My cars driveshaft broke. He originally said that it would take me three weeks to check it out, but I got a message the next day that it was repaired, so efficient.

Needed wiper replacement urgently, they were able to fit us in, replace them with zero notice & no charge to fit them. Excellent service.

Absolutely amazing mechanic. Down to earth, genuine people who provide an outstanding service. They were able to fix my car in a day with enough time for me to get to the pub. Legends.

Were very kind and accommodating when I needed a funny smell investigated urgently the day before a long trip. Apparently I was just being paranoid because all was well. I very much appreciated that they didnt charge me. My favourite mechanic in town.

It doesnt matter whether your car is broken or not. Minimum checking price is $85. So I couldnt trust the owner because of his attitude. Also the petrol price is the highest in Australia.....

Great mechanic, great little shop..

Very expensive and a bad work especially for strangers. My car broke down near the shop (brake brokenand he asked $767 for replacing with new parts. (the parts cost only $280). After that when I arrived Sydney there was a very noisy sound coming from the brake parts !!

Great service. Rang and spoke to Andrew(bosswith fuel filter issue. Not only was he helpful and understanding, agreed to replace the filter at a time that suits me (even though they were booked outas we were at Perisher for holiday. Had a blown Radiator in March. Bought one from them but sadly I couldnt change the radiator by myself because it didnt fit 100%. Went to their garage and they modified it and installed the radiator for free.

Broke down in Jindabyne and had the good fortune to be towed here. I was extremely worried because both my classic BMW and my wallet have suffered in the past from unscrupulous mechanics. As a woman with a BMW- this is a legitimate fear.I cannot recommend the service here highly enough. A true gentleman who along with his partner kept me informed of the process, promptly ordered the required parts, (Fuel pumpfixed my car so it runs like clockwork, explained everything in detail and charged a fair price, all with a smile. If I can I will give it Zero star!Worst customer service I have ever experienced in Australia.I booked before 4 days to do pink slip.When I came at 8am, he told me I need to wait about 10-15min when they finish the car already start then do mine. He answered me my car should be done about 9am. I left my car key then went to have a cup of coffee. When I went back to the office about 8:45, I cant find my car at the beginning. They parked my car on the side of building and didnt do my car inspection yet. I asked the man about that. Hes inpatient keep telling me he told me 9am, not 9am yet!They told me it need about 45min to do pink slip, but only 15min left, how can he do it well in 15min? Why I should have a book many days ago? How many booking at a time?Hes unhappy didnt want to answer me just returned my key asked me go somewhere else.Wasted my time and got angry with it.四天前就電話預約了今天早上八點要做pink slip(車檢)，到了之後老闆說要等前面的車好就換我的大概10~15分鐘。還問他那請問我的車大概哪時可以檢查完，他說九點(預約的時候的確說檢查大約需要45分鐘)我留了鑰匙去旁邊喝個咖啡回來已經八點45分了，車子還停在外面還被移到建築物側邊廁所前面像是被藏起來的感覺，然後根本還沒開始做!我去問老闆，老闆還理直氣狀的說又還沒有九點、說我再打斷他只會越晚做好(根本還沒開始何來打斷?)，我說我預約八點，而且你一開始說十到十五分鐘換我的，距離九點只剩15分鐘，你們電話說通常需要45分鐘你要怎麼在15分鐘檢查完?如果照你說的先來先做就是要等，為何要很多天前預約?請問同一個時間預約了多少車?最後他也不爽直接說你想要拿鑰匙回去吧！浪費了我一早起來開過去空等45分鐘換來一肚子氣!這是我在澳洲遇到最差的修車廠和最糟糕的顧客服務態度了!

I recently had a breakdown when on my way back from the snow, dead battery, alternator related failure.My concerns were incompetence, misdiagnosis, taking too long, overcharged etcI had to get my family back to Sydney as soon as possible.Bobs team were very competent, acted with urgency and pure professionalism and ordered parts express and stayed back to complete the job to ensure we were on the road asap.They were sensational and I wouldnt hesitate to use these guys if I am in the area again.Very happy customer.CheersJason

Great guys and friendly service, they fixed our Subaru Forester as quick as they could to get us back on the road again.

These guys were great. Had an issue with our 4WD - called in at 4.45 and they put straight on the hoist, couldnt see any thing obvious, back the next morning and out of there and on our trip by 12 noon. Honest friendly and efficient.

I was in a tight spot while on holiday and needed a wire made up to bypass a broken start inhibitor switch. The guy was really helpful and had it sorted out for me in 10 minutes.
