You know this is my neighborhood King Soopers but it seems like lately its more important for them to do the shopping for you so they wield those big cards around the Shoppers are rude I usually use the small shopping carts so I can maneuver around but also the people that stock the store dont understand the proteins and stuff like that should be kept cold and not three or four carts of them just brought out and put away when they can I bought some ham just recently that I had to bring back because both the vacuum seal bags were blown up and it looked like it had been sitting in a Isle all day I think it should be a thought about that not only are customers walking around but when your Shoppers are acting like theyre on a mission they forget that they are employees and we are paying customers as well
This store is as sad and run down as its sister property on S. Boulder Rd. Im new to CO and was told this chain was better than Kroger stores and comparable to Marianos in Chicago. Seriously??? This store was a joke. I will try one more King not-so-Sooper location and then Im writing off the brand.
Cashier Leigh was beyond rude. While waiting to Check out I was speaking in Spanish to my mom when she rudely interrupted us and said “The Spanish line is over there.” Pointing across from her. When I told her no that I would be staying right where I was cause I speak English. She tried back stepping and saying that’s not what she meant. I told her it was unprofessional and out of pocket to assume what language we spoke and what service we wanted. Throughout that whole interaction she kept giving my mother and I dirty looks. Especially after I wouldn’t take her apology.Called management and spoke about it to them but it doesn’t sound like they’ll do anything about it. How sad.
Someone give Chase a raise or promotion! He was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to assist me with my groceries and it was really nice to see someone with a good attitude and a nice demeanor! 😊
Leigh refused to help me with my bags. She was staring at me the whole time I was asking for help and then bagging the items myself. She kept judging me based on my clothing
I give Sophie R. $66.10 to get gas and she counted it three times and it came out to $66.05. I asked her to give me the money back and it came out to $66.10. Gave her the exactly the same money that she gave back to me. She counted the 4th time and guess what $66.10. After the gas pump click I went and got change. I asked her to apologize to me and her response was "Excuse me?". (Which is extremely unprofessional). I did ask again for an apology and her response was "I dont have proved of that". I did told her that Ill be giving her a bad review and I dont know what her response after that (guessing that it wasnt nice).
The pharmacist and the tech on duty tonight were great. Especially the pharmacist. She is knowledgeable, friendly and was very helpful. I will be using this pharmacy from now on! Thanks guys!
I went to this store for my first time yesterday and it was the most uncomfortable shopping experience. I had security called on me and following me around the whole time I was shopping. By the time I was checking out there was close to 10 security and workers surrounding me. Never going back.
Doesnt enforce mask policy, shelves are never stocked, and the cart return is always overflowing. Highly recommend going to the Louisville location a few miles down the road; it is way better!!
Generally I have a lovely experience in this store. Yesterday, your private site security guard was verbally escalated and calling your customers “Karen’s” as well as other snide remarks. When customers tried to encourage him to calm down and determine who he worked for, he threatened that he resorted to saying he was being harassed and threatened to “cause trouble”. Not sure how this is helpful to your store other than to drive away customers, i know I will choice a different business, or to ensure an incident happens in your store.
Customer service is Terrible. Husband came in to return groceries that my daughter wasn’t supposed to get. And the customer service lady was extremely rude and disrespectful telling him she had to throw away food because of him. Causing him to forget we were double charged on multiple items causing our bill to go up to $300. I don’t understand how incompetent people are here in Colorado. I’m from Arizona and used to a fast paced environment where people go out of their way to help you and get things done no questions asked and especially no unwanted comments either. Last time i will be going to king Soopers in this sorry excuse for a state.
This King Sooper believes it customers should be servants, or unpaid workers. Slaves? I dont know. Every time I come here they have 1 register open and 40 people in line for self checkout. Six employees walked past me while I stood in line for 15 mins to pay for my 1 item. Am I supposed to believe none of those employees can work a register? Ill drive to a King Sooper in another town before I go in this one again.
Please employ more cashiers.I need a discount code for using self-checkout.Bring in more store elements that are at Candelas.
Not enforcing the countys mask mandate for customers, I saw 3 groups without masks walk right by the guard without a word. If youre immune compromised you may not feel safe shopping here.
This is such a great store. The layout is understandable and its nice and clean/bright. But mostly, the employees make this place a pleasure to shop at. Just got laid off from my job, and one of the cashiers perked my spirits up with a wonderful conversation. Every interaction with employees here has been a blessing. Thanks for being so great!
