Kid's Dental in Arapahoe County

This place has turned VERY unreliable. I dont know if the owners changed but it has gone downhill. 2 times in the last month, my kid had a appointment. Both times I came up to the office only to find a note on the door saying they were closed. They cant even call to let me know my appointment has been canceled. BOTH times I had to get off work and take my kid out of school to go up there. They never answer phone calls and takes over a week to return calls. I will not be coming back here.

this dental office deliberately makes themselves unavailable they text an appointment and if you call to reschedule it goes to voicemail and they do not call back with me crisis was over I also booked online then they text it was not convenient for them yet it showed online the day and time were unavailable the receptionist scheduler comes across as callous and uncaring I said we booked elsewhere and she did not apologize nothing just said o thank you like they dont need any business well they dont get mine my granddaughter was in pain

By far one of the greatest pediatric dentist office I have visited, my daughter and I brought my grandson that’s four years old, and he love it, Dr.Rena was a fun Dr explain everything in detail, love the office friendly staff, kids friendly office for sure it will be our dental office for long time!!

My daughter enjoys coming here sense her first tooth she enjoys the staff and Dr Colleen lately there has been some new staff and when the cats away the mice will play up on hearing she no longer works here we have experience appointments that we have made have been cleared from the schedule recently on 8/27 22 had an appointment at 11:00 they called to confirm told them that we would be there I also asked if they had an earlier one she said yes we have one at 9:00 I said Id like to come at 9:00 got there at 8:56 sat a waited a parent came in with two kids and also had same time appointment she didnt come til 9:15 but was seen before us I then asked the receptionist as to why she was seen before us she did not have an answer but said that she would go and find out never came back to let me know I asked her if she found out anything and she said no we could not keep the appointment for 9 because it was already 9:30 I then ask if she had a corporate number I could call she stated there wasnt one.

I have been bringing my daughters here for 6 years now. I love bringing them here, they always make it a great experience for my little ones. Every 6 months my oldest 2 are excited to return for their cleanings. Yesterday, was my son’s second dental visit and he loved it.

Always a great experience when I bring my son he been going to this dentist for 10 years. Staff every one so great

All of my 3 children have been coming here since they started dentist visits. My kids are 11, 9 and 7. The people are always so welcoming and nice. The staff has changed but the kindness and the values of the practice has not. This place is wonderful for kids. I love how they have tvs on the ceilings for kids to watch while getting their teeth checked. Love this place.

We I have been going to Kids Dental for 16 years and never had a complete staff there is awesome!

The staff is super nice and welcoming! I have a 2 year old and they did everything they could to make him feel comfortable. Service was super fast and easy. My kiddo left with so many prizes, stickers, and toothbrushes 😂 so he enjoyed it!

I have been taking my boys to see Coleen since they were babies. They are in high school now. Colleen is amazing with kids and great at her craft. My kids have never dreaded going to the dentist because of her. The staff is always polite and helpful and I am thankful for the beautiful smile my boys have to this day.

The Dr her self is ok but the front when you walk in they dont greet you not friendly at all not welcoming at all she looks like she hates her job. The dental assistants are somewhat friendly not really for kids, kids need a friendly face smiling at them make them feel comfortable this is only my kids 2nd time here Tiffany was amazing the 1st time sadly she is no longer here and then instead of greeting you and being friendly the first thinf is "do you have a mask" no Hi nothing rude they make you wear a mask for what its Feb 2022 not 2020 its old I will be taking my kids somewhere else where there are friendly faces and happy with my kids they didnt even seem happy the Dr her self is ok but not really Clean like it should be. But I wont be back and on top of that my daughter has braces before she came I asked can you guys clean teeth with braces they said yes I get there my daughter cant even get a full cleaning because of her braces I told them before I even came yall said she could but because the floss that they have for braces are expensive they dont like to use them??? Like whatt ?? So I wasted my daughters appointment I could of went somewhere else ya this is trash

I have actually been coming to this very location for over 20 years. My first daughter is now 21 years old and I just had twins so, it was a no-brainer to bring them here. Not only are the dentists very kind, professional, thorough, and friendly, I have always liked the desk staff ❤️. I have NEVER had a bad experience when it comes to interacting with the front desk. Regardless of what I have to speak with them about, they are patient, professional, and they always follow through with what they say they are going to do. I would highly recommend either Daniele or Noelle if you ever need to speak to someone. After 20 years of this, I would have to say that I’m highly impressed!My only suggestion, if they are reading this, would be to invest in new visitor chairs that are in the exam rooms. The ones we sat on today while our twins had their visit looked like they had seen better days. As someone who cares about where I put my bum, I didn’t really want to sit in the chairs. Also, my husband wasn’t happy with the cigarette smell. I think this is due to the smoke shop in the same building. You would probably benefit having an air purifier! I hope this suggestion helps.

Dr. Colleen and her colleagues are great! The staff is wonderful! Always friendly and make the kids feel at ease. My oldest is 18 and my youngest is 13. We have been going to kids dental since they both had teeth!

My kids and I love this dental office. Kind, professional, responsive, and great with kids. My kindergartners love the gift bags they’re given at the end of each visit with stickers, teeth cleaning tools, small toys, etc. It’s a great experience every time we go. Thanks Kid’s Dental!

My 7 year old loves this place. The staff are friendly and informative and the dental assistants and dentists are amazing. Very affordable and they work with pretty much any insurance company.

