I needed my 2nd dose of Moderna and with it being in such high demand, I couldn’t find a closer appointment in Fort Wayne for one. I ended up having to drive here, which is fine. I understand there are shortages and that I may have to travel a bit. Not the problem. Here is the problem:I showed up to the pharmacy with no one immediately working the window. No idea what I needed to do. Once I finally got my name in, I waited to be called into their sad excuse for an “examination room”. It was dirty, boxes were piled as high as I am tall, and there were multiple boxes of gloves everywhere (this last point will come into play, don’t worry).This man (with gloves onopens the door, lets the previous patient leave, and calls me in. Never does he change gloves. He asks me questions and types on his computer, even leaving the room to grab the proper vaccines while touching doors and handles. Never does he change gloves. He returns and handles his phone, types on the computer…all while wearing the same gloves. And then he administers the vaccine. What the hell kind of protocol is that? Are we serious? How am I supposed to convince others getting this vaccine is worth it when this guy is probably just spreading it more? A joke is what it all was. We apparently just let anyone administer these things. Might as well just ship ‘em to everyone’s front porch so they can do it themselves, cause it’s probably more sanitary than going here to get one. Ridiculous.

Great store with awesome Sushi!

Stock levels seemed just fine to me. I cannot comment on freshness of produce or meats/seafoods here unfortunately. They have an ok selection. Its not a super Kroger or anything, but definitely above average for "standard" Krogers.

Lately shelves have been bare barely have anything guess i will be going to Walmart !!

This morning I purchased a Sunday Journal Gazette newspaper from the Kendallville, in. store. When I saw the paper it looked a little thin, but lately they have been.When I got home section D, (w/comicswas missing. I called the customer service and received the obvious information that they now know that section D was missing.What I wasnt expecting was a comedian posing as a customer service representative. Basically telling me that stuff happens.If they know that they are selling an incomplete product, why would they do that? Then tell me that it is my fault for purchasing. Give me a break, dont sell stuff that is defective or incomplete, especially if they knew it!

They cannot keep enough food on the shelves to feed the Community. And that any day of the week. The curbside pick up has gotten better in the last month so they get one extra star.

Best fried chicken you can get around town better than kfcs or walmarts might use Millers poultry ?

This is strictly regarding Order Pick Up. I’ve used this service probably 8-10 times in the last year and I’ve experienced issues with at least my last 4 orders. Items like yogurt/ice cream have been expired or visibly open, bread and eggs are placed under heavy items like cans and damaged, and on my last order, I received milk that expired a week prior to my pick up. Due to the nature of the service (they load groceries for you), I don’t notice these things until I’m over 20 minutes away, back home. I’ve contacted the store previously and received a credit once for one of the items, but it’s an issue every time now. I shouldn’t have to call and complain about every order, so at this point I’ve contacted Kroger directly instead of just this store, and I’m done using this location.

I ordered a 6 foot sub for my Granddaughter’s 9th birthday party form the Deli in Kendallville, In. Although instead of getting one giant sub, I received 6 huge, I mean huge sub’s. These sub’s were soooo good and yummy! They did not skimp on meat, cheese and just a perfect amount of veggies. These subs are well worth the buy and very affordable! I will be buying again!

Unreal ! Daughters graduation party on Sunday. Placed an order for 8 lbs. Of deli meat 72 hours in advance, (Thursday)in person. Product was available in the case. Received a voice mail at 8 p.m. Saturday night. " Hi , we wont be able to fill your order for tomorrow morning at 9 a.m."INCOMPETENT. Will never give Kroger any of my business. This is unbelievable.

Absolutely nothing being done to protect the customer during this epidemic !!!Workers not wearing ppe not only for their protection but for the customers protection. Management in this store needs to be removed and this safety issue taken care of now !!!

9 times out of 10 you are out of Peppermint Mocha creamer. 2 lanes open and people lined up all over waiting.

Well stocked, organized, and the staff are always helpful. The better Kroger in Northeast Indiana, that I have found.

Picture of a funny ground sausage had to settle for ground beef. But the overall can fruit selection was immaculate and thats why there are three stars today.

Kroger has a interesting definition of local. To my knowledge Kroger milk comes from the West side of the State. Local milk comes from Farmers in this area buy Prairie Farms!!

Great got everything I need except still had to go to Wal-Mart cause they are the only ones who carry ( deans sweet tea ).

Better produce and selections than the "other guy" but youll pay more overall for groceries here.

Kroger obviously isnt Wal Mart as far as selection goes but they have a great produce section and deli. They even have a Japenese chef who prepares meals sold in the deli.The staff is friendly and helpful. The checkout lines are sometimes long so I utilize the self checkout whenever possible

The cashiers and all other employees are polite and knowledgeable of the store... the cashier Ethan is very helpful and friendly....

Loved Kroger tonight. There were very few people shopping, we were in & out in just a few minutes. Love being able to go in & get out quickly. Our cashier was great, he was the only one there & there were people behind us in line so we offered to bag our own & he wouldnt hear of it.

Store was very organized and clean. The staff was friendly, eager to help, and informative. Definitely a good place to shop.

