedal was grindy/sticking. I took the car to Smiths where they confirmed the accelerator cable had chewed through the plastic bushing and was grinding against its metal housing. Upon calling Khans auto, I was assured it would be taken care of under warranty, after the part was ordered I would be notified.Fantastic service!

They sold me a lemon car. Dont purchase a car from them! I paid $2500 for a car. The next day all the sensors in my car started going off. They mustve turned them off until they were able to sign over the car in my name. I recommend going elsewhere. They have three separate shops and dont even have the courtesy to detail check the cars they sale to people. Now I have to pay more money to get my car fixed. Ridiculous!

Been here a few times. They are pretty fast affordable and efficient. Got great advice from mechanic about my car. Id definitely recommend them and use them again.

This shop worked on my 13 yo hand me down and abused car. They kept it going for reasonable prices until I could get a newer car. They let me know ahead of time the problems I should anticipate. The owner and his brother are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop.

All my friends had bad experiences at this shop. Especially this little short mean spanish mechanic that did my mufler messed it up bad, and had the nerve to scream at me!. My cousins tire fell off, and they also poked wholes in my radiator to get work done, as I came early and caught the tech. they also have a garage in Albany on 409 broadway which is just as WORST. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT WHICH IS WORST THAN THE OLD OWNERS..BAAAAAAAAAAAAADDDDD SPOT