Kids Dental is AWESOME. We have been patients of Dr. Colleen for over 20 years now. Now my Grandson is a patient now. The staff is always friendly, and Dr. Colleen is the BEST. She is very detailed when explaining what needs to be done, and she is very patient also. Have been taking my kids to Kids Dental for 10years. Just started back at this office because we moved closer. They are really kind and sweet to my kids. Got us in on time for our appointment and they did a good job. Today daughter had two filling and they gave her laughing gas and she felt no pain at all. My son deals with some emotional struggles and had a very bad experience with his last dentist he last seen. When we came here he seemed as if hed been to the dentist numerous times. Didnt cry, fight had not emotional issues. They took very good care of my son. My older daughter goes here as well and they truly care about the kids! Definitely recommend this place!

My daughter is 7 and has been coming to dental kids since she was about 3 years old. The ladies in the office are wonderful and her dentist is the sweetest! The are sure to follow up and communicate your appt dates to ensure you don’t forget!

This is the best!!! Dental office Ive ever been to they are very good with there care my kids have been going to this office for years there almost grown .they are polite the show concern we talk and it feels good to go there its like a social visit instead of an appointment. I luv them and also my kids have bipolar and one has autism and they feel very welcome when they go and because of them they both have perfect teeth!!!!

Dr. Colleen Edgerley has been my childrens dentist from their first tooth. She is consistently caring and patient, always cheerful with a smile. We love her!! The staff is awesome, the facility is clean and kid friendly.

Dr. Colleen is the best and all the staffs were always friendly and made every visits really well. We visited them for years every six months. Great experiences. Thank you for being awesome for my kiddos. During COVID-19, they keep the office pretty excluded with the signs everywhere for mask and safe distancing. I truly appreciated it. Thank you everyone!

Very friendly! Excellent service! My daughter has been going to this office since she was 6 months. Shes now 6. I will be bringing my soon as well once hes of age. They are very informative & let you know the process of the procedures every step of the way! They stay on top of their communication for appointments as well. Dr. Mankin is awesome as well! Shes great with kids & parents alike! Definately makes the whole process easy & less scary for both parent & child!

Dr Colleen is great she connects with my granddaughter very well and with ease, she explains everything that she has to do so my granddaughter understands, and she is just simply kind. I do believe the techs could be much friendlier and perhaps stop speaking Spanish too each other while working on an English speaking child, I happen to think it is a very rude practice that leaves a child wondering if they are talking about them or something totally unrelated to what they are doing. So in conclusion I highly recommend Dr Colleen but think she should have her techs make sure her patients are comfortable by engaging with them instead of one another in a language the patient doesnt understand, if that gets fixed its a definite 5 stars.

The staff is always friendly and will answer any questions you may have. My son isn’t the easiest to work with but they always figure out a way to keep him calm as well as get their job done. Dr. Edgerley is amazing, she’s always smiling and detail oriented with the kids. I would definitely recommend this office for your little ones

I have been taking my children (and now grand daughter🤗 to this dental office since they grew teeth. Dr. Colleen Edgerley has always been the nicest dentist I have ever met. She is so great with my kids! She is very professional and does treatment effectively for every circumstance. Every dental assistant here has been super sweet as well. My son gets very nervous to go to the dentist and they always make him comfortable orrrrr don’t force treatment, which is very important to me. Some of my children are finally growing too old to be seen at a kids dental facility and it breaks my heart because Colleen has been the best and we won’t find another dentist like her! Truly. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Staff and Dr Colleen are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We have a large family and hectic life schedule. This place is fantastic with reminders and scheduling/rescheduling appts. They referred out to great specialists as well. The office is EXTREMELY PROFICIENT. From check in to check out was a pleasure. Even though we dont have the best insurance they still treated us kindly. Will recommend and be back (but not too soon, lol)

We have been going here with my 2 children for a couple years and our experience has been average. The dentist seems to be good and my kids’ teeth have been pretty problem-free so far, and the location is convenient. At our most recent appointment I did have a few concerns. When I walked in the door to the office I was hit hard with the smell of stale cigarettes. There is a cigar bar a few doors down in the strip mall, so I am hoping it’s coming from there, but what a turnoff. I have not noticed that on previous visits, so it definitely caught my attention. Secondly, while my daughter’s teeth were being cleaned and I was waiting for my son to be called back, 3 of the dental assistants sat in a treatment area talking about one of their dates from the night before (some in English, some in Spanishand wasted 10 minutes (I was checking my watch because I was honestly very close to saying somethingbefore calling back my son and another 2 kids waiting in the waiting room. I’m honestly not sure we will be back. The cigarette smell was a real concern and the office staff ignoring waiting patients was also. I just feel a bit uneasy about the place now.

I have a sister who is 8, who goes to this clinic. I am very picky about her service, as I’ve had a horrible experience with dentists before.We always come to this AWESOME place. Actually, we were there today. We showed up few minutes late, and they were so sweet and kind. There is a girl with gray hair, who always gets assigned to us. We love her! Everyone is SUPER friendly, professional and caring. They have great bedside manners which a lot of places lack. Everyone who has cared for my sister is super kind, caring and extremely attentive. We have never waited for long, they are always on point!Often times, I forget about the appointment for my sister. They do email, calls, and even texts which come in super handy. We tried 3 other kids dentist practices, but we always come to this one. One, they are super and do everything well. Two, clean. Three, fast. We can easily go to a dentistry in the same shopping plaza as my job. But we as a family choose this clinic. We drive all the way from South-DTC (Orchard i25to Aurora. It’s well worth it! Thank you all so much for being understanding, accommodating & caring. Happy New Year!

Dr. Colleen is great! Super sweet and attentive. The staff here is always pleasant and caring. Ive been taking my 4 kids to this location for about 4 or 5 years now. Weve never had a bad experience. The wait time is tolerable and sometime unbelievably fast! They can also always squeeze all 4 of my kids in to one apt making my life 10 times easier! I highly recommend this location!!