I have been doing pick up at the king soopers for a year and a 1/2 until they switched recently to a new app I have no problemsHowever since they switch to the new app I get charged twice for my groceries every weekAfter 5 days 1 of the charges drops off my account however during those 5 days I am without a 125 or a $150I also shop at Walmart target other places and I do not have that problem I get charged for what I buyI contacted customer service and they said they cant help how m Long it takes my bank to put money back well why is it being taken out twice in the 1st place
I have 3 kings Soopers close to my house this store is the furthest away but for the last 11 years I have been shopping here. I have never been so frustrated in all that time - I will Never return to this store. If I was a girl it may have gone differently.One day I come in they have certain rules the next day I wasn’t allowed to go into the store I was stopped at the door and told I am not allowed inside - I came with my dog yesterday and all the employees were petting him saying how cute he was - today stopped at the door. The security guard said that has always been the rule.Well maybe someone should tell the rules to their own employees.
I have been trying to get a prescription for the last 5 days. Then Im told it will be filled yesterday. Then by 2pm today. Now its 4:45 and it still isnt filled. OMG
This King Soopers always has a lot of customers, with good reason. I have never had issues with any product I have gotten here, and the staff are very kind and professional.
Most employees are nice and helpful. Only bad thing is the store get so extremely busy.The aisles get jammed with people and shopping carts. I guess thats what happens when houses keep getting built and no grocery stores get added to the area.
Its far from perfect, but they generally have what Im looking for. (There have been periodic shortages of some things in recent months, but Im sure this is due to covid supply chain issues. The store is kept clean and produce is generally good (though not always great). The staff are not always very helpful or friendly, which is my biggest gripe. Still, Id much rather go to this store than other alternatives in the area.
I had a problem with a charge & Michael (tall guy helped me. He was very professional and nice. We had a phone issue but he followed through and was so kind and helpful! Great customer service!
This store needs a serious re-model and a good scrub-down. It is dark, and it smells bad sometimes. Furthermore, it is impossible to find what youre looking for, as it is the only grocery store serving around 50,000 people for miles around.
This is my main grocery shopping store and while most staff are friendly and there a good selection, the deli counter is always a poor experience for me. This morning (Jan 25I waited several minutes for service and finally noticed a man standing in the back with headphones on and on his phone. I called out politely a few times and realized he couldn’t hear me. So I found someone in the bakery to go get him. He was pretty rude to me during our interaction and generally seemed annoyed that I would bother him. I too work in a grocery store and I would never treat a customer this way, and it’s embarrassing how long folks have to wait at the counter for someone to notice.
Friendly staff; smaller store size sometimes means limited selection. Checkout lanes often close around 9pm, leaving self checkout as the only option.
Two stars bc most of the employees are nice and they have a pretty good selection of natural and organic food. The disturbing thing is every time we shop at night the people stocking the shelves are either not wearing masks or wearing masks with their noses exposed. We complained to the checker who said they know better and he would talk to them. We happened to mention this to a neighbor and she was there the same night a few hours earlier and witnessed a customer having an argument with one of them bc he was upset that she was not wearing a mask. I emailed the customer comment section on the website. It says they respond within 48 hours but have not heard back. The ironic thing is they continually play an announcement stating that everyone needs to wear a face covering yet some of their own employees won’t wear one. I talked to a friend who told me she has never seen this at the store in Louisville so we are going to start shopping there. It would be nice to get some kind of response to my email complaint.
The deli takes forever to slice meat. There are usually a handful of people behind the counter, but it definitely doesn’t seem like a teamwork environment because they always leave one person to deal with the customers. Easily spend 20 minutes waiting for lunch meat.
Terrible store! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered some items online at 4pm, pickup for 9pm. I get there at 9pm to be told that my items are out of stock! Well, thank you for wasting my time and NOT CONTACTING ME! I said I would take substitutions and NONE were offered. Just go across the street to Wal-Mart.
I used King Soopers shopping service for the first time, where your groceries are delivered to you in the parking lot, and I was very happy with it. I had a pretty big list and there was only one item they didnt have. The $4.95 service charged was waived, and the clerk said that the first three service charges are waived.
This location sells spoiled products and they lie to your face!! I purchased a pint of ice cream that I regularly get and this particular pint was spoiled. It had a very distinct spoiled milk taste. I asked customer service what I could do and they said to bring it in and it would be no problem refunding it. Well I did just that and was turned away. Beware of a store who does not safely store and handle frozen produce and does not do anything to protect their customers.
Review for specifically the pharmacy:They gave my prescription to another family member (someone I dont even live withand made this mistake even after I told them to put a note in my profile that says Im the only person allowed to pick up my medication.Also gave me false information about side effects.The pharmacists/technicians also consistently hang up on me, send me to other departments and place me randomly on hold.Choose a different pharmacy

Great semi-local location just off baseline & US 287.. very eclectic group of Shoppers there this evening, and some guy working hard at reporting but the following bicycle pictured is not his... during the daytime though I can tell you this:Great service - if you cant find it here: Of course theres Walmart just across the street...Debbie, Tim, Shane and Angelica are great at their jobs here, however. (so shop here first - produce better than Walmart too...)Cheapest same quality fuel in Lafayette, thanks for your help Tim, Shane, Jose, Debbie and Angelica.
