Krekeler’s repaired my wedding ring after it was damaged during a heath emergency. It was done within the estimated time frame, and I am very pleased with the result. I will mention that my husband and I were given two very different price estimates for this repair a few months apart, and the first estimate was *several* hundred dollars more than the second estimate (what we ended up paying). Not sure why there was such a big difference in pricing (my husband took the ring in back in February, and I brought it in a few weeks ago), but overall, we are very pleased.

I was upset because lost a diamond in my wedding ring. The store my husband has bought it and I was taking it for 6 months maintenance and when I went back they were closed so I wanted to find a jewelry store close to home and not drive to St. Louis my daughter told me about Krekeler Jewlers. I texted to see if they did jewelry repair. When I went in Sheila was really friendly and made feel at ease and I was really shocked how reasonable they were. When I picked it up today it was so beautiful. Im so happy I took it to them.i will be going back there again.

I went in for an extender for a necklace purchased 1 month ago but found one I liked better. The ladies were very helpful and let me upgrade one for the other and pay just a few dollars difference!! They are always sweet and very knowledgeable. I felt like I was shopping in my best friends closet!!I have had such a hard time finding someone to replace batteries in watches, but Krekeler comes through every time and they clean my rings while I wait!

I always find something for my wife while waiting on her jewelry. Today was no exception. I found a beautiful ring for her that was on sale, 50 percent off! It didnt end there...my wife said why dont I get a ring. Krekeler had two mens ring in the same display case as her ring. Here is the real kick here. One ring was yellow gold at $750, the other ring was white gold at $375. Both looked great and on sale. When asking Sheila which looked better on me she said the white gold. Sheila could have easily said the yellow gold and made more money. Nope....what a great business! Most businesses look see how much money they can get out of you.....not Krekeler! Still the best company ever!

This is a lovely jewelry store with very friendlypeople who were quite helpful to me. The cases had beautiful pieces with rubies and other precious and semiprecious stones and it made me wish I had gone there to purchase instead of having appraisals done!

I needed to find the perfect present for my wifes birthday. She had been hinting about what she wanted. Finally got her to send me a picture. I sent that picture to Krekelers and within 5 minutes we had set up payment and shipping to my house of the exact piece! Totally blew me away. BTW, I live in St. Louis and driving to Farmington was not out of the question, but the price was unbeatable and the shipping was nominal. I dealt with Jeff, he was helpful and treated me like I was buying the most expensive piece in the store, when in actuality, I was buying a simple silver necklace. My recent visit to Krekler Jewelers was for repair and enlargement to some of my rings. The experience was very pleasant. The work was done within a week, did not have to be sent off. Done on site and an amazing job! There’s something special about family business in small towns. My recommendation is to buy and support local businesses!