One would think with there being 5 empty racks of romaine lettuce and one huge area of empty celery that a manager might check up on the amount of missed sales opportunities.Crazy right?

Today I had a prescription transferred to Kroger from another local pharmacy. They made it seem so ready. It was transferred and I was on my way in no time at all. Very pleased with the whole process!

For a smaller store, is had good variety. Great produce, and a good meat section. Dairy and dry foods are fine. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I can say about the Kendallville Kroger is that the parking lot is not very user friendly. Straight horizontal parking spots are a little tough to get in and out of sometimes. Angled parking would be a lot better in such a small parking lot.

Everything was fine with my most recent visit until I needed some cooking wine scanned and the girl called FOUR TIMES for someone to come help her. The customer service person was chatting with a friend and ignoring the loud speaker. Finally another checkout person came over to help. Unimpressed.

The only thing I dont like, is going through the self checkout and you already have all four tiers filled and you need to put some bags back in your shopping cart and when you remove them, a display pops up and says, attendant is on the way. Then you stand and wait 5 minutes. Theres not room to put all your groceries on the platform and you have to remove them. I dont really want to mention a competitor, but this doesnt happen at Walmart.

While we were able to find everything we were looking for, the strawberries were just sad. We bought the best ones we could find and the next day, today, they are swallowed by mold. It was maybe 10pm when we were done shopping and there were no lanes open except self check-out and we had $300 in groceries so we stood waiting for someone to open a lane because like hell if Im using self checkout for a full cart! There were 3 employees standing around self checkout chit chatting with each other and customers they knew and even hugging them. Then this other employee arrives and offers to check us out. (thank goodness!I thanked her for opening a lane for us and she said she was on break. Poor management right there. You dont send people on break and not have coverage. That is poor customer service. To top it off, the mightier than thou employees at self checkout never came down to help this poor girl back our items! There was a long line forming behind us and we were all pretty irritated. We were all standing there staring at the older female employees too busy talking to help. These are older women that have worked there for years and I know at least one of them is in management. The one who I went above and beyond for, for her daughters Wizard of Oz themed cakes obviously didnt learn anything from how I treated her as my customer. There was no teamwork and it took way too long for us to get checked out despite the girl busting her butt! The tall blonde with curly hair has always been so nice but honey, your customers come first. Not your buddies you think you need to catch up with. Obviously we were pretty darn irritated...

Completely out of the one main item that I went into the store to purchase. Only one check lane open and, I could not use theself-check because I was purchasing a gift card so, had to wait in line to check out. Very unprofessional checker, wearing jeans, a baseball hat turned backwards, with a cell phone sticking out of her pocket. The checker was inattentive and more concerned with what was happening with the check lane next to hers.

Medium sized grocery store, more expensive than Walmart overall but some good sales/deals and a different selection of items. Good customer service usually. Also have a rewards program.

This is a great place to get groceries but while shopping today they were out of a lot of items.

I always enjoy shopping at this store, the employees are extremely nice and very helpful.

Their selection gets smaller all the time, and the pharmacy closes earlier. Butter was on sale tonight. ONLY $2.99, which isnt much of a sale. But they only had one pound of normal, salted butter.

Always good since the store rehab. People nice. Good product. Produce and meats kick Walmarts butt. Love gas rewards. Nice floral section with good price points.Just wish they pulled the carts in constantly for customers and had a bigger, less hectic parking lot.

Produce is awesome. They run great deals off and on. The whole place has been remodeled. Great service and clean environment. Off sale items are a little bit higher than other places. The deli has great hot food and cold food. There is even a sushi area. I used to be a die hard Wal-Mart shopper. Since Kroger remodeled, I have been a Kroger shopper as much as possible. Their produce department is what draws me in.

I love what they did with the remodel. Especially the sushi! The staff is really friendly and helpful. There was one negative experience I had a few weeks ago. I was buying one of the pre-made wraps and went to the purchasing counter. The cashier seemed too preoccupied talking to his coworker to even bother acknowledging me, and when he did speak to me, it seemed like I was an inconvenience. Its not like I was buying 10 wraps and $210 worth of groceries. Other than that, I love this location and actually plan to splurge on some sushi once they open today.

This used to be top notch until remodel. Now I am always asking for merchandise missing on shelves. And getting rain checks. The selection and quantity was cut back to much.

My only negative comment is that the stores product locator boards in the store need updated desperately. Of the three boards, none of them match and the location of products are not where indicated on all three of them. On the plus side, the Kroger employees are all friendly and courtious, and if they dont know the answer to a question, they will find someone for you who does. The restrooms are clean and stocked with the essentials every time Ive shopped there (about 3-4 times a week at least).

Its a nice clean store with friendly staff and most items are kept stocked on a regular basis. The sushi and salad bar seems to be a big hit as well as the bakery.The only big issue may be the hot food station, as it isnt stocked often and what is may be cold, so though you may have to wait a few minutes upon ordering, at least you get fresh and hot food.

The people who work here are so nice and helpful! I feel like family when I shop here. Prices are a little bit higher than Wal-Mart, but there are good sales and digital coupons.

With the remodel in 2015, this store is spacious and bright. Easy to navigate with friendly staff. The fresh salad bar is a great addition!