Over the last couple of years, the store has really gone downhill. Its not clean. They have stopped stocking much of the organic produce they used to have. The are often out of basic items, like milk. Lafayette is a growing community, we need a clean, well-stocked and maintained store.
I have been wary of cashier customer service at the Lafayette King Soopers. Wary of anything in Lafayette. The store, is always disarray, overnight shelving never completed, boxes and trash debris down aisles and in areas of hazard to safety that actually blocks merchandise from purchase. What kind of managers are being employed who show inconsistent value. Rudest stock clerks and I have routinely have had the fuel station attendant attempt to charge me gas at a pump before the the car owner has a chance to get to the counter to make their purchase. They are terrible.
Bought steaks for Farhers Day. They were suppose to be choice grade. Cooked on grill the right amount of time. But couldnt eat them. They were tough as leather. I couldnt even stick a fork in them. So disappointed and mad. Im tired of being ripped off. Yesterday my son picked up Dover sole fish at KS it was paper thin and could not eat it.
This is a convenient location for me and all the employees are very nice and helpful, but I dont think they monitor their produce turnover very well. I was there last night and encountered slimy sweet potatoes, extremely wrinkly grapes, moldy blueberries, and rotting onions.
Store is always clean. I had one issue there and that was at the deli. I waited 7-8 minutes people were coming and going behind counter. I said excuse me and was just ignored. I did not like the way i felt about that.I gave 4 stars because the rest of store is usually pretty friendly I just dont buy anything from or near deli
Very friendly people at this location. I happen to need some fresh flowers and they always have great selection of flowers. Im in the service business and know it inside and out. Been a pharmacy customer for 15 years, and finally have decided to leave. It has been going down hill for months now. Beware of the drive-thru - if it isnt closed, the new setup is horrible. Just go inside. Also dont trust the prescription ready notices. After three months of coming in and them not being ready, I have had it. Used to work great, but they clearly dont care. I talked to the Pharmacist about these issues, and she didnt care, very disappointing. I hate to leave after all these years, but they dont deserve my business.
Friendly helpful staff. The new sushi section is wonderful. Great selection of items. I rarely find that items are not in stock. The store could use some updating compared to the new store in Erie. Ive been coming to this store since it opened so I know it is not that old.
Busy day at the store, snowy outside. The store was clean and well-stocked despite the conditions. The store was well-staffed to handle it! On a sidenote, I overheard an intercom message let the staff know that there was still pizza available in the conference room. I only mention this to say, the a well-taken-care-of team usually provides better service to its guests! Good job!
This store is a disaster!! I have been to many KS in colorado since I moved here in 86. This is by far the worst store Ive ever been too. Whatever you do.. Do Not go to this store in the early mornings if you need to grab more than a couple items do to the fact the will not have any check out lanes open! You will have to scan and bag everything yourself! If by chance you are able to have them open a lane for you they may scan it but you will steal have to bag everything yourself while they stand there and watch you! There are a couple of very nice checkers there but there mostly in the evenings. The CC are pretty great and very helpful and egar to make your shopping experience a good one.. Namely Isaiah K. And Brian and a kid name Randall there pretty great at there job always respectful and friendly! They are only evening help thou you will not find them in the mornings. If you find yourself there in the early mornings and need help look for a girl by the name of Valerie. Shes great and will help you with whatever you need. The manager Eric is very rude and I have witnessed him being a bully and he is not helpful at all and he will inherently pass the buck ( workoff to a CC if you ask him for something. So after shopping here almost daily for a year I will be taking my business to the Safeway in Erie.
Clean store, friendly staff and decent prices. Their produce is very good. You need to use a "loyalty card" to get the listed prices but you can load digital coupons to your card and theyre automatically used at check-out.
This KSs level of service has gone way down hill since the Erie big store opened. It seems like they are running understaffed. Tonight, with a good number of shoppers at 8p, only self serve checkout was available. Even the staff person had some difficulty running my full size order through the self checkout.
Stopped here for convenience sake on my way back to Longmont as I only needed a few things. Had everything I was looking for, store was clean and staff was friendly. Only downside was the fresh produce selection was small and very picked through, needed a serous restocking. Still great because king soopers always is.
Great selection, but always so slow when it comes to checkout. I have yet to go here & NOT have to bag my groceries. I have done the self checkout with a basket full of groceries & still got out quicker than those still waiting in line.
I like to come here to grab a quick lunch which is usually hot, fresh and already waiting. I also like to search their clearance section (which usually has some great bargains on top of King Soopers already low prices). Use the self scan for a quick check out.
I really like this grocery store for its convenience, and availability of gas. The appeal of the store is great on the West side by the produce, which is where I spend most of my time. However, the isles of food otherwise give me a feeling of being overstocked for the masses. Maybe a bit more finesse on the East side of the store would make it more attractive overall.
