I took my daughter to buy her first vehicle and Adrian D Sales manager didn’t tell her about all the service contract extra totaling almost $7000 But he did mention that the vehicle was certified and that it was fully covered but failed to mention that it cost extra anyway we asked multiple times for him to take that off and he said he will take care of it 3months past nothing we have to do it on our own be careful with this person he will give you a payment amount but he will not show you what he added to it so just Read Before you sign don’t let him rush you into signing anything Make sure he gives you that price that it’s advertise he likes to change that also hope this helps
1 star for entertainment, "banks" wanted a $770+ payment for 9yr old vehicle with 160,000+ miles. Looking for help, not eye gouging.

Great service and quick
I bought a preowned Duramax from Trent. He was as polite and courteous as could be. Super attentive and respectful. Couldn’t have asked for better sales service. The only reason for four stars instead of 5 was the final detail of the truck wasn’t as thorough as I expected. I noticed the exterior of the truck has some swirl marks from a buffer that weren’t there during the initial walk through. Overall the sales team was outstanding, I just wish I would’ve noticed the swirl marks before we left.
Absolutely worst place Ive ever been to. had my truck towed over there to have repairs done took them 14 days to submit it to my warranty company Kept giving me an excuse that they were switching over to a new system because the dealership had been sold They should have told that to me in the 1st place I wouldnt have taken it there then tried to charge me several $1000 to replace a serpentine belt and 2 radiator hoses. I took it to another dealership and they told me that the hoses were not messed up and they could not see how this dealership thought it was.
Parts department went above and beyond to help me figure what part I need and ordered it for me as well.

Wow. I can not begin to explain how terrible this place is. They screwed me big time. Bought a 2019 with back up sensors. Had them install a new ranch hand bumper combo and they never replaced the sensors. I took it back and they told me I never had them. It was insulting. Please save your self the time and money and buy your truck elsewhere.

THIS DEALERSHIP HAS THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND PARTS DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO NO ONE. 0-10 -0!!!. Update took my car to Southway Ford in SanAntonio Tx. Kinsel Ford said it did not have warranty Southway Ford said it did and fixed it in 3 days no charge beware of Kinsel Ford!!!
We had our F 250 diesel in for a oil change. Several anomalies were found with the brakes (bolts were missing and loose). These were promptly addressed at no charge. Additionally, the charge for the oil change was very reasonable; especially knowing they inspected the truck.

Purchased a used truck (20kfrom this dealer via the internet. Salesman was nice and helpful before purchase and met me with the truck. Flew all the way out to TX to drive it back. Unfortunately, it was not 100% as advertised which I was willing to let go. More dents, driver seat worn out, not detailed as promised, AC had some issues on the way home. I paid full price, asked for zero compensation as I dont expect perfection, but I do expect honesty/full disclosure. I asked the manager where the keyless entry fob was and he said sorry we dont have them (never was told before). I said it was standard equipment and asked if he would purchase one keyfob ($125for me as it was standard equipment and told me to go buy them on my own and refused to respond to further emails. AVOID KINSEL FORD if you are buying on the internet.

Tried to speak with sales department to inquire about purchasing a new Ford F-450 diesel truck and spoke with Robert. He told he did not have any in stock and hung up on me. Was not even willing to help or even offer a F-550. Lost out on a cash sale. Horrible service and very rude, I was even willing to special order if he would have given me a chance before hanging up on me.
