Needed to return Amazon items and WHAT a horrible experience. Customer service girl messed up on several of our returns.

So enjoying the new sephora store in kohls. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Can almost always find what one is looking for, unfortunately not this time. To early in the season for toddler dress clothes. This location is well maintained with friendly helpful staff.

Kohls was busy, as usual, but staff got people through lines.

Why oh why is this store so messy? You have to dig through clothes to find anything. And the sale signage doesnt seem to go with the items youre looking at. I believe they are short-handed but cant they at least make sure the sale items are correct?

I went to return a package to Anazon. I am not a regular shopper because it is always a tad messy to me. Boxes are in the aisles, displays are in need of being made neat and there is never a person to ask for help or to answer questions. The check out lines were fast and plentiful. That being said the prices looked good but I bought nothing.

I only go here to go to Amazon the clothes here always look drab

My last two purchases were online orders. They were ready for pick-up in a matter of hours. Pick-up was qick and efficient

No electronic dept, must get most items online.

Two people were in front of me. There were 3 registers open. It took 15 minutes to get through the line. I almost put my selections down and left.

Typically dont really find anything I like and when I do its expensive. Only one small section for mens swimsuits.

this store is so clean.I see a blonde girl there cleaning all the time she does a great job and shes a delight to talk to.

I usually buy the vast majority of clothes at Kohls but recently the store almost quit stocking womens sized clothes. I love the store, but I think they may be phasing out plus sizes.

I was there returning an Amazon purchase. The place was clean. They give you a coupon on your Amazon return receipt. For in store shopping at Kohls.

The clerk, Toina, was extremely nice in the return department. Although Coles policy has changed since covid that returns can only be accepted up to 90 days she did give me a store about your credit for the items that I took back. I appreciated her having an alternative for the money that would have been lost which was about $60 but she gave me the present cost of the items in a store card.

My experience here was fine. Customer service line a bit long but otherwise efficient and friendly staff! Thanks!

Very clean store friendly staff thats willing to help with finding your product. Their prices are reasonable and I mostly purchase sales.

I just left kohl’s about 20 minutes ago and I was very impressed with the sales staff I must say. I went looking for a tree topper and the only one I liked was on top of a display tree I ask a sales associate for assistance for help and she proceeded to get another associate and a ladder to remove it from the tree, and from there of course no ticket was on it so she stopped someone else to look up the price 😊 and to look up the code and give it a ticket . Bottom line I was very impressed with the sales staff I appreciate all of your help.

Recently did some shopping. This store seems to not have a decent supply of womens winter clothing. They have plenty of leftover fall womens clothing on sale, but minimal winter clothing. Plenty of winter coats thought. I asked the check out person about incoming womens clothing and was told the clothing was stuck on one of those barges stuck on ocean outside a port waiting to be unloaded. Hoping the shipment arrives soon!

Just recently left out of here looking for a few things.So I see Nike was a sale.My son needed a outfit and I needed some shirts.After a hour of sifting through the mess of clothes I finally find what I need.I get to the register and things are ringing up wrong and the pants were on the wrong sized hanger.I told the cashier that Nike had 20% off.The cashier next to her rudely intervenes and stats to the other cashier you cant change that you have to call management.They call the MGR she comes doesnt greet us BTW we werent greeted at all.So the MGR comes and looks at the items goes back to find them and comes back and stats the hoodies where hanging on the wrong rack.Then tells me my pants say "just do it" I pick up the pants that didnt say just do it in the first place and asked,these pants say "Just Do It".She proceeds to ignore me.I asked again she again ignores me..Frustrated I left.So OLF or Olga w.e your name is, which is ig a supposed MGR your rude and I dont see how your a Manger because your customer service is lacking on all levels..Then she also had the audacity to yell as we where walking out,"I can show u the sign sarcastically"..

Had a gift card from the company I worked for and was looking around for something to spend $25 on. All of the sudden here comes Mayfield Heights police standing in every aisle I was looking in; and when I selected and went to the cash register, there he was right in front making sure I paid and when I left, he left and got in his patrol car! Will never visit this location again as they made what should have been an enjoyable experience a horrible one!

Sales clerk, Gayle, was so very helpful. She helped me find what I wanted, helped me to use my Kohls cash and answered all my questions. Employees like this makes shopping easy and pleasant. Thank you Gayle!!

Store use to be way more affordable. They always have a sell going on but prices arent as low as in the past. I guess thats everywhere. I still go to look on the clearance rack to find clothes.

I used Kohls to return some Amazon products which is highly convenient! With every return to Amazon, Kohls issues a coupon for 25% of a single item. This is a great strategy for Kohls to get people to spend their money at Kohls, which I did. I bought a pair of shoes saving 25% off the price. Good Job Kohls!

