I highly recommend this place for laser hair removal. The reception staff is super friendly and the laser expert, Laura, is professional, thorough and friendly at the same time. Now, I request my appointments with her only. She does facials as well.

I have been getting laser hair removal treatments with Laura and I cannot stop telling everyone about this place! I’ve completed 2 out of 6 treatments and my results so far… AMAZING! I highly recommend booking with Laura. She’s extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and makes sure you are comfortable the entire time. Front end staff are also extremely welcoming and helpful when scheduling appointments.

after a couple of thousands and five products after they still dont know what to do with my skin. what a waste. they ruined my skin and they dont follow up on you. i bought every products they asked me too. never buy their package. you wont be able to refund if something happens .

Laser hair removal is a joke at this place. I’ve had more than 16 session at this place and I still don’t see any difference. They keep selling me more treatments but no results!! I talked to them more than 3 times and they said someone will call you, they never called me back. I dont recommend this place at all!!

I was contacted directly by their staff and they agreed that since no service was provided they would return my money. Good on them for stepping up and correcting their mistake.

I have been a loyal customer of Kucumber Skin Lounge since it opened. I had been going to another skin and body medical spa on the Eastside for 4 years prior to that. Both clinics are excellent but my experience with KSL is superior to all others. First, there is a dedication to clientele that is unparalleled. This superior attention to detail and healthy rejuvenation starts with the owners and trickles down to every staff member. I have received a variety of services: the Laser Spectra-Peel, Photofacial, and several types of more traditional facials, as well as botox injections - all of which were far superior in RESULTS than any other clinic. Moreover, whenever I arrive I am greeted with friendly smiles, gracious treatment, and professional demeanor. Its not stuffy, pretentious, or over priced - all of which amounts to an amazing experience. This clinic is one of the best Seattle has to offer.

Do not go here! While on a cruise out of Seattle last July, 2018, I went in for a facial. The technician used "extracting" on my face. When she first did it, it hurt so much, I questioned her because it didnt seem right. I have had prior facials and no one have ever done this. She said she had to do this. I believed she knew what she was doing so I let it continue. When I noticed a while later that there were permanent scars on my face (Ive never had scars on my face everas a result, I contacted the manager. She asked me to send her photos which I did, but more or less blew me off!

Sherry and Jane are the best. Theres is always champagne in the waiting area. Theres a interactive spin winning opportunities. Overall this place is clean and organized well.

Everyone that works there is lovely and cool. They offer really good specials.

Ive been to Kucumber many time and been very satisfied. However over the past 3 months they have had multiple issues with their equipment requiring a reschedule or a longer time for the appointment while they worked out a problem. Not so happy with them right now. They need to get the equipment in order!

This place is wonderful!!! I love the owners and the staff is pretty awesome too.....I would recommend this place any day and make sure you talk to Shay such a beautiful soul and dont let me forget BELLVUE....please be sure you get to meet the incredible Nadia shes so amazing as well...and then there is BELLINGHAM....so amazing such beautiful people and very talented.HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They charged me without consulting me, would not refund me, and told me it wasnt the right service for me WHILE doing it. I dont write this out of anger, I write this so others dont permanently ruin their face by going to this awful place.When I booked, they did not clarify that they would be charging me the full amount ($300and they did not mention I could not cancel and/or receive a refund. I felt trapped into it despite many calls.The service was absolutely terrible as the Esthetician was clueless about the service and thought the chemicals would mix with my spray tan (obviously it would only peel off). It seemed like she was maybe 20 years old and doing it for the first time. After making me wait for 30 minutes as she asked her boss if I could get a refund and go home, she went ahead and just did it instead. She said things like "wow, I cant believe youre getting this its so intense" WHILE she was doing it (why was I not given a consultation before she started rubbing chemicals on my face?). I got no direction about other peels or if VI peel was the right one for me aside from a one-time convo I had with the receptionist. Im now quite certain Ill have hyper-pigmentation for weeks/months and cant believe I trusted them.All they wanted was my money and to send me on my way ... no one consulted or directed me along the way and now I just have to cross my fingers that there is not permanent damage.

