This is a must if you have never had Kiwanis BBQ! We try to get it on the way to AND from the beach. The taste is amazing and it hasnt changed since Ive been coming for the past 10+ years. Open nice and early around 8:30am on Fridays and Saturdays during the summer.

Honey stop the car!Carolina style bbq chicken. Great cause. The food was amazing. It’s either chicken or a chicken platter. Platter included probably 1/2 fresh local chicken cooked in a pit,, fresh bun, herr’s chips, small container of sauce & AMAZING homemade bread n butter pickes (locally grown).Great company/conversation with one of the volunteers about local knowledge/insight.

The chicken is great, and the sauce that it comes with is so delicious, I would drink it! Unfortunately, the sauce is a secret!. That is too bad, but everything here is very fresh and good.

Great aroma and taste. The baste has some vinegar and its just right. I have been eating here since the late 80s. I have asked about the recipe and they happily gave it to me. Staff is so friendly and everything has a country charm about. I always go back. Cash only.
