Kniffen took the best care of my mom and my family when she passed away. Their staff has checked on me multiple times since her passing and I greatly appreciate them. Nikki and Elizabeth are two of the best people. Highly recommend Kniffen if ever needed.

My youngest brother Donald passed away unexpectedly in July.I contacted Rynell @ Kniffen OMalley Leffler to help us with all of his arrangements including his cremation and internment. I really appreciated the warm support and excellent responsiveness from Rynell, Elizabeth, and Nikki on all of the arrangements, the obituary, and his internment with our parents at the Milford cemetery. They went the extra mile to ensure that everything went well - which was especially helpful since I live out of state. I highly recommend them.

They helped me through a really difficult time they I chose them because of how personable Brian was over the phone being that I had to travel from new York to Pennsylvania to cremate my uncle they made sure everything was taking care of and made this hard time easy as possible my uncle was cremated and returned home to be within a few days I am grateful for all they did and how easy it was to revive information via personal texts and not having just to deal with calling the office

Kailey, Nikki and Brian took the time to work with me and my family. On helping us with my brother cremation process. Also they had checked back with my family after our services for my brother was done.

I had to plan my father’s burial from out of town. Brian was extremely helpful, answering calls and emails during and after hours. AMAZING SERVICE and AMAZING PEOPLE!! On one of the worst days of our lives, my brother, sister and I were truly blessed with finding Brian at Kniffen OMalley to help us with our mothers passing. Brian was professional, kind, efficient, helpful, and unbelievably timely with EVERYTHING. Once we started talking to Brian, our worries about all that needed to be done melted away. Brian walked us through everything. He made sure all of our questions were answered. He notified social security for us and gave us helpful information about death certificates among many other things. We also choose this funeral home because they have their own crematorium. You dont think about these things until you have to deal with it and it made a HUGE difference. After we were done talking to Brian the day our mom passed, Brian immediately made arrangements to go get her from the hospital that night so they could start to take care of her body and prepare for the cremation. So much respect was paid to us and our mom and it just makes all the difference knowing they all truly care and want to give you the best service possible. Brian also helped us with the obituary and we absolutely loved how the on line obituary turned out. He always kept us updated on next steps and helped get the urns we wanted ordered. Three weeks after our moms passing, they contacted all three of us to ask how we were doing and if there was anything else they could do. It was very touching and we all greatly appreciated them reaching out. We are planning on getting a couple additional keepsakes and Brian will also be helping with getting some ashes transferred to some smaller keepsakes. Again - AMAZING SERVICE!! AMAZING PEOPLE!!!

But, Brian and his staff were there for my family every step of the way. They made the process very easy. They were very caring and showed so much compassion for my family. They truly made us feel at home!The viewing was absolutely beautiful! My step father looked amazing and very peaceful. They put together a slideshow video of pictures we uploaded to their website, and it played throughout the viewing. This was such a nice touch! Friends and family were able to view old memories as they came to show their last respects.My step father loved camping, hunting, and fishing. Brian and his staff put together a tackle box of fishing lures and other items that each person could take as a remembrance of him. I was literally blown away by this kind gesture.
