Knox County Public Defender in Knox County

I cant ever , get a call back or get the motions filed that need to be filed ,but now ,when Mr. Hansen was handling my case stuff got done , some how he hands mY case over to obrien and no motions get filed , he allows for there to be conflict of interest I need David being the chief to step up and habdke to the case I have Ovid and want to file motion to withdrawal if they aint gonna help.