Friendly at first visit, downhill from there. Completed 3 years of services and entire time, received poor customer service including making false promises of service results, bought thousands of dollars pushed by Dimitria with again poor service and false promises. not helping when I brought up concerns during last argument after I scheduled with Dimitria services appointment for my daughter and staff doing the wrong procedure Dimitria stated "I dont recall conversations" and then complained that I was attacking her.I still had $1700 worth of treatments that I switched to laser treatments. Per the price Dimitria gave me at that time i had money left. Next time I went of course she said "I dont remember", but she assured me that will talk to Rachel to see if she remember something.Next time I went, thats correct she didnt remember anything.. A few weeks later she called me saying that I requested to talk to her.I asked her for the answers about my money left for services. Dimitria stated "I already told you that you owe us money"She didnt even remember that she said "I need to talk to Rachel about it"I aske a year ago to speak with someone else and she gave me a phone number in Settle and a name. But she Never talked to me, after many promises of returning my call from the staff in Seattle they said that she said "i left her a voicemail" and i never received it. Then the person answering said " the person you want to talk to is very busy. If you want to make a complaint you have to do it with Dimitria in Bellingham"This is my last year of services with them. I am just waiting to use all yhe money in treatments Dimitria sold to me with false promises.

I have been going to Kucumber since they came to Bellingham. Every time I walk in I am welcomed and I have always left feeling better than when I walked in. The laser hair removal has worked amazing, the coolsculpting has eliminated my ugly tummy, and everything is so great, theres a reason they are the only ones who will have my business. The staff here is upfront, honest, and have my best interest at all times!

I cant believe how unprofessional this place is. I was charged beforehand for something that I didnt even obtain and to top it all off when I went to talk to them they left me waiting for a whole hour and wouldnt even approach me. I was hoping to even talk to the woman who would perform the procedure on me but as soon as she saw me she walked into the back and the girl at the front kept telling me that she was busy. I am so disappointed in the truly horrible service. They dont deserve anyones money if they just take it without a signed paper. Cant believe they would just take someones money. If I could give this place zero stars, I would do that ten times over. Horrible place.

Positive: Friendly staff.Negative: Had Botox in January. Dropped one side of my face. Called, was told to wait a couple days. Called again after no change, went in expecting to see someone to fix it, but only saw front desk staff. Was told face wouldnt fix itself and Id need to be injected again. However, no appointments in near future available due to lack of injectors. By the time there was an appointment, it wouldve been weeks out, and pointless to go. Waited until May when Botox was "due," saw different injector who tried to fix the still visible damage. Didnt work at all. Have basically spent $400 to make my face crooked. Im sad I ever got this to begin with.I would not recommend going here, and will not be back.

I came in to the Seattle location very hesitantly as I had had a very bad experience at another location. I was very, very pleasantly surprised when I went in to the Seattle location and was treated completely differently than my experience at the other location. The staff in Seattle are amazing and the manager Shay and other girl working, Rebecca were so friendly and really went out of there way to work with me. I went from feeling completely bitter and upset with this company to loving it, all from one visit to the Seattle location. Im actually looking forward to going there now which I never thought I would say before today. Thanks Shay and Rebecca, you guys are awesome!

I have dealt with un-wanted facial hair for most of my life. I never really thought that I could afford to do anything about it... when I found out about the sale Kucumber was running on laser hair removal I jumped on the opportunity! Honestly the best money I have ever spent!!! I am thrilled with my results, I have recommended them to my friends and they have also been pleased. The gals there were friendly and non judgmental. It was a wonderful experience all the way around!!!

I started going here on a Deal Saver in 2012 and continue to go because of the professionalism and great service. I never feel self-conscious discussing my hair removal issues with any of the staff. I highly recommend this place to any of my friends and family!

I dont typically write negative review for a business but in this case I feel the public should hear that I didnt have a good experience with the Kucumber Skin Lounge. I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal and that was my big mistake. Staff wasnt knowledgable when I asked my initial questions and I didnt feel comfortable moving forward. I asked to be refunded and the response I got was that it was impossible. So I reluctantly moved forward with my treatments. I didnt see any results in hair loss thru my 6 treatments and didnt feel their laser was up to date. (didnt even feel the treatmentsI do understand laser hair removal is treated on all my own personal hair cycles and it could take up to ten treatments or more. But my twin sister did 7 treatments in the same area at another clinic and hasnt had a single hair in over a year. I feel taken by this clinic and they are not experienced and havent been around very long.

Dont go there for laser hair removal. I had 12 visits and there is no difference...i dont know what theyre doing. They tell me im one of the odd ones, that this normally never happens, but sometimes it just doesnt take on some people...funny, they said the EXACT same thing to my co-worker who had almost as many visits and the same results.