I like this store. Employees are always friendly and helpful. But, good lord, what a mess it is. The one fitting room that’s open hasn’t been cleaned in years I don’t think. And the displays are ridiculous. Like no one ever folds the shirts or straightens anything. This makes it very difficult to find what you’re looking for.

Love being able to drop off for my Amazon return orders & receive a coupon to shop I Kohls. The coupon should be extended to more than a week. I dont always have time to come back within 7 days to use the coupon.Very clean store & friendly sales associates.

First time. Amazon returns. Staff escorted me to the right desk! Then the returns were effortless, and I received 25% off coupons for my returns. I ran to the racks and spent them immediately. I cant wait to go back! Way to do customer service Kohls!

Very clean and organized. Staff was very helpful even though I didnt ask but the young man knew from my actions. Suggestions provided for an item out of stock in store. I appreciated it very much.

Would have 5 stars with exception of seeking a staff member on the floor, walking in circles. After calling ahead I was connected with a staff from the shoe department. That person was so helpful, looking in another department to determine the availability of the item and placing it on hold. My mistake was coming and needing another size.

KOHLS is one of my favorite places to shop. The store is always clean. This time I encountered a very nasty rude cashier who was offended when I asked her if Kohls allowed them to wear their masks under their chin? She asked me "does it bother you? Long story short my money spends all over the city and I will not accept rude, disresptful, socially irresponsible behavior. I hope she realizes she owes it to herself and the public to follow the rules posted for patrons to follow and that she is not exempt.

Poor customer service. My daughter and I were never greeted as we walked into the store and the older male cashier who rang me out was EXTREMELY GHETTO. They have great items with decent prices but the cutomer service alone is enough to keep me away. Hope the clothes I purchased fit because I cringe at the thought of returning to this store. UGH!

Customer service doesnt exist. Employees are too busy talking amongst themselves to be bothered to see if you need something. I was standing on the side of 2 employees that were talking to each other, looking at them, not wanting to be rude and interrupt them. The guy finally asks me what I needed, and the woman just plain out ignored me. When I needed more help then I realized, I asked if they had more of what I was trying to purchase somewhere else. The guy checked on his device and said no. I came from over 20 miles because the website they had it in store. I understand it isnt this persons fault but with him acting like I am a total bother and not giving me more than a half a second of his time I am very frustrated and upset. What happened to customer service? No one will go the extra mile. I know it wasnt going to magically appear but wasnt there something that could have been done. Perhaps see when there might be some coming in? Stop acting like customers are nuisances! That is why you have a job.

Kohls is a good place to find some really good deals the lady who checked us out did an amazing job. Even when we didnt have any coupons she used hers to give us extra discounts. That was really awesome of her. Would certainly go back again

Great Kohls. Surprisingly very clean. I say that because I ordered a few things online and picked my items up on Black Friday of all the days but I was surprised how clean and organized the store was. I waited in line for maybe 5 minutes tops to pick up my order. Their were about 4 people ahead of me but the line and service went quickly. The workers I associated with were very friendly and professional. This is a great store to shop for self, family and friends. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

This store is awesome. I purchased the items on my list. As always, the quality is nice and I love feeling prior to purchasing. Upon check out, I presented my Kohls cash reward and the sales woman located another $20.00 coupon. This was unexpected but much appreciated. This is far more rewarding than online shopping.

Very nice shopping experience! Large, fully stocked store! Last week was first I ever entered a Kohls, and delighted to find a very large and diverse lingerie dept. Carries Bali, Spanx, and many more,and all sizes to DD. I thought that was amazing because most stores do not have the stock, quality, or variety of sizes and colors! They have a great sale going on right now! I paid 33.- for a 69. item today with 25% off, and 10. Kohls cash!

The store has a huge selection of styles and name brands for men, women and children. The prices are reasonable. The inventory is well stocked. Staff was friendly. Only major downfall was shelved were unorganized and difficult to locate sizes, this was first thing in the morning.

Customer Service Associate was very courteous when I returned a bed comforter due to size. She also was informative by mentioning current sales events. I chose to receive a store credit because I feel the merchandise in general is overpriced, and the bargains advertised arent really bargains at all.

Good service however they didnt have the jeans I was looking for.

Size of the store is pretty good. Variety is great. We went there for handbag shopping along with kids clothing and found decent options. Offers are good and the idea of membership reward points are useful for the most part. Staff are courteous, patient and helpful. Answered my questions in a respectful manner. The person at the check out section was not that welcoming and when asked for membership, she seemed annoyed.
